I've placed an order on Saturday morning to be delivered the same day, few hours later I got a message that They can deliver on Tuesday 😡 will not use this company again

Ordered same day flowers with this company. Received an e-mail at 15:35 to advise that you couldn't fulfil my order as you couldn't find a local florist who could do it. Your offer of resolution was a different arrangement than I'd ordered, on a courier service, that would be despatched the next day and then arrive 1-2 days after that ...or a full refund. You couldn't even offer me any of their next day flower options to the address (which was in a residential area of a NW town, not in the Outer Hebrides!). I took the full refund, however, by this point it was too late to organise another florist to deliver that day. Extremely disappointing service. If postcodes aren't covered for an item, this should be flagged up at point of purchase. Offer that was given was unsatisfactory and made no sense... why would I buy same day flowers at a premium rate, if I was happy with them being delivered 2-3 days later.

Anniversary flowers arrived 2days late & the flowers were not what I was expecting in very poor condition won’t be ordering again spoilt what should of been a lovely day

I have used Eflorist many times over the last 3 years and the last few times have seen a deterioration in the size of bouquet & quality of their flowers. The latest order was half the size that was advertised and some of the flowers had to be thrown as they were half dead - absolutely disgraceful. When I have contacted the company and also provided a picture I have been told that we have had what we ordered. Over £50.00 for what they delivered is an absolute disgrace. They were hardly better than some garage flowers!! Give Eflorist a very wide berth going forward.

Next day delivery didn't happen so flowers missed my wifes birthday. No contact number to call so order chasing all done via email with different people which is frustrating. They use yodel as a courier which is always a red flag. And the flowers themselves were absolutely nothing like the picture online, some were already dying with petals fallen off in box. Can get far more for your money from any supermarket and will save yourself alot of hassle. The fact I'm getting a refund is the only saving grace.

The bunch was the smallest I'd ever seen! Was for a birthday and I was very embarrassed to spend all that money on a medium size bouquet and it be literally a handful of flowers. The Asda 8 quid flowers she got was 3 times the size and quarter of the price of this bouquet. Not happy with the size or the fact I spent all that money and it looked like that. Not reccomend you waste yr money and go to Asda who do it cheaper and have bigger bunches.

Of the 50 roses, three arrived with their heads broken off and one was just a stem. Despite clear instructions to deliver to a neighbour if we were out, DPD left them on doorstep. One star given as they were delivered. Disappointed - as these were for our 40th wedding anniversary. Will not use you again.

Flowers not delivered as were 'damaged'. Really disappointed as they were for my friends 70th birthday................ Did however receive a nice and prompt reply from customer services who are hopefully going to rearrange another bouqet, heres hoping!

Flowers I sent to my Daughter in law were in a terrible state. So bad they didn’t want to tell me about it. I’m in Scotland and they live in your area in England so shouldn’t have happened. So disappointed by this.

Flowers nothing like the picture if this is a medium size bunch I hate to think how big the small size it! NOT WORTH THE MO RY AT ALL RIP OFF!

Not at all helpful our flowers got delivered to the wrong address despite me getting hold of you to try and rectify the problem we gave you the correct address and your customer service is rubbish plus your live chat does not work Will definitely not use you again

Absolutely awful flowers nothing like what i ordered. Could have got better from the petrol station. For reference I brought a luxury bunch and all in all cost 57 pounds the pictures show the awful flowers. I have included a pic of what I ordered and what Was received. I have contacted e florist and received no reply

Hi flowers came withered and poor condition , it was recipients birthday and was truly disappointed by it and complained he was better of receiving flowers from a petrol station, it was very disappointing

The flowers were for my mum's 70th birthday. They arrived on time but definitely not what they looked like online. I captured have bought a bigger and nice bouquet from the local garage. I tried emailing immediately but there was an email delivery failure. Am disgusted. Ended up going to a local florists. The flowers are still boxed awaiting collection back to yourself. Please arrange this and return of my money please. Thank you

I don't really know how to review Eflorist, as I chose Eflorist for its same day delivery. However despite paying for this, I was text at 2.30pm on the day to say that they could not complete my order, I was offered the next day, which was no good, hence me wanting same day. The only good thing, was the team were quick at replying to sort my refund, but regards to the product, it was never delivered so sadly its a 1 star from me
