“Ordered and paid next day delivery the flowers did not arrive I had to email the customer service team to be told there was a glitch in the system and they did not process my order but funny that the money had gone out of my account! If They had a glitch why as a company would you not contact your customer directly, instead I had to chase an update on flowers that I ordered and paid for ! I ordered the flowers Wednesday paid next day delivery. I’ve now been told they will be delivered next Tuesday that’s a 6 day wait !!! Very poor I will never ever use again”

“The flowers were abysmal. I was quite embarrassed to see the flowers i had delicious as a gift. As for the free box of chocolates-such a mini box-it was just embarrassing . I will not be using eflorist again”

“To say I’m disappointed is an understatement! I was expecting great things from your company and I can honestly say I am totally disappointed! Delivery was great and on time! You can try and fob me off with the fact that the flowers delivered today were in bud….blah blah….but the fact that my wonderful daughter could fit your posy of flowers in a pint glass and not a proper vase speaks volumes! Rest assured I will be voicing my disappointment on any platform of social media…..so no one else will be so deceived and disappointed! First photo what I expected! Second photo what was delivered!”

“Unfortunately, eflorist use a mix of courier delivered flowers and florist delivered flowers. If you select flowers that are courier delivered, a delivery date is NOT guaranteed. The problem is that it is all too easy to miss what the delivery mechanism is for a given bunch of flowers. I ordered flowers for my wifes birthday and asked them to be delivered to her work address. The courier tried to deliver the flowers to the wrong address. They may turn up the next day, but that is after my wifes birthday and she won't be at work. I won't use eflorist again because they use unreliable couriers. Better to use a service that only uses local florists that do local deliveries. eflorists should make the warnings around delivery times more visible at checkout.”

“Delivery never turned up with Yodel, was given an untrue message saying the flowers had been refused as they were damaged, the delivery was never made. Yodel told me to contact the supplier, I tried to Chat with EFlorist who didn't want to help and just put me back in Yodel's direction, basically an endless circle of getting nowhere. No delivery,no flowers, no refund.”

“Not worth the money,arrived similar like im picture shown on their website but instead they used white roses (should be cream colour) flowers are not fresh. Honestly not ordering on their website ever again,not cheap nut definetly not worth the money… Pictures are added to see the big difference in colour,shape and flowers..”

“Stay away. The bouquet was made up primarily of what looked like clippings from a privet hedge with leaves that seemed to have cut from the top of picked Leek vegetables. The flowers were so scarce they could hardly be seen. The flowers that were there were dry, half dead and wilted. The automated response from customer care was for me to pick the outer petals off the flowers to make them look better. Scam artists as far as I am concerned!”

“PLEASE DO NOT entrust your flower deliveries with them. My friend is in the UK and it was important that she receive the flowers which i have opted for same day delivery ( available option on website and stated "same day delivery for orders placed before 3pm"). Placed my order at 11am only to receive an email 5 hours later stating that they could not deliver my flowers with NO ALTERNATIVE ways for my flowers to be delivered that day. EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!”

“The flowers never arrived. the staff did nothing to help and blamed the delivery company which blamed elforist. They also refused to refund me. so basically i paid 100% for nothing that my wife was supposed to get to her birthday but never got. thanx to elforist, the biggest thieves in london!”

“Eflorist does not even deserve one star. I ordered Sunflowers for my friend in the UK, the medium sized bunch. My currency is quite weak against the CBP so I really splashed out. Instead, different flowers and a small bunch arrived - she took a photo. This was supposed to be a nice gift for her birthday, because I could not be there. I will never use them again. They didnt even let me know that the flowers had changed. I was shocked when I saw the sorry little bunch they delivered there.”

“Shocking, flowers arrived bent and half dead. I paid £41 for 50 red roses and it's actually a joke. Please do not order from them, better off getting a lovely bunch from M&S for a fraction of the price.”
