Customer service ok, price ok, delivery no email confirmation by courier to confirm delivery as stated on website had to use the so called live chat system but didn’t get a response until the following day.

Amazing service on time and they are beautiful the only thing I have to complain about is that the card message was not in with them so a little disappointed 😞 but all the other times I have used this service they always come with the little message. But she loved her flowers they are very beautiful...

Order flowers, chocolate and a vase for my daughters birthday, got 2 text on the morning of delivery one to say out for delivery the next say they can’t deliver on that day and will message again when they can , , so received a day late so had to tell my daughter She did have another present coming ,and flowers a bit battered .

The flowers arrived on time and the recipient was pleased with them. However when I saw them I was disappointed as I’d paid more for a large bouquet at £40. These were not a large bouquet….. free chocolates didn’t arrive either so not impressed

Lovely flowers but the main attraction was the roses & unfortunately they where sparse compared to the picture, Also Kirsties flowers in Troon left the flowers at the front door. I only managed to speak to the recipient after 10pm on a very frosty night & had no idea they had been left on their doorstep???? Not brilliant service by Kirsties & at least left with a neighbour. BTW the recipient was in but in their back garden which was accessible by the delivery person. I never got notified that they had been delivered. Not sure i would use Eflorist again TBH

Received the order a day late, and the order was wrong. Had ordered the English County bunch which was pictured with orange roses and some other vibrant flowers — added a picture of what was ordered and what arrived. Still a lovely product, but not as reliable as I'd hoped.

my flower order was delivered, the delivery was missing the free box of chocolates when it arrived, i tried to contact the company but had no luck, very disappointing.

Prices reasonable. Disappointed that flowers arrived a couple of days late with no live chat to help and no reason given as to why this happened. Not the best of experiences

Apparently the recipient of the flowers was pleased with the end result the only thing I had an issue with was being charged twice for the order placed granted when i noticed it you rectified the problem when i contacted hyou it would also be good if all your phone lines werent engaged all the time

Not good value. Too few flowers. Delivery driver left box by door, did not ring door bell.

Fast efficient service. However the flowers r3ceived were no where near as nice as the picture. The flowers where not bloomed and just didn't look very pretty. The candle was amazing and the chocolates was great also

Good price but flowers arrived 2 days after I requested, looking very tired. Also got charged twice. Got in touch with customer service and they arranged a replacement and issued a refund straight away.

I placed 2 orders this week, both for birthdays. Following the tracking I could see that both were dispatched as they should have been, however one then took 2 days to be delivered. This meant cut flowers went over 24hours without water. The late delivery was for my mother. Originally she told me they were lovely as she didn’t want to upset me. When I asked her to be honest she said they arrived looking rather bedraggled. As yet I have not heard what the second bunch of flowers looked like in delivery, but at least they were delivered on time.,

Things fine until delivery day. Some delay made delivery late. Parcel left ‘in porch’ was in fact at the public entrance to a block of private apartments. It was surprising my recipient actually got the flowers, which should have been left with the desk inside the main entrance. The flowers were acknowledged two days later and no mention was made of the chocolates - I assume they were included. Ver disappointing.

Flowers were left at the side door not the front doors flowers were not found til the neighbour saw them almost 2 days outside. My next order will not be with your company as the flowers were compromised. Stacy
