They looked nothing like the photo. The 12 roses in the photo had evaporated to 6. This is misrepresentation. These were a gift, but they arrived without the card. They could have come from anybody. The expected box of chocolates was not as expected - a tiny box with maybe 4 chocolates in it. AVOID!

I ordered 12 roses, I got 11 dry half dead ones and a broken off one in the bottom. They were wrapped really bad, looked silly u could have got in another bunch the wrapping was do loose. Should of come with a card and chocolates, came with niether. The 1 star is for the on time delivery.

I ordered the English Hedgerow bouquet. It was delivered to my place of work to hand straight to recipient. When it arrived the Roses were poor quality - the outer petals had turned brown and had curled, they were already perishing. They looked days old. I emailed my complaint to Eflorist with photographs. They responded as follows..... Taking a look at the image that you have been kind enough to send, it appears that our florist has used substitutions within the arrangement. We adopt a substitution policy with our bouquets. This allows us to ensure delivery, as we understand that there are some occasions where it may not be possible that a florist holds all flowers in stock due to their perishable nature. It appears that they didn’t even read the nature of my complaint. My complaint was not substitutions.....it was about brown poor quality roses. I have emailed them twice again since and no reply. I clearly asked for some money back in my first email and that wasn’t addressed. This is a very poor performance all round from Eflorist and cost me over £40. I don’t recommend them and I won’t use them again.

The flowers really look a bit worse for wear, probably because they have been in a hot van for 12+ hours. Maybe they are better value in colder months. Most flowers are not in bud and I can't see them lasting that long also there were no chocolates which were advertised as part of the package.

Ordered the fairytale bouquet for my future wife as it matched the colour scheme of our wedding (whites and soft pink). The image on their website showed an abundance of flowers including alot if roses. When I arrived home I was massively disappointed with what had been sent and thought at first there must be a mistake, so I emailed customer service for support. They informed me that substitutions had been made and it was the correct bouquet. I told them that I wasn't happy about this as it only had 4 roses (around half what I expected) as well as 2 clumps of other flowers, and an abundance of leggy PURPLE flowers. When I asked if they could send the correct bouquet I actually ordered they said that these purple flowers they substituted in matched the colour. In no way does the look, quality or 'colour scheme' match what I paid for. I was not happy...on the same day however we received some lovely flowers that were bought from bloomandwild that matched up what they'd bought us perfectly and also came in protective packaging. So don't shop with eflorist, they're rubbish...shop somewhere else!

I wanted to express my disappointment regarding the delivery of the order that I placed. This is due to the fact that the flowers were quite distraught as well as the fact that there was no note upon arrival. I expected the flowers to be delivered professionally but this was unfortunately not the case. The flowers were basically dead and there was no occasion note for the person receiving them. I’m very disappointed.

The delivery arrive upside down despite the box specifically saying to hold it the right way up. The flowers are ruined and look horrible. Disappointed massively.

I didn’t have the option to give zero stars unfortunately. I ordered flowers for my fiancée on her return to work after 1 yr off maternity to then be embarrassed by the bouquet that got delivered. It did not at all represent the fairytale bouquet I ordered!!! I will never buy from this chain again. Stay away people!

Can’t comment on quality as they haven’t arrived yet. 15.00. Ordered for my wife for our anniversary. Have now got a message that they will be here 16.15-18.15. Don’t have anyone to collect and had to cancel anniversary lunch. Total wasted day. Flowers were ordered on 31 july

Absolutely terrible!! My Mum who is shielding during these awful Covid times and is 75 paid £62 for a bouquet and had paid extra in this amount for a vase. The arrangement which arrived looked like a £10 bunch of flowers from the supermarket stuffed into a cheap glass vase, the leaves from the flowers hadn’t even been removed and the flowers had been cut so short it was as though they were an afterthought of a different arrangement! The local florist which eflorist had ‘enrolled’ had used the opportunity to put their stickers for advertising, their company wrapping and company ribbon all over it. Tried to ask questions as to how £62 pound turned into a bouquet with 4 roses, 3 gerbera and 5 freesia (plus a greeting card and a cheap vase) but of course no one could answer and the florist insisted they were only making a £20(!!!) PROFIT out of this - disgraceful! I pointed out that this was making money out of people unable to get out to buy to be met with business figures- have informed my Mim unfortunately as she wanted a picture of my ‘beautiful’ arrangement. Never again!!!! No refund, no replacement and no empathy purely a money making transaction.

Absolutely horrendous customer service. Staff are rude and unhelpful. Happy to take your money without providing the promised goods. They offer no customer service at all. Would never use again and certainly wouldn’t recommend.

I ordered 3 bouquets of flowers for my mom birthday in the beginning of may, because Everything was closed. First of all doesn’t worth the money, I ordered 3 large bouquets because obviously I wanted to cheer up the situation a bit. The flowers were delivered in the afternoon half death, my order was the 147th of the 150...when I got my order the flowers were half death and hot. The flowers were with no water all day under the hit.its crazy guys! I payed a lot of money. I sent them an email straight in that day, I got an automatic email back that the guys from customer service will be with me in two days. After 3 days, no answer, I resend them the email. No answer for one week. I resend again the email, for the third time. 3 days later they answered, and told me to put the flowers in the water and if nothing will change I can email them with the pictures and they will give the refund!?!? Was ridiculous! A shame! I was so embarrassed in front of all my family... the “company” Is not responsible. The bouquets were really, really small(smaller from the rose bouquet what u can buy in lidl for £2) the flowers are half death, doesn’t worth the money and they don’t take responsibility. It’s an awful company. Never again!
