The flowers arrived the day after my daughter’s birthday and when they did arrive they were a disgrace. 6 very tired yellow roses and one half dead unidentifiable flower. They were simply wrapped in tissue paper and were so paltry I had to put them in a glass as there weren’t enough for a vase. £25 !!! Plus no chocolates and when you try to contact them, a generic computer generated response. I will be filing a complaint to obtain a full refund.

just nowNEW Order made in error and attempted to cancel within 12 hours but was told this was not possible as the flowers had already been made up. This was 3 days in advance of delivery. I replied to establish that I did not want 3 day old flowers, in fact I did not want any flowers at all but got no response and the flowers were delivered, causing great upset and inconvenience. I shall never use this service again.

Ordered some flowers for Mother's Day. They looked lovely so upgraded to Deluxe. However when they arrived they were nothing like what I ordered, extremely disappointed and embarrassed. I have emailed the company 5 times and have not received a response. I would NEVER order again from here or even recommend them. The photos below shows what I ordered and what arrived. The photo was taken after 5 days and nothing bloomed.

My boyfriend ordered these and spent £20 and they were awful. They looked like a £3.99 bouquet you would buy at a garage. There were around 5 roses and mainly green- which is a trick to bulk them up! No water in the box - just awful awful awful. They were nothing like the photo- what a rip off!

I ordered the 50 roses bouquet for £50.48 DE21VALMM10 50 roses - £49.00 Service Charge - £7.99 Discount (this was from a voucher code) - -£7.50 If you look at the picture on the website you can see the lady holding a large bouquet of the roses (imagine the body width and the width of the bouquet) and then see the bouquet I received. I have added a penny to show the size of the roses. These 50 stems did not even fill up the small vase I know hat my wife felt when she saw the flowers and did not say a word. She must have thought I paid £5-10 for them ...

I would put 0 stars but not the option. Looks like someone has picked them from a meadow. They were so small they didn't even fill a vase, they had to put placed in a pint glass. very disappointed and will not use again. FELT EXTREMELY EMBARASSED THAT THESE HAD BEEN HANDED OVER TO MY MAM. TOTAL RIP OFF. Impossible to speak to someone and the email address is not longer valid

I placed my order on line, and before the confirmation came up, a drop down box appeared with a £6 off for referrals. I thought my order hadn't been processed so reordered. In effect I had now made two orders to the same address. I contacted eflorist immediately and before 1pm (t&c's). I received an email back to say that due to covid they couldn't cancel the second order. Very poor show, not really sure how covid affects an online order. I contacted them again to say that I had only placed the order 10 minutes ago, but got no reply, hence this review. I should have used a local shop directly, and will do in future. DO NOT BUY FROM EFLORIST!! I bought 2 bouquets for my mum & my sister. What they received was no comparison to what I chose from the advertised photos. They could have been bought from a petrol station for £5!!!! Absolutely appalling, disgusting breach of trust. I am in discussion with customer service to get a refund but they are being quite evasive!!

Pink roses sent to me for Mother's Day. Lovely sentiment terrible flowers. It's only two days after Mother's Day and look at the state of them! I've cut the stems and out them in a small vase just to try and get e but more life out of them but they are dead in their feet/stems. I'm embarrassed to have them in the window. Shame. I won't be using this company myself .

This company bassically steals to their clients. I made an order for flowers for my sister in law who was in a hospital and they did not deliver the flowers saying that the hospital did not allow it. They offered me to deliver in a different address or do a refund. I gave them another address in Reading and they did not even try. For sure after weeks, no refund. Also to make it more challenging, there is no possibility to talk on the phone. Just email. There was no delivery and there was no refund. Worst expirience ever.

eflorist are ripping customers off. I ordered 2 bouquets of flowers for mother's day. They were so bad and the customer service so appalling I had a qualified florist check the pitiful bunches I had been sent instead of the bouquets advertised. She confirmed that in one particular bunch, the Olivia, the main flowers (roses etc) were infact smaller than the ones advertised and that quite obviously most of the 'supporting flowers' the freisas and white jip weren't even included. The bunch I had been sent was very much the same as any bunch you can get from Tesco, co-op, lidl etc. She confirmed the bunch was worth no more than £10 if that much and the the flowers were not that fresh. I paid a total of £41 for 2 bouquets, what I received was less than £20 worth of flowers & quality. I tried to contact eflorist to get help rectifying the problem, what I learned is that there is no real customer service. There's a phone number that either cuts out or tells you to email them- that's it, no options just a voice saying to go online and email. So I emailed, I emailed to 3 different addresses, what I discovered is the sent the same automated response no matter which email you send to or what you put in your email. I have about 8 emails from eflorist stating the flower 'are fresh, of the right colour scheme and to value' This is a lie as they are not. Mothers day is the most profitable day of the year for florists and covid/lockdown has restricted & limited people's options for what they can do for Mother's day. I believe eflorist has deliberately exploited covid for the sake of profit. I have already written to the dir6of the company and intend to write to the CEO in Sweden. This is the absolute worst experience I have ever had with any company. eflorist should be ashamed of themselves but their not. They just hide behind fake customers service phone numbers and email addresses. Any company that doesn't provide legitimate customer service or good after care knows exactly what they are doing. I'd like to add that my money for the flowers was taken from my account the very next day after I ordered them even though delivery wasn't for 2 weeks.
