AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. A duplicate order was placed and they were unable to rectify it, I was charged twice with 2 sets of flowers going to the grieving recipients address. They have no customer helpline on the phone and their live chat function is non existant. Once they take your money they refuse to assist. I will never use them again PLEASE AVOID

Ordered flowers for a friend’s birthday but were NEVER delivered! Upon contacting eflorist, they insisted that the driver lost his phone and couldnt contact the recipient to access the building. After that they never responded back to any of my emails and basically, I lost £50. HORRIBLE SERVICE. AVOID AT ALL COST

Absolutely disgusting company. They duplicated my order (their own service order page confirmed it was 1 bouquet I ordered). Yet thier email confirmation advised of 2 identical orders. When I complained within minutes of receiving their order the only form of communication is "live-chat". Eflorist refused to do rectify their fault, refused to cancel my whole order and even refused to advise on which florist was meant to me compiling my order, so that I could contact them directly. I will never use this company again. I've sent them a complaint email - I have yet to hear back from them

Well they say these flowers will bloom into the pic on the right in 48hour(magic flowers) thought i was getting a good deal paying £35 instead of £45.

This is an appalling company. I ordered flowers as a surprise for my mother in law. Not only was the ‘bouquet’ sparse they put in a completely different card to the message I’d written. So rather than a lovely surprise my mother in law had no idea who they were from, she rang around friends because the card started off with ‘to my best friend’. Surprise ruined. I then contact via email and get a generic badly written ‘apology’ back I responded with this not being a good enough response. In fact the response was so poor it was insulting. And they’ve ignore me since. Will never use again and will never recommend

Terrible customer service. I ordered 2 bouquets to be delivered to my 2 daughters who live in different counties with 2 different messages. Even though I checked both addresses were correct the confirmation email received at 14.33 had both going to the same address and each with the same message. I contacted Efloristry immediately by online chat to ask them to change the address of the 2nd bouquet but at 14.42 I received an email stating it was not possible to amend. I then asked for a cancellation but again was told no amendment or cancellation. I was also charged 2 delivery charges for them to be delivered to the same address at the same time. I will never use this company again, from now on it will be local florists only. My only mistake was not checking reviews on this company before ordering!!!

We ordered a large hand-tied bouquet of roses and lilies with free chocolates and teddy bear for the birth our daughters baby. Neither the chocolates nor the teddy bear arrived and the bouquet looked like they had been thrown together rather than a beautiful hand tied bouquet shown on their website. JUST AWFUL. £50 we paid and we received very poor service Apology? Yes Refund ? £4.99 for the teddy (which we haven't received) and derisory £2 gesture of goodwill for the chocolates (Which we haven't received either). My advice ? AVOID eflorist

To start with was a day late..not good for 40th birthday and no delivery time slot would not use again not vary good service for a flosest stick with your local flower shops

Four weeks after two failed deliveries despite constant requests for a refund. This company gets poor reviews.Wish I'd checked them first. Beware their "we"LL get back to you in 48 hours delaying technique. Serenata always efficient!

Ordered flowers to be delivered on 1st December, £5.99 delivery charge. No flowers have arrived. These were for a bereavement. No contact from them & tracking info. Not good enough. Don’t bother with this place. I want a full refund.

Awful awful awful. Ordered a bunch of florist choice flowers and while we expected some variation it was not even half the size and had roses substituted for carnations for £40!!! I complained a d basically got told by Abbie that our flowers are great and we’re not doing anything about it! Absolutely disgusting and I will tell everyone I know how awful they are and review them on every site I’m that appalled.

Orders flowers for a birthday & what a sorry state they arrived in.. Sat in a cold van for 2days & before being delivered by Yodel who eflorist used. To say iam disappointed is an understatement. Have emailed company numerous times for refund & still no reply. Have sent photo's of these dead blooms, wish I had dealt further into eflorist before ordering from them.. but Defo won't again..

The flowers were ordered for a birthday. The quality of presentation and care was appaling. Furthermore, the flowers were sitting in a van all day and were delivered late. Their customer service were below average, their standard of emails pathetic.

Here is yet another addition to my e florist review for order number WA67991299:Despite more than 6 attempts to obtain a response requesting refund for a TWICE undelivered order, after 11 days there is still no response. Having seen their reviews on other sites it is clear that this company is either incompetent or non customer responsive or both.I will not use them again-over to you. P.S. Serenata deliver next day-reliably.

I made a mistake with the postcode... told them within 10 mins... they refused to change it... I wrote 6 emails... they said the address is printed and will be issued to the courier and he will deliver to the postcode... they said they cannot be responsible for my error... I offered to pay to fix it... they just said no... I had to order flowers from someone else aswell

Don’t waste your time. Petrol station flowers would be an improvement. Paid £30 and what came wasn’t even worth £10. Half dead on arrival, looked nothing like picture. Got told to wait 48 hours (they were for a birthday next day which THEY WERE TOLD). Had to buy replacements from local florists. Got what I should have got, but only charged £20 and they looked amazing. Eflorist customer service basically have said they have no issue with the fact it looks nothing like the picture, false advertising, or the fact it’s now cost me £50 for flowers I ended up getting for £20 and should have only paid this in the first place. They have zero customer service and have no intention of resolving. Do not use them or trust them
