Sadly eFlorist and I were let down by the original courier (Amazon) who delivered at 8.10pm a day late. Flowers quite tires. However, a replacement bouquet arrived a day later up to standard. Apology was a bit offhand

got flowers for mothers day i don't think that they were worth the money that i spent on the flowers not enough flowers for the money order the large bunch but did not look like a large bunch of flowers was very disappointed with them.

The carnations were frozen because the box was left on the doorstep - what can I say!

After a rocky start due to the courier delivering the flowers to the wrong person & address it was quickly sorted & a replacement sent out using a different courier to the correct person & address the following day so very impressed with EFlorist for sorting this out so quickly. Thank you my daughter loved the arrangement,

I ordered a pre Christmas gift for my daughter-in-law. The picture was of pointsettisa her favorite Yuletide flowers. Not entirely sure why this was not available and a substitute had to be delivered?

Delivered ok but left on door step when recipient was in,I had to tell her they where there when I was emailed they had been delivered,we live 200 miles apart.

I was so disappointed that the flowers that I asked for did not arrive until the next day. When they did arrive the recipient was pleased with them, which you can only take their word for as we live 300+ Miles from them!!!!

Very disappointed with the flowers actually received, I ordered what I thought was a lovely full bunch for a special 80th birthday and what arrived looked like something I’d pick up from the supermarket! The photo attached is supposed to be the winter wonderland bouquet.

Flowers were delivered a day late due to bad weather and the chocolates that were supposed to be included with the order we're not! I will not be using eFlorist again

The products were great it was that packaging that was the problem it had clearly been opened as the seal on the box was broken and the box had bern torn, this not how I wanted to present these flowers to my mother in. Also I didn't expect the delivery to be so late it was 20.30 before they arrived at my home which spoilt the treat.

Haven’t heard from recipient yet but I’m hoping they will be ok. I’ve used Eflorist a lot & always been pleased but I believe you’ve changed couriers & they arrived late so I’m concerned about the condition.

A little disappointed although the flowers are nice and went down very well not quite the quantity I was expecting, the ordering was very efficient but I will probably stick with local purchase in future

Flowers were easy to order, good value for money, and customer service was good. However, delivery was NOT good. The flowers arrived a day late for my Granddaughters special occasion, but when they did arrive the flowers were very beautiful. I’m not sure if I would use Eflorist again only because of the poor delivery service, which lets the company down, and that’s a shame.

The flowers look fresh but when I was unwrapping the petals started falling in several flowers. By mistake I have put the wrong house number as receiver and noticed it on the day of delivery. Tried to contact the customer care for hours but was not possible. Then tried the live chat which did not work as well. So I had to track the yodel driver and go wait near my neighbours house until he came for delivery.
