You cannot be seriously asking me for a review - when on a “ next day delivery “ after 3 days the flowers have not yet been received

Yodel have failed to deliver with a lame excuse I have contacted them twice so suggest you change your contractor

Disgusting service. On the Yodel delivery van at 7.45 am on the due date ie 30 August. Still on the delivery van of yodel according to the tracker. I guess they are now dead without water or as near as damn it and my 90 year old aunt left thinking we had not bothered about her special birthday. I appreciate this seems a yodel issue but you employ an incompetent courier. I still have not received a reply to my email but the receipt did say 24 hours so we will see what wonderful excuse is given for the lack of delivery and hopefully my money back including the delivery charge so that I can go and buy my aunt something personally and deliver personally as it seems the only reliable service.

So disappointed with my recent order. I have used e florist 5 or 6 times. I ordered some for today to congratulate my daughter on becoming a solicitor. I ordered the medium bunch which I thought would be sufficient. There were 8 flowers in there. Won’t be ordering again I’m afraid

The flowers were delivered on the wrong day. I specified I wanted them delivered on the 27th. The recipient said they died afer 2 days and sent me photographs as proof.

Extremely dissapointed. They could not deliver the Bouquet on the day required and offered a lesser package as a replacement on another day.

ordered flowers for my mums 70th birthday. I thought it would be a lovely surprise to receive a beautiful bouquet of flowers, delivered to her door. What a disappointment! Picture shows what I was expecting and what I received. Although they arrived on the correct day, and at the time specified, what arrived was so far from what I was expecting. It was more like a wilted posy I’d picked from my neighbour's garden. I was mortified when my mum opened them in front of me…I was truly embarrassed as she lifted them from the box. I should have gone to Aldi and chosen 5 bunches from them, as this would have given me an enormous bouquet compared to what I got for the same money from eflorist. I would not recommend and will never use again.

Dear E Florist, Order ID: WA10542239 What an absolute disappointment. I am so sad and feeling somewhat let down by your service! These were for a birthday gift for mum. You’re flowers are wilted, two are rotten, heads are broken off! Really. I request a refund if you cannot supply a proper, fresh, and alive bunch of flowers, that don’t’ look like they have been left, and trampled. Regards, Sian Order ID: WA10542239

I ordered these for my friends birthday and they arrived on time but my friend was totally disappointed by them and was messaging me to try and get my money back! Not the response I was wanting! She said they are in a state and to get a refund . I have no idea how to get a refund

Many previous purchases have been 5 star. Saturdays delivery didn’t arrive until early evening which is not the only reason for my low rating but upon opening the package there was a pile of rose petals and dried leaves. I am not bothered about “winning” the value of my purchase, I just want to express my disappointment on this occasion after many other good experiences!

For the price, I was highly disappointed. Probably like 6 flowers in the whole bouquet which is as disappointing as I was very excited about these flowers. The pictures used to advertise are not accurate or a good representation.
