Purchased for a friend who lives in a different city to me. Turned up a day later than scheduled. Ordered a large bouquet rather than standard and paid extra and they were like £4 supermarket flowers. Really really disappointed and wouldn’t order from here again.

Ordered flowers for same day delivery, was informed around lunchtime that they would be delivered next day by courier. Flowers arrived and it’s arguably one of the most disappointing arrangement of flowers I’ve seen. Considering I paid significantly more for a ‘large’ arrangement, I’d have gotten significantly more flowers in a budget supermarket arrangement. I should’ve saved myself time, money and effort and bought from a local florist. What was supposed to be a nice gesture turned into a massive disappointment.

Absolutely disgusted paid £30+ for these they arrived half dead m, could have bought a much better bunch for £10 from Asda.meant to be medium bouquet absolutely shameful.

Ordered for next day, and it did not arrive. Customer services closed. Received it the next day. Would not have ordered if they did not say on website that the product could be delivered the next day, so feel duped. Quality of flowers no better than bunches I have previously purchased in Lidl for a fraction of the price. Will not use again

I thought the amount of flowers was poor but the main thing was the vase. It was plastic and had a crack on it and it leaked all over my brothers fire place.

My flowers never arrived and have had no response from either yourselves or the courier company. So not only did my flowers not arrive but I have also lost money without any kind of response regards this. I will not be using you again.’

I used your flowers for 3 years plus always for birthday Christmas always arrived first thing but this time 930 pm not excitability at all birthday was over thanks for letting me down

Very disappointed with the flowers a few roses & chrysanthemum they were not worth the money I could have got a big better bunch with better flowers in Tesco for less money would not recommend this company to any of my friends. This was a very special birthday for my friend & when I saw the flowers I could not believe how bad they looked.m

My order was left by some gates near my location so it took all morning to find them, they were also left late afternoon which is unreasonable when you what the recipient to enjoy them on the day, as it was a leaving gift she never received them, and your customer service was so matter of fact and had literally no empathy for the situation. I will not be using your service again.

The Eflorist Team, With utter dissatisfaction and disappointment, I want to bring this to your knowledge that I had ordered an arrangement for my daughter’s birthday yesterday (1st attached picture), however the flowers delivered to her bore absolutely no similarity to the bouquet advertised on the website. I had even upgraded the bouquet to a larger size with addons by paying an extra amount of money but as you can see in the attached pictures, the flowers are sparse and moreover the arrangement looks so untidy and unprofessionally done. Under the Consumer Rights Act, all the delivered goods must be as per the description or else it is a breach of contract and the customer is entitled to his money back. I want to claim refund of my full money and hope that you would attend to this matter at the earliest and process my refund without delays. Thank you Best Regards, Samir Anton Qubrosi.

I spent £31.99 after voucher for the £8 flowers. Ordered for my sister’s birthday and you ruined my surprise. Can get much much better flowers from Asda for £8. I’m so disappointed with your service.

Realised immediately after confirming the order that the house number was wrong. I contacted customer support straightaway but was told they couldn’t help. After complaining about this response I was told to contact the courier. I was only able to contact them online and the automated response was that the supplier did not offer this facility! Luckily, the occupant was able to direct the courier to the correct house. It would be helpful if there was a small window that orders can be amended to avoid stress & loss of money to the customer. I would be recul tant to use Eflorist again.

I order same day delivery, but my order went the day after, they didn’t confirm the delivery at all , they didn’t have any picture of delivery as proof even when I asked.

Very disappointed with the flowers Very disappointed with the flowers, they were nothing like the photo I choose them from. There were nothing more than a supermarket bunch that would have cost £5. They were for my sister who has had a major operation. She lives a long way from me, so I thought receiving delivered flowers would be a lovely surprise . I will not use you again.
