Been using element for years. Spent 1000’s. Bummed that they could do me dirty like this. They don’t care that they are selling products that misrepresent themselves. They then deleted the reviews on the counterfeit products. Won’t issue a refund. I’m done with element.

I've ordered a lot from them the last time I've wanted to order a mod for my birthday they flagged my account then I tried to order the same mod from my wife's account the order went through a few minutes went by they decided the order even after sending us a code for my order. The mod was the smoke grip

Horrendously slow shipping! After 3 weeks, no status of when my order will be received, and this company refuses to provide my requested refund!

I ordered 4E juices and a Hyde rebel disposable. All the boxes came damaged. Also I had kept checking for the tracking information through the email, and it showed that it hadn’t even been sent out for shipping after I had ordered two weeks ago. I am very disappointed and I hope there isn’t an issue/broken disposable due to the damages.

Ordered an obilisk 60 took over two weeks to get. Was thinking about ordering a 5 pack of coils . Over 30 dollars the price is marked at 11$ . I know shipping isn't free but a 19$ markup come on.

aw man wish i'd read these reviews before i wasted my money!!! it's been a month since i ordered; like others, they gladly took my money. contacted them 3 separate times to try and track my order but no. bad/no tracking info. i had to PAY for route and they refunded my order, LESS OVER $20 IN SHIPPING!!! what a ripoff! the CUSTOMER pays for shipping a package that was never received and NOBODY knows where it is??? no. just no. STAY AWAY!

This company is a disaster. A true disaster. They have a lot of good stuff on their page, but if you bought and paid for it -- you are not guaranteed that you will receive it. They may send a wrong item -- they did it twice with me (out of my four orders, near $800 totally). They may write you after a while (after a week) that they actually don't have what you ordered (it happened twice with two other orders), and they may issue a refund. They don't care about you as a customer, but they like to take your money. Some items (like some wires for coils that they sell) are true health hazards. They are tolerant to your arguments -- in that they ignore them. They show zero (or negative) respect to you in their messages even if they are completely wrong. Element Vape deletes most of negative reasonable reviews from its pages. Yet sometimes they may leave one or a couple of 1-2-star reviews to look genuine, but they remove most of negative reviews to intentionally misguide customers. Most of Element Vape products (if not all) are made in China without any real quality control. Potentially it is very dangerous, because low quality vape products may be extremely harmful for health. Without sincere reviews it is impossible even to guess what is good and what may bring you or your loved ones to a hospital. The only reason that I give them 2 stars out of 5 is that they ship fast sometimes. But probably I should be thankful here to the U.S. postal service providers instead... The single reason why Element Vape is still in business is the lack of that type of companies in the U.S.A., that's all.

Great selection and great prices BUT take your business and hard earned money elsewhere! It seriously pains me to write a bad review. I’m all about supporting the vape business and community, seeing as it is slowly dying off. I’ll start off with most websites offer free shipping. Didn’t mind forking over the eight dollars but it takes a whole week for the parcel to be delivered and all that tells me is that the operations at their fulfillment center or warehouse is very poor because even after the day of purchase it still took a whole 24 hours for them to process my order. God forbid you were to want a refund or an exchange for anything. Because that’ll cost you too (don’t expect them to pay for the return label). Best they can do is “store credit” by the way and don’t expect to use all of it as they still want you pay a dollar and shipping on top of that. This is just my experience.

my only complaint is their shipping. Minimum shipping is $8 and still you lucky if your shipment delivered one week later! When I shop other store and pay half of that money, I received my package in 3 or 4 days!

I ordered the Aspire Vape AIO pod system. The device is great, but has a manufacturing defect where the fire button sticks. This began happening the first week after receiving it. I contacted Element customer service, they were fast to reply, however, they authorized my return prepaid but informed me that I would have to reorder the device since they would be refunding instead of replacing. Customer service even requested and received a video of my device sticking. This would mean I would have to wait for them to get the device and inspect it, authorize the refund, and then I would have to wait several days for the refund. THEN they will not cover the shipping back to me. This means my device is now going to cost a minimum of 7.95 more since I got free shipping the first time for ordering over 50 dollars. This is horrible customer relations since they will get credit from the manufacturer for a defective product. I am not happy with the resolution that will cost me more money. I have been a loyal customer to Element Vape but will be buying local from now on. I emailed them my concerns, told them to cancel the return due to it costing me almost half as much to ship and did not get a reply after this even attempting to make it right. They are great to work with until you have a return.

Had 2 devices go bad during the 30 day return period. Provided the company with all the documentation they requested and now the company will no longer communicate with me.

Had 2 devices go bad within the 30 day return period. Contacted customer service, provided all the documentation that they requested twice and then the company quit communicating with me. Still have not heard if they are going to do anything about the defective products.

I have had 2 devices go bad during the 30 day return period & have contacted customer service about returning these items. I have provided all the information that they requested on more than one occasion and then they quit responding to me.
