It created shipping challenges for them (expect packages to be delivered within 4 weeks of order date with their local carriers). Overall, they are a great company with exceptionally great customer service and great selection of products. Just need to be patient with their shipping partners.”
“Element Vape is fine, they sent everything I asked for in a timely manner and nothing is expired. The shipping company however, Swyft (useswyft), was nothing but sketch. Looked up reviews on them, and found nothing but people saying they stole their packages. "Took 'picture proof' from inside the car and drove off." Having read that, I went ahead and just waited outside when I got a text saying they'd be there in five minutes.
Tell me why after I went outside, the Swyft car drove up unmarked, parked, took a picture of the package from inside the car, then looked like they were about to drive off until I started walking up to them. They then hopped out real quick, asked for a scribble, said they didn't need to see ID, then drove off just as quickly as they arrived.
Reasonably certain that if I wasn't waiting outside, that'd have gone very differently and I still wouldn't have what I paid for.”
“I placed my order on Feb. 28 and received it March 19th. The shipping said it would take up to 20 business days so I can’t really complain about anything. Shipping was slow, but I knew that in advance. The worst part is the shipping service which isn’t necessarily elements fault. Certain states are destroying these businesses by not letting them use usps. They in turn have to use shipping companies like deliverol. Element vape did everything they could in their power to get the product to me. Thank you!”
“I placed my order on the 16th of January and it arrived 11 days later way under the 20 business days I was prepared for. Their tracking info is not on the money but once it got to a local carrier I received it within days. This was my first experience with them and I had my doubts but I don't anymore. I live in the eastern part of the US and they just started shipping near me. No other online vape store ships to my zip code yet and I will continue to order from them.”

“Great online shop for vape products. I bought a full mod kit setup, Geek Vape Aegis Legend's battery cover was faulty on arrival. The tab on the case that holds the lid in place was faulty.
The email communication was fairly fast and they pay the return label for shipping back to them.
The reason I marked a star is the return process has quite a few hoops, and if they could send a replacement as I was shipping the return to them would have made the experience better. But overall a great website to get products from and will do business with them again.”
“I received a defective RTA and contacted Element Vape about their return policy. An acknowledgement was received immediately. The next day a more detailed response was received. I followed their RMA instructions then received a shipment authorization. The RMA process only offers a store credit or refund. If the option to be sent a replacement upon receipt of the damaged item was offered I would have rated this process as 5 star.”
“The pricing on this site is great you can find some just as good though, but to build a new kit or to get one I would recommend this site. The delivery was fast and free because my order was over $75 and in the US, I had my order in a week from the order date. However it was missing the juice, and they sent a different kind of wire then I ordered Ni80 instead of kanthal A1. But when I contacted them they got back to me within 24 hours, and made it no hassle to get the juice I paid for. I didn't really care about the wire as it's still a good kind, but this could irritate someone who needed kanthal A1 for some reason.
Over all they where quick to ship and help, the prices are beater then most and as good as few others. I'll will be ordering from them more, as this will help me and my family "trash the ash" like they say.”

But I contacted customer service and they are shipping them out right away and they were very nice and helpful about it. I have had many 5 star experiences and not left a review, but it's honestly to me almost more about the company that saves you from leaving a one star review, and makes it a 4 star experience. Everyone makes mistakes, it happens, but what you do when you do make a mistake really counts for allot in my book.”
