The flowers were limp, old and mostly in poor condition and also very crumpled despite the outer packaging being perfect

Avoid this site and save your money. Very disappointed with the flowers that were sent for the price, have had better bunches from the garage down the road. I ordered these to cheer up my daughter as she has been through a very difficult time recently but ended up keeping them for myself as I was too embarrassed to give her this poor excuse of a bouquet of flowers. Will definitely not be ordering from this site again.

I am really disappointed as what I bought was no where near the actual size of what’s listed on the website, I only probably received 30% of the flowers shown in the picture. I feel scammed! I could buy these in Tesco for a much cheaper price £7 and these were £33!!! Never buying again.

I paid £56 for 2 bouquets for my partner. What arrived was absolutely disgusting, pathetic bunches all half dead and wilted. Could have purchased better at the local garage for a tenner and they would have been fresher. Would not recommend and will never use again

Ordered a large bouquet of flowers for my mum for her 70th birthday they state they were worth £55 including delivery. Well when they arrived they are rubbish, arrived in a tiny purple box with a "free box of chocolates" with 4 chocolates inside. I rushed out and bought a medium bouquet from a nearby florist for over half the price and they are huge in comparison. Don't believe their photographs and I emailed them to complain and 4 days later still waiting for a reply and they don't have a phone number and their live chat is disabled. They are vile and apparently their standard response to complaints is that they are content they sent fresh flowers they don't care about you or your loved ones happiness they don't even look like they come come a local florist sent from a warehouse more like. Tiny vile disgusting NEVER USE THEM!!!! Attached is the photo of the expensive "Large" bouquet from them next to a "medium" bouquet from a local florist. STAY WELL AWAY!!

The flowers that were sent by my daughter for her mother's birthday were really poor considering the cost. I thought they were £10 garage forecourt for nearly £50 including delivery, a total ripoff.

Terrible flowers, so embarrassed with what my friends received. Tiny little bunch nothing like the photos. They don’t reply to emails, don’t answer the phones. Stay well clear!!!

Never buy from this company. They are thieves. I bought flowers worth over £45 and was send some dead and dirty flowers which look nothing like what was advertised. They even offered me a free box of chocolates which never came. When l tried to contact the company the customer service was so rude and condescending, ignoring my complaint and evidence completly then put me on a automated response blacklisting my email. So rude. I'm livid. Buy from them at your own risk. Highly disappointed.

Bought for my mother’s 70th birthday paid £30 + £5.99 delivery......robbed Really disappointed with the size of the bouquet for it Being the “large” one , the standard must just be 2 or 3 flowers ! I wish I had just got supermarket flowers would have saved money and got a lot more flowers for my money , I wouldn’t use again !

Flowers arrived absolutely awful. So embarrassing. Order for an ill friend and this small, dead and sorry looking bouquet arrived have been refunded thankfully flowers are o my for for the bin

Bouquet loose in box, flowers half dead, no chocolates in box.Delivery person just threw the box in my porch. Emailed Eflorist within an hour of receiving flowers 8days ago still awaiting a reply!!!!!

Awful service -i ordered a large bouquet with box of chocolates. the chocolates never arrived and a small bouquet was sent. chased multiple times, given generic response that didn't answer any of my questions - when i pushed for answer to the questions posed, they just stopped responding.

Box came damaged, flower heads drooping and dead, very dissatisfying service. Was my birthday present from my daughters hard earned money. Really upset. Should of gone to another florist.

The flowers I received in no way resembled the bouquet I bought for my Mother’s 79th birthday. They arrived looking wilted with damaged and dry petals and nothing like the size pictured despite paying extra. I sent photos but they claim the flowers are fresh and as advertised. I am absolutely disgusted with this company and would never buy from again.

Worst experience ever! Flowers arrived broken, lillies with no head. Greenery was grass (wouldn't put it in the compost bin), Holes and missing petals in flowers, terrible customer service, no satisfaction, delivery arrived 2 days late

Totally disgusted with what arrived. Have sent a complaint and lucky enough got a refund. Wouldn’t touch them ever again. First photo is what I ordered. Second was what I received
