I ordered 3 bouquets of flowers for my mom birthday in the beginning of may, because Everything was closed. First of all doesn’t worth the money, I ordered 3 large bouquets because obviously I wanted to cheer up the situation a bit. The flowers were delivered in the afternoon half death, my order was the 147th of the 150...when I got my order the flowers were half death and hot. The flowers were with no water all day under the hit.its crazy guys! I payed a lot of money. I sent them an email straight in that day, I got an automatic email back that the guys from customer service will be with me in two days. After 3 days, no answer, I resend them the email. No answer for one week. I resend again the email, for the third time. 3 days later they answered, and told me to put the flowers in the water and if nothing will change I can email them with the pictures and they will give the refund!?!? Was ridiculous! A shame! I was so embarrassed in front of all my family... the “company” Is not responsible. The bouquets were really, really small(smaller from the rose bouquet what u can buy in lidl for £2) the flowers are half death, doesn’t worth the money and they don’t take responsibility. It’s an awful company. Never again!

The Customer Service is so bad. Zoe is rude and has no manners. Flowers didn't turn up at a funeral. Absolutely heartbreaking. Not once did she say, 'sorry'. I will never ever use them again. Disgraceful company. Ruined my uncle's funeral.

Flowers never tuned up on my mother’s birthday Asked for a refund and they just fobbed me off ! Poor customer service Telephone number disconnected so you can’t call ! Do not use this company!

Ordered flowers to be delivered for Monday 3rd August 2020 but arrived 24 hours late. Unable to get through to customer services for a refund of the service charge; after all what is the £5.99 for if not for guaranteed delivery by a courier?

Unfortunately my flowers haven’t been delivered on the day the delivery was confirmed for, which Is very disappointing overall.

Ordered and paid for a bouquet on 1st August for delivery as a birthday present for my wife on the 3rd August. NOTHING ARRIVED !!!!! No message of explanation and only an automated response to my enquiry email. 1st rule of business ....... keep your promises made to the customer 2nd rule of business ..... see 1st rule

The delivery did arrive on time. I purchased 'The Fairytale' bouquet for my sisters birthday. What the picture looked like was nothing of the sort! She received a few limped roses, green leaves & hardly any other flowers! For the price l paid for, l was expecting a reasonable sized bouquet! I was very disappointed. I have posted a couple of photos of what the fairytale bouquet should have looked like & what was received!

I’m very upset because I understood there was a box of chocolates free which my friend did not receive please explain because up till now I was very happy and was telling my friends about your company who often send by inter flora will wait for your reply .

Ordered flowers on a Wednesday for delivery on Friday, nothing delivered, emailed and advised delay due to Covid, chased again on Wednesday, finally delivered flowers on Thursday, will definitely not use again

Delivery was quick but spent over £30 and received very few flowers. Nothing like the quantity in the photo on the website. I'll attach a photo of what we received. I'm very disappointed and would not use again.

Did not have a bad experience you simply failed on all levels no flowers For wedding anniversary said you wold deliver next day 48 hours no flowers for her birthday you really let mr me down big time I would avoid your company like the plague Your reply sorry we let you down we will return money that is totally unacceptable you took the money and my order you spoiled my day and then I had to explain you where sending them next day as you promised and upset my wife’s birthday again as it put me in a bad mood as it would anyone just pack in this business it is not something you should be doing as you don’t care can’t give minus stars of it would be minus 10 I’m not over reacting you let me down big time thanks for nothing now return my money or I’ll have a legal team on you so quick

I ordered passion for a friends birthday but the wrong flowers arrived, they flowers were half dead and the note I wrote was not attached so they did not know who they were from. Very disappointing

I requested a cancellation without insisting a refund be given but it didn’t happen. Till I cancelled at the courier point.

If I could of rated 0 stars I would’ve shocking company to buy flowers from, £55.97 for a bouquet to arrive two days early. Card was written by a small child by the looks of it. Flowers didn’t last a week. After many emails sent and no response from this company I can 100% say I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Absolutely shocking. Picture took 5days after delivery. Please don’t use this site.

Appalling company. My parents ordered an upgraded bouquet with the free chocolate option and typed out gift card for a very poorly friend. They sent a smaller bouquet, no chocolates and no card. They eventually refunded £5 for the flowers but refused to send the chocolates as my parents 'must have deselected the chocs option and not ordered a card' Their system is flawed and when caught out they do the minimum, total con
