Order confirmed and money taken (of course) but no tracking number or ref number to allow follow up. Blowers haven't arrived (now 48 hrs beyond delivery date). Customer service enquiry still unanswered (more than 24 hrs later). Absolute shambles, will pursue refund through CC provider. Never use them again - USELESS!

2 days before delivery I asked to have my name added to the card, was told no. Day of delivery you are supposed to receive an email before 11am, didn't receive one at all. I've emailed the company twice and not received a response

Half of the order is missing (5 big Bouquets) . Customer support doesn’t answer ….

Order never arrived. No communication from courier (no ability to track it!). No response from customer service. All in all a very disappointing and pointless experience! Never again!

The flowers were an absolute disgrace. Rose petals brown and everything else wilted. Was lying in delivery van for about 10 hours and when they delivered to opening of new shop it was closed and they left them in a grocers shop next door. Needless to say I will not be back or recommend you to any friends

The flowers I got where not the same as in your web picture the ones we got where not adequate enough for the price very poor service or help not happy

Flowers never arrived although ordered in plenty of time. Very disappointed as it was a special occasion. Have requested a full refund. Let's hope I hear from them and get the refund.

I am still waiting for the flowers nobody will take responsibility for them it has been a total failure. I wish someone would just ring me instead of me having to try to do it all and get fob of by either the seller or yodle each saying it is there issue not theirs.

The flowers I ordered have still not been delivered. Ordered 1st sept for delivery 3rd sept. It is now 2320 4th sep. I could not recommend your service. I think reimbursement is in order, as an apology for such awful service Tried to contact you, but couldn’t get a response!!! recommended by me.

Actually was told was delivered and left on porch. We don’t even have a porch and ppl were in doors all day and we certainly didn’t get a knock on the door that’s for sure!!! I had to go local co op and get flowers for my mums bday from there

Absolutely appalling got the equivalent to a £3 bunch from aldi half the flowers where dead Please avoid and save your money

Despite being ordered a full week previously flowers were delivered a day late, therefore missing daughter-in-laws birthday- very disappointing!
