Really disappointed very poor quality and quantity. This is the “large” bouquet. Will not use again.

Ordered on the 31st of august for flowers to be delivered to my girlfriend on her birthday on the 9th of September. Floweres didn’t arrive. Took the day off work and waited in all day to be told at 19:45 they aren’t coming and could be 1-2 days. That’s understandable if I’d ordered the day before but I ordered 9 days prior to the day of delivery. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone, weren’t helpful at all, I’m currently waiting for a refund. If I could of left a zero star review I would have.

Delivery was fine. However the amount of flowers that came was not good. I upgraded to the largest bunch. I would of hated to see a regular bunch. Perhaps a single flower! No where near what was advertised. Won’t use again.

ive ordered off this company a few times now - flowers turned up not the flowers i ordered and no box of chocolates. poor show wont get my business again

Bouquet was very disappointing.👎 Ordering was easy, and they arrived the same day, however, the Large Romantic bouquet that I ordered for my wife to celebrate our 20th Anniversary and cost £45.00 was certainly not large and was certainly not value for money. Plus totally different to what I ordered, In fact it was very sparce & not romantic at all. I could of got better in a supermarket!!!! Very disappointed, I will definitely not use your service again..

Order never arrived, contacted EFlorist and had no response. Still no flowers and out of pocket. Courier said they attempted delivery….no attempt made

I doubled ordered because I received a delayed confirmation on my first purchase and I thought it did not go through. Meanwhile I requested to cancel one order ( over 2 days ahead of delivery) but monies went out of the bank and I got no response. I believe that I should be compensated!!

Flowers not delivered on day requested , very small bunch despite ordering medium size , no resemblance to photos on website. No. Communication. So in summary complete failure to provide the goods on all fronts .

The flowers arrived on time for a special anniversary but I'm very disappointed with them. The instructions said that some would still be buds and open within a few days but this has not really happened and, overall, the result is not what was depicted on the website or what I hoped for. The total cost with delivery was much more than I would have spent in M&S or even Waitrose so I'll be going back to them in future.

Same-day delivery was great for my 30th Wedding anniversary, but the size of the bouquet received was nothing like what you would expect for nearly £50. A £10 bouquet from Morrison's would have been twice the size - interested to know what a 'small' one would look like.

A TERRIBLE SERVICE A bouquet was ordered a full 7 days before our wedding anniversary to be delivered to my wife at her workplace on Sept 2nd 2022, expecting her to come home from work with a big smile a very nice bunch of flowers and the chocolates that were ordered. Instead she came home, walked through the door and said what a terrible day she'd had. When I asked about the flowers - What flowers was the answer. The response to my email to Eflorist was small print says delivery may possibly delayed by 24hrs. Today is Tuesday 6th Sept and still no flowers. Absolutely TERRIBLE SERVICE I've asked for a full refund and as yet no response.
