First of all they changed the order without my consent and now the order hasn't been delivered on the date promised.

I wrote this because following delivery of surprise flowers from me, my poor mother was so disappointed by the size and quality of the flowers supplied she was moved to complain, especially as some of the flowers were dead on arrival, with the rest following in quick succession. This was the first time I have used Eflorist, after viewing the images on their website I felt that some nice flowers may give my mum a boost whilst in isolation. She is a qualified flower arranger and I believed she would appreciate a quality bouquet... however the images she shared were shocking, on arrival, the scraggy bunch of flowers looked like the last bunch left at the petrol station, not representative of the £36 I had paid, and by day 3 they had the appearance of flowers left tied to railings for a fortnight following a tragic death. More disappointingly, when I complained their response was an outright brush off... Absolute bunch of cowboys...do not touch with a (2 metre) bargepole.

Ordered a bouquet on the 11th December an early Christmas surprise for an elderly Aunt, emailed twice for confirmation the order was delivered, received a reply on the 24th December telling me they were cancelling my order as they could not fulfil it. What a disgraceful service, don't use them!!!

Ordered for next day delivery. Only when I contacted them 3 days later they tell me that no one was, or will be, in the area to deliver them! Why was this offered at time of purchase if this was the case?

Needed to cancel an order, as the recipient made last minute plans to be away and they refused to cancel, or even redirect the order to me. Kept getting very generic, copy/paste replies and no actual help to try and resolve the issue, despite giving ample time. So my friend is going to come home to rotten flowers and chocolates on her doorstep. It’s ridiculous. I wish I had read these reviews before ordering - I would never have proceeded with the order. Definitely going to stick with local florists for future orders.

Wilted dead flowers, not a bit the same as the picture. What a sham. Flimsy card and upsetting to receive such a pathetic bunch of flowers when I know my poor father spent 25 pounds on them :( Awaiting refund. No customer service phone number, what a surprise. Will update comments if I receive a refund or not!

Box delivered upside down. Flower heads bashed to a pulp by candle. These were a thank you sent to us. What we received went straight to the bin. The best place for rubbish.

Understandably during these time is know that amendments should need plenty of time, I simply asked 5 days before delivery for my message on the card not to be included in my delivery due to a bereavement that had happened since ordering. Customer service was appalling, no sympathy, 3 different people replying and stating I should've read when completing my order that all messages and delivery instructions should be correct at ordering, which they were! Using Covid as an excuse is boring now and with 'Covid' they should understand a large percent of their customers are going to be going through bereavements and a little bit of sympathy wouldn't go a miss!! Very upset as this was my go to flower supplier. Never again.

Ordered flowers for my daughter's 60th birthday 15 days beforehand. They emailed me 2 days before to say they could not complete the order and as it is the week of xmas there is no way i will be able to find an alternative provider

Appalling company - following the government lockdown I need to change the address to which flowers I was ordering were going to, as the venue would be closed. Their response was that they had already printed the label Unbelievable customer service. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

It's disappointing when flowers don't arrivet and, after follow-ups, it turns out they were signed for by someone else, with no attempt to contact the recipient despite my request that they do so before delivery. It's even more so, when you reach out again and again for feedback / updates and get dismissive responses (in fact, they may be algorithmic robots in a call center, I'm not sure) and then today, I was told 'we are no longer willing to engage with you further'. I live in South Africa. A pound is 20 rand here. It's a massive thing to be able to afford to send a friend flowers on her birthday so being repeatedly waved away by Sasha and Maddy is upsetting.

he product was mis-sold. The flowers that were delivered did not reflect the flowers that were advertised. Certain flowers were missing, pine cones were fewer than advertised and not sprayed gold and a branch from a pine tree was included just to bulk out the bouquet. The flowers were left outside my sisters front gate and could have been taken by anyone. I submitted a formal complaint but unfortunately was fobbed off by very feeble story. I was very disappointed......as was my sister..

I have given a 1* rating as that was the lowest I could give. Flowers sent for delivery Mon 14/12 didn't arrive at the correct address. Yodel the courier people gave me a different postcode address, completely different to details as confirmed by eflorists. The email I sent came back 'returned unknown' I tried to link in to a Live Chatlink without success. I am totally disappointed and would NOT recommend eflorist. If this gets readby elforist staff I would appreciated someone would have the decency to contact me to discuss this matter. An unsatisfied customer.Email, Live Chat,Telephone... Good luck with that

I ordered a large Festive basket of flowers for my 94 year old Mum. They looked very pretty in the photograph, pine cones, gilded roses, berries, ribbon etc. What my mother got was a few christmas tree branches, 8 flowers and a nasty looking old basket. My order was 55GBP just for the flowers plus delivery so not cheap. I could have picked up better at Aldi's! False advertising and needs to be addressed.

The worst service. I expressed the need for the time to be delivered on the date. My mum waited in all day for her surprise. It’s the next day and they still haven’t arrived and being told multiple times W they would definitely come yesterday. Shockingly poor! Worst service I have ever used. I’m paying £10 extra and going to m&s next time. At least then they’d arrive. Who doesn’t have a contact number? I want a refund for flowers and chocolates that never showed up.

The worst flowers I have ever received. Three limp fuschias, five dead yellow roses and two almost dead bits of grenery. They were sent to me by an elderly neighbour, he would be devastated to hear of my disappointment - of course I won't tell him.

You promise flowers in bud. I ordered flowers costing £28.99 as a gift for my sisters. It was just a bog standard bunch of flowers. Six Rose's NOT IN BUD and a few freesia. The main reason I used this company was the promise of flowers in bud. The roses were fully open. I have made a complaint and sent a photo. They just keep coming back to me with "care hints' insisting the flowers are in bud!! The photo clearly shows they are fully open. I have asked for a part refund. They are not willing to do this. Would not recommend. Disappointed
