“I ordered a few sales from them. It said something like 9 to 12 days to ship after it went through. I get a message that my vapes were return to sender. No one came to my door. No one left a notice saying I had to go to the post office. I contact them to discuss it. It says it takes usually 24 hours for them to respond and they haven't. Very disappointed in this company. Very disappointed with the way they have not communicated with me.”

“I live in Canada. I ordered pods. The shipping fee was more than the pods. The order went through without problem and my credit card was charged. The order did not pass custom and was returned to element vape. I was reimbursed for the pods but not for the shipping. I was told that that is not Element Vape problem. However, at no time was I told that this was a possibility. If your product cannot be shipped internationally, don't accept the order. This is a scam!!!”
“I feel like I got ripped off by some scam. My order is still out there and here it is almost October 1 and it was supposed to be delivered to me September 15 per tracking information. When I send an email I get the basic canned response of we can’t help when our orders deliver. I regret ordering from them so much. “Trash..I ordered almost $100 worth os stuff, and expedited shipping. Due to the restrictions on shipping vape related items they had to use a 3rd party vendor. Fine ok. It was supposed to be delivered on 9/3. The GLS (delivery ppl) claim no access due to gate. I have no gate. Then that I was not home. I have a doorbell cam. No one stopped by. This goes on for a couple of days. Then on 9/11 they said they are not sure where the package is. I had already emailed element vape by 9/5 as the reviews for GLS said this would happpen. So on 9/11 after GLS tells me they do not know where it is..I email element again. Explaining all of this. They sent me the same generic bs email. They don’t gaf..just a pos company.”

“I’ve order from Element Vape for a while. Normally, I place an order and within days I receive it. Granted I live in Washington and it ships from CA. Sunday I place close to the same order that I have in the past, and it’s still “processing.” Even though my order was over $90, they charged me $8 for shipping, even though it should have been free. They sure were quick to take my money! I’ve put in two tickets and emailed customer service and no response. I’ll be buying local from now on. Disappointing.”
“I ordered a Puffco Peak Pro off their website. I used it twice and then the battery wouldn't hold a charge. I contacted Element Vape immediately and they told me I'm on my own and they recommend I file a warranty claim with Puffco. They would not provide an exchange or refund even within the first 4 days. Avoid them!”
“I will never use element vape again, I placed an order. 10 days later a subpar shipper tried to deliver but to my surprise signature was needed and I thought the 7 dollar fee was to avoid that(guess I should have read the fine print but others do not require this) then they say they can't cancel my order and shippers can't guarantee to redeliver or let me pick it up.”
“Saw the bad reviews but decided to give them a shot since it was a cheap purchase. Bought two pens, shipping was so slow I actually forgot I ordered them, and one didn't work upon arrival. After about a dozen emails over the course of 12 days including sending videos and responding to automated messages clearly showing no one was actually taking in what I was saying, the resolution was a trip to the post office to send it back for a refund (about $5). No option to just send me one that actually works like I paid for... They obviously have some quality control issues and customer service was slow and lacking. I understand things happen but as a company, you should just eat the $5 to retain a customer. Decent prices but I'll just go elsewhere next time, not worth the trouble”
“Good company, good prices and products, and decent customer service. However, the shipping companies they use now are unreliable and unresponsive. I haven't had one delivery from GLS make it to my house without several chats or support tickets. I'm not going to keep begging for my packages to be delivered.
