Bad experience!. They delivered the flowers without mentioning my name to the recipient!. Will not order again from them!

Delivery was on time, so no problem there. However the flowers were very disappointing, they were dehydrated and didn't resemble the picture online at all, in fact they were completely different flowers. Fortunately I had time to go and buy a bunch of flowers locally to replace them.

Despite putting Wakefield College on the address - delivery time was between 16.19-18.19pm. I had to spoil the surprise and inform the person about the flowers and delivery time as the college closes at 16.30pm on a Friday. Trying to contact customer service was like looking for a needle in a haystack. After finding an email address I sent an email to customer service which pinged back telling me you had improved you service and to send my query to another email address which I tried 4 times and was returned instantly as being no such address. This was very frustrating and you do not give a contact telephone number. Will never use again.

I have no idea whether the flowers ever reached my friend. Last time I ordered flowers from eFlorist you sent me a photo of the flowers by the front door, so I knew they'd arrived. It's possible that they got there, but they weren't signed for, and I have no way of knowing. It's a nursing home, so someone would have been able to take delivery of them. I was told they'd been left by the front door. I don't think much of your delivery service.

I have used you many many times & never had a problem in the past. The flowers didn’t arrive, I have emailed you but nobody has answered my emails. Yodel the delivery company have said they handed the delivery to the customer which is a blatant lie, I have contacted them but also received no response. Please advise what I need to do to get this sorted out. Thank you

Flowers were ordered for a friend’s birthday. Having been ordered days ahead on the day of her birthday they were not delivered until after 7:00pm were packaged in a box and on opening several stems and blooms were broken. Sorry e-florist, I won’t be using your services again.

Flowers nothing like the ones in the online picture the ones delivered looked like a small bunch of beaten up weeds no promised free chocolates either . Shocking rip off

I ordered this bouquet to be delivered to a friend for birthday. I was away from home but kept getting messages from you and Yodel that they are being delivered to me. Final message from Yodel ‘left in porch’ but when I came home NO flowers here. I have not heard from my friend to say thanks. Please could you confirm where delivered. Jackie Wesley.

I have not actually seen the medium bouquet but I am told it’s very small compared with a £10 bouquet ffrom Morrisons and the box of chocolates contains 4 pieces considering the price paid and delivery charges I won’t order from you again and would not recommend you as value for money

Unfortunately you have failed to deliver my order that was arranged on Tuesday 28th September I spent a total of £33.98, please can you arrange for my money to be returned. Flowers we fine, they were for my partner as it was our anniversary, they were ordered well in advance and I picked the date to arrive on the day of the anniversary, they arrived 2 days late, when I emailed to find out where they were, I didn’t get a reply, also the box of chocolates weren’t in the box. I won’t be ordering from here again

The recipient said the flowers were in poor condition and were sub-standard compared to other delivered flowers. We will not use this company again as the flowers were so disappointing and a waste of money.

Yodel left LETTERBOX flowers on the doorstep, they were taken! Birthday gift therefore didn’t arrive…. Can not believe the company were so incompetent they didn’t POST THEM THROUGH THE LETTERBOX…

Paid £49:99 for a Princess Bouquet. Looked amazing in the picture. But what we got was not amazing. Completely disappointing to know that £49:99 bought a cheap box flower display that we could have got for £20 in Morrisons

Was sending these flowers to surprise my girlfriend at work, the time slot given was 5.27-7.27 pm, she finishes at 5pm Thinking ok it won’t be a problem, somebody will look after the flowers and give them to her the next day. Got a phone call from the courier driver to say he couldn’t find the place, which I found very strange, as in maps it clearly showed you where the place was 15 minutes later I checked the tracking and this guy was nowhere near the place and as I looked down the flowers was not sent due to damaged items, really!, what a lie. Emailed the florist company 3 times and never did get a reply, shocking service, from the courier driver to the customer service , very disappointed

I’d ordered these as an 80th birthday present. It said they came with free chocolates. Some of the flowers were brown around the edges and looked old. It wasn’t the vibrant bouquet advertised on the website. It was quite small too. The chocolate box was tiny, it would have had 3-4 chocolates in it. I was disappointed. I won’t use this company again. I Actually felt embarrassed if sent them when I saw it.

I have emailed you to tell you my friend received a bouquet I ordered for her and a few of the flowers were dead on arrival. I have not received an apology since I contacted you so am very disappointed.
