Shocking flowers for the price. Also don't arrive when you want them to. Use someone else or ring a florist direct.

Absolutely shocking service. I ordered £50 worth of flowers to be delivered to my seriously ill aunt. I received a text to say they had been delivered but they hadnt. I contacted EFlorist via email as this is the only way i can contact them and have been told to give 48 hours to investigate. That was over a week ago. All i keep getting is generic emails saying they will investigate. Absolutely disgusting service.DO NOT USE..

This company don't send what your ordered. They send a tiny number of flowers of a different type. And then they won't speak to you on the phone. And they dismiss your complaints. Apparently they are always right and the customer always wrong. In their eyes they can do no wrong and see no reason to speak to disappointed customers. So please disappoint them and use a more reputable company. There are many.

SCAM NEVER ORDER FROM EFLORIST this company needs closing you pay over the odds on lovely flowers so you thought but received dead ones it's a joke how people can get away with day light robbery AVOID THIS DEGRADING FLORISTS CLOSE YOU CON ARTISTS 👎🤬🤬🤬👎

A friend sent me flowers for my birthday on 11th Feb. 4 out of the six roses were dead on arrival with dry, crispy leaves, and many of the leaves of the other flowers are wilted...and there are way less in the bunch than was in the picture that came with the flowers!. The overall appearance is one of old, damaged and unhealthy plants. The box they came in was damaged too. I am too embarrassed to let my friends know as it would upset them. I could not recommend you to anybody.

We have so far attempted to contact eflorist for over a month - via telephone (number not answered), email (no reply), contacting the CEO (no reply) and live chat (not online). This is to discuss an order that was never delivered, for which they have our money. Atrocious theft.

Absolutely appalling Absolutely appalling. I ordered some flowers for Valentine’s Day on Tuesday and realised I put wrong address. Contacted them immediately (still 4 days until delivery) and they say you can’t amend an order when delivery is less than 48 hours. It is!!!!! I’ve explained this and now they won’t even respond to me. Awful awful company

I worry this is a scan company. Received text messages confirming that the almost £50 flowers had been delivered. 3 days later I enquired with my mother in law who confirmed nothing had been received. I contacted the company by email as they have no customer service telephone number and the live chat option is never available. They couldn't care less replying "our system shows the order was sent" honestly just avoid and pay a little extra for a reputable company you can rely on!

The bouquet was to my wife for Xmas and the presentation was awful; the flowers were wilting, with two out of three roses being dead. I e-mailed the company straight away on the date of delivery but I did not attach a 'photo unfortunately, which my wife had taken. No reply was forthcoming until after six weeks, only after I prompted the company, when I was told that the complaint could not be considered since a 'photo was not submitted within seven days of delivery. Do NOT use e-florist or you will risk disappointment and waste your money .

Terrible experience. Would never use this florist again. Totally humiliated in front of family members when i ordered flowers for a funeral. Absolutely disgraceful all the lilies were closed buds in which if you look at the flowers on their website the pictures show all open buds lilies. Even the the staff in the funeral parlour thought this was very strange sending closed buds lilies to a funeral .not happy at all & they wont be refunding my money. Take my advice & keep well away from this florist, not to be trusted when sending funeral flowers .

Website crashed twice during payment, no confirmation came through originally so ordered again, leading me to end up with 3 orders for the same person by accident. Contacted the company immediately who said they couldn’t cancel because they were out for delivery, however they weren’t dispatched till that evening and delivered the following day. All a lie to keep my money, ended up spending over £100 on what was meant to be a gesture to a friend...why would I send someone 3 of the same bouquets with the same message on!! The flower bouquet are also very small for £35, and that was a regular size. Never use this company, absolutely disgusting.

Terrible service! Still waiting four days later for courier delivery, despite chasing after 48 hours. Compensation refused and have cancelled order. Terribly disappointed my daughter received nothing to mark the birth of her first child.

Awful experience. Paid & had flowers delivered to a friend who has suffered a bereavement. The flowers did not justify the cost. The flowers were described as a Bouquet but we're in fact a very small arrangement of 8 stems only 2 were roses & 2 Lillie's for the cost of £39.99 this was not including delivery. After expressing my disappointment to Eflorist all they offered was misinformation about my order & a 'sorry' please avoid this disappointment happening to yourself.
