“I will never use element vape again, I placed an order. 10 days later a subpar shipper tried to deliver but to my surprise signature was needed and I thought the 7 dollar fee was to avoid that(guess I should have read the fine print but others do not require this) then they say they can't cancel my order and shippers can't guarantee to redeliver or let me pick it up.”
“Saw the bad reviews but decided to give them a shot since it was a cheap purchase. Bought two pens, shipping was so slow I actually forgot I ordered them, and one didn't work upon arrival. After about a dozen emails over the course of 12 days including sending videos and responding to automated messages clearly showing no one was actually taking in what I was saying, the resolution was a trip to the post office to send it back for a refund (about $5). No option to just send me one that actually works like I paid for... They obviously have some quality control issues and customer service was slow and lacking. I understand things happen but as a company, you should just eat the $5 to retain a customer. Decent prices but I'll just go elsewhere next time, not worth the trouble”
“Good company, good prices and products, and decent customer service. However, the shipping companies they use now are unreliable and unresponsive. I haven't had one delivery from GLS make it to my house without several chats or support tickets. I'm not going to keep begging for my packages to be delivered. You're losing so many customers over SHIPPING. It's mind boggling.”

When I emailed, it took 4 days to get a response saying basically keep waiting, we don’t know where your order is. It’s my last order from element. No excuse for this. “My experience with Element vape was not a good one! I ordered back on April 25th $80 worth of products. I even had to pay to have it insured and I still have not received it and it is now the end of the day on May 6th. It was supposed to be delivered yesterday according to the element vape website.
I have emailed them back and forth + all I get is a runaround. Once I receive my order I will never order from them again. They are not trustworthy. They do lie to you. I was lied to in two of my emails from them. Don't trust them! Don't order from them!”
“I got The Arc Fox Vape mod kit when I got it I noticed that it looked like it had been returned to them previously to me buying it so I gave the benefit of the doubt and come to find out. It keeps saying short circuit so I messaged them about getting a new one, and I have to return it And then it needs to be approved by them before they’ll refund my money or give me a new vape so I have to go without one in order to get a new one terrible company”
“I just bought the SmokX-priv starter kit. Very unhappy with it. Bought extra coils to have on hand and gone through the extra that came with the kit and on 2nd of the replacements I bought 3 in a day. Don’t want to express how disappointed I am with this. I spent 95.00 for the kit extra coils and juice and it was a waste of my money. I have always been happy with my purchases. The mod I like but the tank and coils can hit the trash. I’ll go back to the tank I was using .”

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Element Vape. I ordered [product(s)] from their website, but what I received was a package containing damaged items. Despite my clear communication about the issue, the customer service team responded saying the items were non-returnable.
As a customer, it's frustrating to receive damaged products and not have a satisfactory resolution. I expect better quality control and customer service from a reputable brand like Element Vape.”

“Don’t stand behind defective vapes. Make you send video proof and then says it’s beyond 48 hrs. Well when you order 6 vapes you don’t open and test all immediately.

“Ordered a mighty plus in March and after a few days the screen began to go out. Reached out to Element vape for troubleshooting but never heard back from them. Finally, before the 30 day warranty replacement/exchange expired I requested a return authorization but they denied my request. The policy states that 30 day window for exchanges applies to the mighty plus, but this company fails to stand behind their own policies. Never use the. You will get burnt..”
