Should be closed down for robbing people of their money. Tiny bunch of half rotten "flowers" in huge empty box. Disgraceful. Thieves!

Absolutely appalling service! I paid for a luxury bouquet and was mortified to see what was delivered to my mother a day to early - which ruined the surprise... When a peaking to Eflorist to try and sort out this mess - I have been met with unhelpful staff and no answers. Their phone number doesn’t work either. This is a terrible company and if you read the other reviews, you’ll see this is an ongoing issue. Something needs to be done about this.

Absolutely disgusting company and avoid at all costs. Ordered a £50 arrangement for mothers day and got something equivalent to a £10 Tesco bouquet! Refusing to even offer a partial refund as they "are the same colour"!

the service is appalling the flowers were a poor effort , cost £30 an d honestly not worth the money the courier just dumped them on doorstep on their side but CLEARLY STATED TO BE LEFT UPRIGHT

Awful experience very disappointed with EFLORIST. Please do not waste your money. Very poor bouquets terrible quality, you would be better going to a local petrol station and buying flowers for £5. I ordered a large bouquet of flowers which cost over £40 the delivery was terrible as they were just left on the street and the quality of flowers was very poor, quite embarrassing as this was a gift. All contact with customer service has been pointless. Even tried to contact the CEO with no response.

These half dead flowers are the £38.99 bunch (large) on the website of Lillies and Roses. I am absolutely appalled and the paper card I received being just that, paper. Having read the reviews, I am confused, we must have had a bad batch! Having bought my own mum a bunch of flowers for £4.99 from Morrisons and these were far better!!! Will not use Eflorist or recommend to anyone!

Terrible for what my son paid for them. Chrisanthamums nearly dead and droopy. 1 rose 2 carnations 1 alstomeria. Greenery dried up and nearly dead. Terrible

Ordered these flowers for my mother in law for mothers day and am extremely disappointed with what i have received! The flowers are dead, as i shall be, after my wife sees what her mother has received! There are also barely any and as others have stated on here they look nothing like the pictures online.

Two bouquets of flowers ordered, both to be delivered with chocolates. One lot was delivered with no chocolates, one not at all. Mother's day ruined.

Absolutely rubbish and quality, for the price I paid might as well go to an ASDA or Sainsbury’s, you will get a better deal. What a disappointment on mother’s day.

Do not even bother order from here! I am absolutely embarrassed about the flowers my mother in law received from here that I orders her for Mother’s Day!!! Disgusted is a understatement!! She live 4 hours from us so I orders flowers last week being one step ahead! She got her delivery this morning, and this is the monstrosity she received!!!!!!

Can’t believe they can advertise the flowers as the same on the website as what came in the post. Not even the same colour!! Disgusted. Photo is from the website. Then my own photo what I actually received.

I ordered a larger bouquet for mothers day and paid extra for it however, what arrived was extremely disappointing. The flowers were droopy, broken and and the bouquet was not worth the money i paid for it. I will never use nor recommend Eflorist again!

AVOID! Website Vs Reality is very dissapointing Ordered flowers for Mothers Day only to see what was advertised was completely different than what was delivered. Feel completely conned.

Ordered a week before Mother’s Day but was informed on Friday afternoon that the order couldn’t be fulfilled and would be cancelled. No alternative option offered or even a later delivery. Also too later to order from elsewhere, spoilt Mother’s Day for my mother who due to lockdown I’ll not be able to see. Total disgrace.

Order ID: WA7927412 Booked flowers last Friday online through this company and for a Saturday delivery. Work in hospital and suddenly asked to work all weekend as COVID support so asked if could have delivered day before when I’m home NOT POSSIBLE... Asked therefore for a refund but say NOT POSSIBLE... They give a discount for NHS workers but completely FAIL to help me in any other way, despite not my fault I am offering to help cover shifts. Scripted emails, unhelpful, worst customer service I have ever experienced — will NEVER USE AGAIN OR RECOMMEND...... Flowers then arrive today as I tried to request in first place and I have seen better flowers in a skip — half dead and they have the CHEEK to charge £26 for a few dead carnations — definitely reporting to trading standards.

Received a box of flowers upside down from yodel delivery, on opening to see the heads broken off some of the flowers & the rest looking bashed. A sad sight & honestly no better than a bunch hastily chosen at a garage forecourt. Definitely not chosen by a florist, colours didn't match & I hate to think of the cost from my friend. They offered a replacement then asked me to chose off the website, 7 e mails later said they couldn't replace as they had no stock. Appalling.
