Paid for next day delivery for the 12th December, order confirmation said 12th Dec.... its now 13:30 the 13th and still not delivered! Birthday missed...total waste of money and embarrassing! The phone number on the order goes through to a different business who say its nothing to do with them... Do not use!

Received message 18.29 Saturday night saying flowers just leaving shop. It is now Sunday 14.20 no delivery yet! First and last time using eflorist

The flowers delivered were nothing like the flowers on the website, they were very poor in quality and the bouquet looked cheap. I informed customer services and sent photos I was shocked when they said the flowers were fine. I wish I had read the reviews. Avoid!

Ordered flowers , took my money and never delivered. Customer Service extremely unhelpful and not willing to actually read an email before responding with unhelpful 2 line email back. Now with bank raising a dispute resolution because I cannot get any help from the company.

Order was placed on 2nd November 2021 for delivery on 8th November 2021. Delivery address is a school. Like the vast majority of schools, it closes at 3pm. Having ordered well in advance, I was expecting the items to be delivered prior to 3pm. They were delivered by Yodel at 4:59pm. It was my wife’s Birthday yesterday and she works at the school. I drove to the school as soon as I received delivery confirmation. Not surprisingly , the main reception was closed. I asked staff at another building reception but they had no knowledge. I returned home. I couldn’t phone eflorist due to very limited contact information (intentional?). I attempted to contact Yodel but an automated response provided no further information and their web chat was not working. Therefore, I couldn’t establish who or exactly where they were delivered to. As a result, my wife was handed the items at the school the day after her Birthday. This order was placed on behalf of our eldest son who works abroad and hasn’t returned home for nearly a year so it was important that my wife received these items on her actual Birthday. The order was placed six days prior to delivery and the delivery address was a school. Very disappointed that the delivery could not have been arranged prior to 3pm. Sent eflorist an email three days ago and no reply. Would not use again!

My order wasn’t delivered for my aunts 80th birthday when I told the company they were very unhelpful and said I had to take it up with their courier ??? They chose the courier not me. The courier told a pack of lies re my delivery (Yodel) Do Not Use this company they don’t care about their customers

I ordered flowers for a bereavement, only to be emailed that they are not available & money has been refunded. Offer an alternative! It’s called customer service, try using it. Do not use this company!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I ordered, the most cutest flowers (white and purple) for my friends graduation in specifically a LARGE size, so that they are full and beautiful. God, I was shocked when my friend sent me the video of the flowers!! IT WAS NOTHING like what I had ordered.. I completely understand that the flowers will never look like a professional picture online. BUT these flowers were not even close to looking like their picture! I could have easily gone to Tesco/Asda and bought a much much much bigger & better bouquet of flowers if I had known that these flowers would look like this! I honestly do not understand how on earth they thought that what they are showing online is even clsoer to what they are sending? PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, YOU WILL BE DO DISAPPOINTED & EMBARASSED! I wish I had gone with my usual flower delivery service then Eflorist. Actually so embarrassing, completely took the mick! When I had shown my friend what I ACTUALLY ORDERED even she was laughing hysterically! Absolute joke! NOT TO MENTION THE FACT THAT THEY **BLOCKED** ME ON INSTAGRAM WHEN I HAD SENT THEM A DM & COMMENTED ON THEIR PICTURE TO SAY NOT TO ORDER FROM THEM!

Absolutely disgusted with this company do not use them I ordered over 50 pounds worth of flowers for my mother's birthday they never arrived and despite numerous attempts to contact eflorist I have had no response from them awful company I advise anybody thinking of using this cowboy operation to avoid them like the plague

A disgrace. Please don’t think the pictures on their website in anyway resemble their flowers. I spent £60 on a bouquet for my brother and sister in law to celebrate their new born. The flowers arrived of which they sent a photo. A garage forecourt bunch would have been better quality. I complained to customer services who to be fair were prompt. Their rationale however was they were alive and substitutions were allowed. Nine of the flowers looked like those in the photo. Don’t waste your money. They were also a day later than booked and customer services said read the small print they may not arrive on time. Really cross

Stay away!!! Orderd £40 Bouquet which looked lovely in the website picture. This was sent to a dear friend of mine and the flowers that she recieved were a total embarrassment. Cheap looking and nothing like the picture. Probably worth £10 at the supermarket or petrol station. Sent customer service pictures and emails but they have shown even poor aftercare which to be honest reflects the service and flowers that we recieved. Please don't buy from them if you want to save face and money.

I ordered flowers on September 3rd to be delivered to a friend in Massachusetts, USA, for her 70th birthday on the 10th. Plenty of time one would assume to let me know if there was a problem. Get an email from eflorist today, the 13th, to say florists in my friend's area only accept 100 dollars minimum order. Nowhere on eflorist website does it say that. If eflorist had informed me sooner I could have cancelled the order and used a more reputable, reliable company. Customer service email made no apology or mention of a refund. My friend's birthday is past now... I did wonder why I hadn't heard from her. She must think I forgot to acknowledge a special birthday. I am so annoyed. To add insult to injury eflorist emailed me three days ago saying ' how did we do'?. Wish I'd read reviews before putting in an order. Never again . Be warned.

Wrong flowers sent and refused to issue me a refund. Flowers a lot smaller than in the picture. I would avoid this company in future

Placed an order on Monday evening realised I got the month wrong I send an email asking if they could change the delivery date or amend the message or just keep the flowers Impossible to communicate with the customer service team if they have one and the phone is constantly engaged and when they did finally reply they pretty much didn't offer any help they didn't even offer to email or make a quick call to the third party supplier for me to try and make an amendment lack customer service will not be using them again take your money and fob you off because there job is done There is no live chat service no one answers the phone engaged all day long

Ordered flowers for a friend on the 14th July, delivered on the 15th, impressed, next day my friend sent me a photo of the flowers, 4 of the 5 peonys had opened up. Very little gypsophilia in the bouquet so it looks very poor even with the opened buds. I apologised to her, i was so embarrassed and thought she must think i dont care for our friendship very much if thats all shes worth. They looked nothing like the picture that advertised them. I used Eflorists contact us form Twice to put in a complaint, i wasnt even acknowledged and didnt recieve a reply back. I did however recieve an email asking for a review, so i gave a honest one. The flowers, not surprisingly only lasted 6 days before they were binned. Very dissapointed with product and customer service, if you want to insult a friend or have to buy flowers for someone you really dislike then use this company. Will i ever use them again? not even if they were the only florist who did deliveries, i would walk barefoot over glass and deliver them myself first. Not happy with the product but they could have made amends with good customer service, having now read other reviews my experience is par for the course with them and they dont give a damn once they have your money. I have given 1 star for customer service only because i have to give something and you cant give a minus

Paid for a bigger bunch of flowers £36 and received a bunch which looked like it was from the reduced section in Asda. I complained and received a email saying that the bunch is gone horrid customer service from Maddy. I will never be ordering from these guys again nor will any of my friends or family
