Wasn't impressed with the bouquet. Even allowing for substitutions the bouquet looked nothing like the one I had ordered (New Princess bouquet) which was supposed to be a mixture of purple, pink and cream flowers plus foliage. Unfortunately I didn't take a photo but there was one, possibly two purple Lisianthus, an odd pink flower but mainly white. I also naively thought that if I ordered a bouquet that had the option of adding a vase that the flowers would actually come in the vase with the stems in a bag with water to keep them fresh and with the cellophane paper wrapped around the vase (as shown on the website) They didn't, the vase came separate to the flowers, neither of which were wrapped in purple cellophane, the vase was wrapped in pink and the flowers in yellow. This was for a 70th birthday gift which I ordered as my husband and I were visiting the recipient but travelling by motorcycle. With hindsight I wish I had bought a couple of big bouquets from Tesco and put them in the top box of the motorcycle, it would have been a cheaper option and I could have covered the stems with damp tissue and a bag to keep them fresh on the journey.

I order for a same day delivery. I then got a message saying it couldn't be done. I needed them delivered that day and it was too late to try another company. I have cancelled order and expecting a refund but think you should still pay me the 37.88 on top of my refund because of the inconvenience and dissspointnent.I have used you several times but not so sure now.

My partner ordered me these flower a few months ago they was beautiful. So I got her some for her birthday. But they was no were as nice as the first lot. The roses are pink not red like the first ones no very happy with them

Flowers were sent back by yodel as no one home. No one from eflorest will reply to my emails to arrange redelivery & Yodel won’t rearrange because eflorest won’t pay. No idea where flowers & chocs I ordered are now! Total waste of money. Once they have your money they ignore you. AVOID!!!!!

Accepted an order with 2 day delivery, within hours I had received an email to advise that the recipient had moved house, and tried to change my order. No telephone number to contact customer services. Reply to email swift, but advising 72hour minimum change of address (and cancellation). Be very careful ordering an expensive service when there is no flexibility, you need to be 100% certain before placing an order. I have sent £40 worth of flowers to a stranger, thanks eflorist!

I cannot believe you sent me this email asking for my review of The Cheese Box I ordered as my daughter & son in law who have yet to receive this item.When you pay for postage and have stated a delivery date on the order you expect it to be delivered.This was a present for an anniversary and I am applaud that it hasn’t been delivered.It totally ruins the idea of the gift.I would appreciated some feed back on this order from you ASAP

I can't comment about Eflorist as I am still waiting for the delivery. I believe the flowers that I ordered for my wife on our 42nd Wedding Anniversary are being deliverd by Yodel but as yet are still waiting after staying in all day. I'm sure the flowers will be lovely if and when they arrive, it's now approaching late afternoon/evening, disappointed.

The flowers didn’t arrive with the message that it was supposed to, there was no message at all and my friend had no idea who the flowers were from. She also said a lot of the flowers were dead or nearly dead on arrival. It’s a real shame this happened.

The website said it is available to be delivered tomorrow so I placed an order yesterday but I received a confirmation to say that delivery date will be Wednesday, 19th Aug instead of today. I emailed last night to request a refund but nothing had been done. Poor customer communication service. I went on a live chat today to see if it is possible to cancel but were told the supplier had already arrange to post for tomorrow delivery. So cannot be cancelled. I feel being cheated. Extremely disappointed. Will not use this eFlorist again. Never

broken dying flowers petals already falling customer service said they looked like tight buds (must be blind in 1 eye and cannot see out of the other) tight buds do not drop petals. I have purchased better flowers from a petrol station

I ordered the flowers to be delivered in the middle of my Mams 70th birthday party. I was so disappointed and embarrassed to present them to her in front of 30 guests. The bouquet was sparse, the flowers already wilting - it looked pathetic.

Didn’t have the flowers I wanted to be delivered. Asked for an alternative, couldn’t get an alternative and told I couldn’t them delivered that day. Poor service. Will not use them again. Awaiting a full, refund.
