Do not order from this place I ordered some flowers for Mother’s Day unfortunately my mother got taken into hospital very poorly and not sure when she will be coming home ask if I could cancel or change the date did not offer me any help whatsoever how very sad

I bought some flowers for my mum for mother's day. As I paid for the flowers the site crashed but the payment was taken out of my PayPal. I tried to contact eflorist countless times and had no answer. I decided to cancel my order through PayPal on the 7th of March. Eflorist said they can not refund me as from the 9th until the 15th orders can not be cancelled or changed. I am now in a battle with eflorist to get a refund. They are in breach of the law. Do NOT USE this company.

I was there when my mother opened her birthday flowers. I had spent £33.98 and was horrified to see the tiniest bunch of flowers. Seriously poor value for money.

Do not use this company! I ordered a bouquet for €35 for my daughter in law who is struggling with mental health issues during lockdown. The flowers arrived in a damaged box, some of the flowers inside were broken, the bouquet was very poor, mostly green leaves and the chocolates ordered with the bouquet were not delivered. When I contacted Customer Service with a photo of the delivered 'flowers', they responded by offering a £2 discount. Not good enough! A treat designed for someone who is struggling was spoiled by this poor service. I will never use them again. Extremely disappointed!

Still waiting for the delivery Took the money fast enough would be nice to receive what was paid for. Beyond frustrating, no response to emails. Courier service said not delivered

Flowers arrived gave the box to my grandson to give his mom for her homeschooling achievement she opened the box to find a bunch of flowers not really great but alive BUT a card for someone else the message I put together for her was not there it was a birthday message for someone else my personalised gift was ruined

I would not even give a one star. I order a large bouquet for my mums birthday and she recieved a ridiculously small bunch of flowers . The money i have spent to wow my mum for her special day has been completely wasted. Never again. Do not use them.

OH MY GOD... they take your money and just don't deliver anything, flowers where due yesterday for my mums birthday and still not come, customer service just don't give a toss. i want a refund but don't expect they will give me one

My friends from work sent me some flowers after my mum had passed away. I was extremely disappointed and upset when I opened up the box to find a bunch of dead flowers. I tried to contact the Eflorist but it wasn’t easy to contact them.

My daughter ordered me dead flowers from u all the yellow Rose's were brown and I took pictures when they got here Saturday there all dropping petals and ready to bin any one got a contact number for this company

I think I should have read the reviews before I made the order. I ordered a bunch of flowers for my wife’s birthday which arrived the day before when we opened the box I was completely shocked at the condition of the flowers most being dry n dead missing items which I had paid for! I was very disappointed and angry with their response and dismissive e mail which they sent. My wife was so upset especially on her birthday. Their quality assurance is very flawed and needs to be reviewed ‘You had our money - why should we care’ My 1 star flatters them!! Read this before you order. Should have gone to the supermarket for quality and assurance Thanks for her birthday present-made her day 😖

Recipient received flowers and sent me a picture. The flowers looked nothing like the image I thought I was sending I was embarrassed and disgusted at what was sent to my friend -very poor and only 6 flowers Never again will I use e florists

Nothing like the photo and flowers died after 3 days and others didn't open! Then told need to complain within 7 days, so does that mean they know their flowers die after 7 days?? Other bunches received on the same day are still going strong!

Flowers delivered from someone I’d never heard of! Someone else got mine! Don’t know who’s going to be most disappointed, and still I don’t know where mine went!!! Shame as my sender is still a mystery to me!

2 large bunches of flowers delivered in time for Valentines day after ordering 2 weeks in advance, great stuff. Until the boxes are opened and you see 2 small looking bunches of flowers that are pretty dried up and disappointing. Went to Tesco same day, bought a £10 bunch which was bigger that the £70 cost of eflorist bunches. Never again, I suggest that you don't waste your time trying to find this out for yourself.

flowers arrived late in the day and were of rotten quality with no resemblance to what was ordered. Paid £35 but received flowers worth £5. Contacted customer service via email as no other option - again terrible experience with no resolution. i am probably one of the thousands of customers who have been fobbed off by this company.
