Flowers were not put through the letterbox but dumped outside the property. Some of the flowers arrived with broken stems and well past their best. Very disappointed as they were for a friends special birthday. Recipient has sent photos to you .I have contacted customer services!

Blissful advertised as a bouquet of cream and white flowers on receipt predominantly pink with a few cream flowers and some weird silvery foliage very disappointed especially as the bouquet was picked by my grandchildren to send to their mum for her birthday.

I ordered the bouquet entitled Moonlight as liked the roses...but on receipt of flowers, they are completely different. Not happy!!!! ☹

I ordered a Princess Bouquet and paid extra for the luxury size bouquet and was expecting something resembling the picture they supplied on their website, however the bouquet looked nothing like what they said they would supply and there was way too much greenery that looked liked it had been pulled out of a hedgerow. This was to be gift to my mum from my dad for their 55th Wedding Anniversary and since both were shielding and unable to go out in the world due to this coronavirus outbreak was supposed to be something special, bright and cheerful for my mum. Despite being guaranteed for 7 days the flowers were all dead within 4. None of the 3 roses opened and only 1 of the peonies opened but the petals dropped immediately. Overpriced and disappointing and far from quality and value for money we were promised. Complaints made to customer services fell on deaf ears. They had their money and couldn't care less that they had disatified customers. This was the first time we had used Eflorist and it will definitely be the last. A total waste of £50! Don't bother wasting your money with this firm there are far better companies out there with excellent customer services aftercare!

I am beyond disappointed - it’s sad as it was for my mums birthday. Seems these are from the petrol station I have posted both pictures The flowers delivered to not in any shape resemble what I ordered

It says on the track my order that the parcels have been delivered and left in an out building after the company has closed we have no out buildings it’s all gated up so where is my parcels

Can't provide a better review as flowers have still not arrived. Ordered next day delivery for a birthday present. System took my order and payment but didn't give me order confirmation so had to chase customer services for one. Flowers didn't arrive on birthday so chased customer services again only to be told they can't guarantee next day delivery due to covid times. They said system advises of this on order but I didn't see the warning. Maybe it's with the missing order confirmation ????

No sign of flowers ! No 10% discount as email didn’t come through to amazingly after order placed and paid . Yodel stayed out for delivery on tracker but was never delivered, customer service poor !

Customer service not helpful when flowers didn’t arrive on specified day , yodel are equally as bad , no point tracking an item that says out for delivery but never gets delivered ! Total waste of money , had l of known that delivery wasn’t and can’t be guaranteed then l would of shopped with a reputable company who could !

Unfortunately this is a bad review. I ordered flowers for same day delivery. The flowers finally arrived at 16.30 the following day.

I am absolutely discussed at how these flowers turned up for partner at her work, box all ripped and crushed and roses look like they are dying!!! I expect a full refund for this and will not be recommending you unless problem is resolved!!

I ordered flowers for my sister's 40th birthday two days in advance to make sure they arrived in time, especially because she wouldn't be able to have a big celebration due to COVID restrictions. I spent double the amount I normally would have, given it was a special birthday. When I called to greet her happy birthday today, I was extremely heartbroken to hear that the flowers had not arrived. This is the second time I've used EFlorist but there won't be a third.

Bunged together mix of any old flowers and lots of green foliage, nothing like the picture we chose, not the flower selection in the picture and some broken stems. Not what was ordered in other words. I wouldn't recommend this company, shame as last time I used them they were good.....how times change in a matter of weeks!

I ordered the flowers for same day delivery for a Golden Wedding Anniversary. I paid a premium for the same day delivery service. The flowers were not delivered on the day requested. Really unhappy.

My daughter never got the flower today. We've been waiting all day it never arrived. So bad as they never give you a call or tracking number. I wish I just ordered from Interflora. Very bad costumer service and they take your money so quickly. I would never recommend this at all!

Ordering no problem but very upset that flowers weren’t delivered on the right day. It was my cousin’s 70th birthday today and she didn’t receive her flowers and chocolates
