Start with the only positive: The website is very user friendly with lots of variety. Negative Experience: First and last time ordering from EFlorist. Ordered a bouquet with extras as a leaving gift for a colleague (£46.96), on a next day delivery basis (colleague's leaving date). Tracking facility was conflicting (it's out for delivery / It's not out for delivery - being loaded / It's out for delivery but driver experiencing delays) so had no idea where my delivery was or what time I could expect it to arrive. Ended up having to rush out and spend a further £40 for a leaving gift for our colleague as this NEVER arrived that day. Asked if I could cancel - told no. Advised that I was expecting next day delivery - told should arrive up to 21:00 (no good to me). As it happens, the item didn't arrive until the Thursday (NOT NEXT DAY as ordered) and the condition it arrived in was absolutely outrageous. I couldn't have given that as a gift to anyone, only glad I didn't get it sent to their home address. Took pictures and challenged the whole thing requesting a refund, I was told that, as a goodwill gesture, they would refund me the service fee (£5.99), together with false apologies. Cherry on the cake was their response to the damage of the box - unbelievable... "In regards to the box, whilst we don’t expect it to arrive in this way, they are especially made to protect the flowers and add-on’s in case this is the case as we do expect that sometimes in a large van it is not always possible to keep the boxes in the best condition." Are they actually telling me that this is acceptable!!!!!! They have also advised me to put the flowers in some water to ensure that they bloom quicker. THE RECIPIENT NEVER RECEIVED THEM!!!!

I ordered a £49.99 bouquet of flowers plus a £6.99 box of chocolates. The box of chocolates were never delivered and the flowers were a very small bunch. Plus delivery costs to. Total of £64.91. My friend sent me a picture because she was so happy to receive them….I was shocked at the small size of the bouquet for £49.99. And you guys asked me for another photo and to tell my friend to put the flowers in a different vase so they can bunch up better. I was not going to embarrass my self by asking for mother photo, just to do a stem count. Next time I will just get a giant bouquet from Waitrose for £30.- and some really nice chocs….all for less that what I paid at yours.

No communication from delivery company . No sign of flower at 10pm . No card no sweets and not nice . Very disappointed. Appeared to have been delivered during the night .😔

The flowers were never delivered and I am very upset about it and I think I will not order again very bad service it was a special gift to my Grand Daughter for her Wedding Anniversary

Dreadful I will never use again Issues with delivery,when the bouquet was finally located the selection of flowers was dreadful contacted to discuss the situation No reply

Unhappy with size and quality of bouquet and unhappy there was no card to accompany said flowers, if this had gone straight to the recipient they would not know where or who sent them. Unfortunately they weren't sent to the recipient, staight in the bin. Big disadvantage is a time of day cannot be selected either, I thinbk I will stick to local florists in the future.

The flowers I had ordered looked nothing like the picture ( I understood they were sent in bud ) they didn't even fill a pint glass! I sent these as a gift and was highly embarrassed when they arrived . Never will I order again, the flowers at the local garage were a hundred percent better. The only thing I think is done well with eflorist is the prompt delivery and communication

Have still not heard that the flowers I ordered on Saturday have even been delivered. Supposed to have had an email from Yodel but nothing. Terrible service

It’s now 2 days after requested delivery and courier not able to track an expected delivery date. 2 days ago tracking said it would be delivered on that day. Now missed recipients birthday.🙁

Payed £40 for 10 flowers I can get for £3 from Tesco. Very embarrassed as I sent these for a friend. WILL NOT be ordering again

The 'Flowers' ordered for a friends Birthday, arrived on time, & delivery advice was precise, for which I'm grateful. However, the flowers' delivered in a box were NOT what I ordered [ordered a middle sized bouquet], & were half dead on receipt! I was horrified when she sent me a picture of what looked like 6 or 7 maybe, wilting stems! I was extremely embarrassed. I will not be using this service again & will be making a formal complaint as soon as I'm able to contact someone directly at their office.

I was able to place and pay for an order that couldn't be delivered to NZ., leaving my sister without her 60th birthday present.
