I've been an EV customer for years. I placed a $72 order 12 days ago, spent $15 on shipping and handling and as of this morning, it is on its THIRD DAY in the Dallas area (which is 300 miles from here). It took over a week before the order even left California.
There's very little value in spending an extra $15 to get something that takes 2 weeks to get here with a nicotine habit to feed... I'm going back to supporting local businesses.”
“Only order from them if you don't mind waiting FOREVER. The 5-14 days they tell you is an absolute lie. I've made the mistake of ordering from them three times now, and I'll NEVER do it again. I havent ordered from them for a while, so I forgot how TERRIBLE they are at getting the order out. Even if you pay for expedited shipping, it is a waste of money. I have been ordering from Element vape for over 3 years now and they have great selections and pricing. I have spent close to $1,000.00 in that time frame. This last order I made was 1/25/2025. I can confirm that your order has already been processed and shipped. To clarify, your package is currently moving via a freight service:
1. Packages will first be in transit on a commercial LTL Truck across the country to a regional carrier near you. Your package may hop through multiple sorting facilities prior to arriving at the Final Mile Carrier, tracking updates may not be provided for each stop.
2. Once received at the facility, an update will be provided and your package will be sorted onto a final delivery route.
As new regulations have complicated the shipment of vapor products, some packages must be shipped through our network of Local Regional Carriers. Due to the increased complexity of shipping, customers in the Midwest or Eastern half of the U.S. may see longer transit times (6 - 20 business days). Finally when they had my package, scheduling the delivery was a nightmare. After failing the delivery 3 times (showing up outside of the agreed scheduling) they the package back and gave me a partial refund.”

They use Some cheap shipping service to get to your city and then comes from your post office. It bounces around a few times between carriers. Any tracking provided does not help you. I am on day 23 without my products and this is the second time this is happened. And of course she can’t talk to anyone because they only communicate through email. Hence the horrible customer service, especially since you won’t hear back for a few days from them through email. I’ve been told to wait over and over. Signature is required for delivery and by week 3, the delivery company never posted when the item was out for delivery. I've had 2 missed delivery attempts. No notes were left with any information on how to contact the delivery company, and there is no information from element vape support or the internet to contact the delivery company. I still haven't received my package and have no indication to when my delivery will be either returned for a refund or out for delivery so I can wait for it. Go to a different company or your local store if you require reliability because as a working man, I cannot wait all day for a package which has not expected delivery date or time.”

Also I had kept checking for the tracking information through the email, and it showed that it hadn’t even been sent out for shipping after I had ordered two weeks ago. “This company is a disaster. A true disaster.
They have a lot of good stuff on their page, but if you bought and paid for it -- you are not guaranteed that you will receive it.
They may send a wrong item -- they did it twice with me (out of my four orders, near $800 totally). They may write you after a while (after a week) that they actually don't have what you ordered (it happened twice with two other orders), and they may issue a refund.
They don't care about you as a customer, but they like to take your money. Some items (like some wires for coils that they sell) are true health hazards.
They are tolerant to your arguments -- in that they ignore them. They show zero (or negative) respect to you in their messages even if they are completely wrong.
Element Vape deletes most of negative reasonable reviews from its pages.
Yet sometimes they may leave one or a couple of 1-2-star reviews to look genuine, but they remove most of negative reviews to intentionally misguide customers. Most of Element Vape products (if not all) are made in China without any real quality control. Potentially it is very dangerous, because low quality vape products may be extremely harmful for health. Without sincere reviews it is impossible even to guess what is good and what may bring you or your loved ones to a hospital.
The only reason that I give them 2 stars out of 5 is that they ship fast sometimes. But probably I should be thankful here to the U.S. postal service providers instead...
The single reason why Element Vape is still in business is the lack of that type of companies in the U.S.A., that's all.”
“Great selection and great prices BUT take your business and hard earned money elsewhere! It seriously pains me to write a bad review. I’m all about supporting the vape business and community, seeing as it is slowly dying off. I’ll start off with most websites offer free shipping. Didn’t mind forking over the eight dollars but it takes a whole week for the parcel to be delivered and all that tells me is that the operations at their fulfillment center or warehouse is very poor because even after the day of purchase it still took a whole 24 hours for them to process my order. God forbid you were to want a refund or an exchange for anything. Because that’ll cost you too (don’t expect them to pay for the return label). Best they can do is “store credit” by the way and don’t expect to use all of it as they still want you pay a dollar and shipping on top of that. This is just my experience.”
