“Prices and selection are solid but the shipping company they have elected to use is absolute hot garbage. Had I known they used speedx I would have shopped literally ANYWHERE else”
“Shopping at ElementVape has been a very disappointing experience. I purchased a Lookah mini vape and upon receiving it I noticed a crack in the glass. I contacted them to see what their response would be, and they confirmed that they would not replace it as it had been over 48 hours despite the website clearly saying they offer a 30 day warranty period from date of receiving the product. This retailer sells inferior quality products and then leaves the consumer holding the bag with their "fine print!" I will not be ordering anything from them again.”
“These people are scammers. If you order online they will require a signature. They use a cheap third party shipper who will lie and say your order was delivered and signed for but they can’t show the signature as proof. Save your money and don’t get scammed!”
“They had the dynavap for $50 which is $40 cheaper than everywhere else. I was skeptical of the company but I ordered one anyway. Here it is a week later and crickets... I haven't received any kind of update regarding my order being processed or shipped. I know a week isn't that long but in this day and age, there isn't any excuse for this kind of delay or lack of updates. I ordered from a different company thats 3000 miles further away on Wednesday and received my order today(friday). I'm sure I'll probably get my package eventually but certainly will never order from this company again.”
“Very hit or miss company and for the products they sell they really need much better customer service and policy when they run out of stock of a product. I won’t be taking the risk of using them again.”
“Placed two orders in 30 days . Neither package came. Why did I reorder the second package? The first package came without issue so I assumed it was a one off . Now I have two missing packages and not one human to speak to . ShipX says go to the merchant , the merchant says wait for shipping . “I’ve ordered from Element Vape twice now, and unfortunately this second experience has been disappointing. I placed an order over $50 on 04/04/26 and noticed the tracking never became available. When I reached out to support, I was told to wait a few days due to “rare instances” of carriers not updating scans. I understand delays happen, but this situation goes beyond that.
I’m now being told my package won’t arrive until the 14th (ten days after purchase) even though customers are required to pay for expedited shipping. The tracking information states that packages are transported by truck to a regional hub within five days, yet mine is still sitting in California with no movement.
My first order went smoothly, so I expected the same level of reliability. As a new customer, this has been pretty disappointing. I hope Element Vape takes situations like this more seriously.

“I been buying from there for over a year now. For one thing it takes over a week to receive my stuff. Another thing the $7 signature fee is outrageous when they leave it on your doorstep.
They been delivering to me for over a year and one time they said they wasn’t leaving it cause they needed a signature. After a lot of back and forth they finally left it on the door step.
I thought of finding another company and see if I can get the same product for the same price but I haven’t been able to find another company with these prices.”
“Poor customer service at Element Vape. I’ve been buying from them for years, both online and in‑store, and never had major issues until now. I recently received a bad unit — the battery died almost immediately. Batteries have a shelf life, and it’s clear they are selling old stock.
I asked for a return or replacement, and they refused because it was a few days past the warranty. Technically true, but as a loyal customer who was sold a defective unit, I expected better support. Instead, I was told there was nothing they could do.
Before ordering, I recommend calling to confirm whether the products are new or older stock. Be cautious — I won’t be using them anymore.”
“Don't expect express shipping.. They sell lies!
I put in an order last week and paid $8 for express shipping which is labeled (2 -5 business days). I ordered on a Friday and expected the mail would be sent out by Monday and it was sent out late Monday evening. I immediately checked the tracking information and it said my package was mailed on the 9th, was moving through the network and would be received on the 17th. 8 days shipping after paying for 2 to 5 day shipping. When I emailed the company to request a refund for my express shipping fee they told me they don't do that and they don't actually have express shipping anymore because of new restrictions for shipping the products they sell.. But they still take your money and tell you that shipping will be 2 - 5 business days on their website. It's a lie. I'll gladly pay a little more rather than purchase from this company again.”
“It’s only a small amount, but I was charged $7 for a “signature service” I did not receive. The EV website says a delivery signature is mandatory and they charge $7 for it. The package was left at my door without me signing anything. EV flatly refused to refund my money and then simply ignored my emails. They have no public phone number. I hunted down the customer service manager’s name and wrote a physical letter. He did not bother to respond either.”
“Bought a $7 DazzBoxx and it doesn't work. It fires and shorts out intermittently and they've asked for pics and videos and now they want me to illegally ship a used cannabis battery device through US mail, risking an odd felony, for a $7 device replacement ...INSTEAD OF SIMPLY ME THROWING IT AWAY AND THEM REPLACING IT. They're paying in shipping as much as the device is worth. They're making it hard on purpose.”
“I completed a $74.64 order from Element Vape on October 21, 2025. As of today, November 17, 2025, I have yet to receive my order and they will not issue a refund. The company is a scam, DO NOT purchase anything from them.”
“I ordered a few sales from them. It said something like 9 to 12 days to ship after it went through. I get a message that my vapes were return to sender. No one came to my door. No one left a notice saying I had to go to the post office. I contact them to discuss it. It says it takes usually 24 hours for them to respond and they haven't. Very disappointed in this company. Very disappointed with the way they have not communicated with me.”

“I live in Canada. I ordered pods. The shipping fee was more than the pods. The order went through without problem and my credit card was charged. The order did not pass custom and was returned to element vape. I was reimbursed for the pods but not for the shipping. I was told that that is not Element Vape problem. However, at no time was I told that this was a possibility. If your product cannot be shipped internationally, don't accept the order. This is a scam!!!”
