“Love the prices and the website. I am not happy with the delivery and tracking. The updates do not happen in real time to track the package and I have no idea what service is actually delivering my order. The delivery driver in an unmarked truck and no uniform came to my door and didn’t even knock. I have no idea who to contact to get my package. No response to my email on the Contact Us link.”
“So I have mixed feelings writing this review …. Five star for the product, but three stars for the shipping usually I have no problems with element vape, but this order was $229 and it took almost 3 weeks to arrive the shipper shipx never updated with the package was, and it was almost impossible to get in contact with anyone. Luckily, it finally arrived. I after being paid for 2 May it arrives on 5 May and I am very happy with my order but the shipping considering that I paid for it needs to do a lot better”

“At first they seemed legit, and I had no problems . So I placed an order that I never did get because the delivery driver didn't even wait for me to get to the door .( I do tip the drivers. ) Well , I wrote last week about being redeemed of money which was a good sum . The tracking never did update in time . My order was out for delivery and the tracking said " Shipment Created " Didn't get my order and I am out $ 100 . 00 . I hope they make it right with me , if they do I'll change my review . I know they'll keep a restock fee and the other fee , but I'd like to have some of my money back . “Ordered 3 sets of coils at the begining of January to be delivered by the 6th of January.... Low on hard to find coils needed them soon..... Middle of January had to dispute the charge because I had not received my coils nor an email stating they would be late....after cc challenge they sent them on feb 3rd received on Feb 6th.....I did receive my order even thou it was a month late and challenged on my card ... Such a pain so only three stars because i did receive my order just had to take extra steps.... Should rate lower because waiting on my coils I had to travel about 45 miles one way to get coils since I was running low and they took so long ....”
“I used to really like ordering from here... however the new shipping is absolute trash. I have been waiting over a month for a package supposedly in my city, but is never out for delivery. They can have my $50 merry Christmas. Garuntee I won't order again. Sorry Element Vape, it was a good 3 years but this relationship is done.”
“Return process was fast. However paying more in postage than the product sells for is less than desirable!!!! Second time I’ve paid for a signature package that was left in the mail… I’d love some compensation for that!!!!!!!”
“Element Vape has wonderful customer service, however, if you happen to get a faulty device (I had to reorder 2 times) they DO NOT refund Adult signing fees or postage. You would think after getting 2 faulty devices, they would pay those fees to make their customer whole on defective devices. I won't be ordering anything else from them, but their customer service, in regard to response time, is stellar. Am I a happy customer, nope!”
“Shipping was fast, but they forgot to put my juice in the package, messaged them; within 1 hour, they had sent me another one. Took almost a week to get here, and it has the same consistency as water, also tastes kind of weird. The problem with the juice could've been USPS, or brand.”
“Company was responsive which is why they received the 3 stars. Unfortunately they do not refund shipping on an item that came defective. They dont offer replacements so you basically only get refunded for the order minus the shipping so you lose out on $8. And if you want to re-order you will have to pay the shipping again and hope that 2nd time is a charm or else you would lose another 8 on shipping.”
