I ordered a vape pen for my ADULT son. I placed the order, let my son know that I ordered it for him, then the next day, my order got canceled for fraud! No one reached out to speak with me, I could have provided any information they needed, but rather than them doing that, they just canceled the order.. It’s not the end of the world or anything, but it’s very frustrating. I definitely won’t be buying anything else from this company and I will tell anyone who will listen not to shop here. -10/10 I would HIGHLY recommend shopping elsewhere.

Like many others, I placed an order and never received it. Multiple "delivery attempts" were made, but no delivery actually showed up. I was actively watching my street for the last one while it was marked as attempted. Now Element is refusing to refund until they receive the package back, but the courier (Better Trucks) will not tell me whether they even have the package. Customer service is atrocious. Save your money and time, order elsewhere.

Overall just a terrible experience. I bought a dispo, it took a while to get here. Ordered it on Monday last week and just got it Monday a week later. So I bought the Cotten candy verison from another website because this one on this one was sold out. So the one I bought the day after on Tuesday arrived on Saturday. So I get the vape today and open it up. The oil is freaking clear. I’ve bought multiple dispos from this brand and we’re always yellow oil. So I’d watch buying from this website. It sucks I wasted 30$ on something I won’t even use because it doesn’t look right. I tried it like an idiot and now my stomach is just turning. There’s better websites to buy stuff off of. This will be my last time buying off of here.

Shopping experience is horrible. 5 weeks in transit, hasn't moved in 3 weeks. Customer support is useless in this matter

Might as well order from china as long as it takes to get the delivery. They take no responsibility for that they blame it on delivery but it’s who they chose to use

Purchased one of The Kind Pen Slim Oil Vapoizers from them. Shipping time was slow and when I got the item the charger that was included did not work. I contacted them to request a replacement charger that would work. To submit the support request I was directed to provide pics proving there was an issue. In accordance with this Iuploaded a pic showing that the light on the charger would not illuminate. They then came back with a request for a video so that they could more further determine what the problem was. Itt's apparent they do not want to provide a good working charger for the battery therefore they are demanding more then necessary proving the issue. Be wary of this company.

They deliver poor product and refuse to acknowledge. The juice provided was not good - it was terrible. After several deliveries of bad product I complained and they did nothing. No refund.

Never recieved my order. After a month of emails they made me fill out a affidavit and then nothing no refund no email no product and it's too late to dispute it with my cc cause it's been 2 months! They strung me along then took my money and ran! Don't order from here.

Terrible shipping times, terrible customer service. Been waiting on a refund for an order that never arrived for over a month. They do NOT care about their customers. Do NOT order from them!!!

Don't order from this company unless you are ok with waiting a month or longer to receive your order. They send it through a 3rd party that takes weeks to even show up in tracking. This is the only online vape company I have ever had this problem with and will never order from them again.

Terrible!! I had a huge order and had problems with over half of my disposables! Customer service is terrible as well! Never had problems in the past but definitely was not worth the 3 week wait!

I ordered a aegis t200 rainbow for my wife’s birthday and paid for extra shipping and yet there system says it’s been delivered and I can prove it hasn’t been delivered at all because there is always someone at my house and the day they claimed it was being delivered we watched the mail truck put mail in the mailbox but there was no packages period and I’ve followed instructions and still haven’t gotten a refund or the product I ordered this is ridiculous if ur not gonna deliver the product you sold me give me my money back sometimes you really don’t know who ur really selling your products to but let’s find out you refused the right customer or in your case the wrong customer and your warehouse burns to the ground literally right I think I’d go through and fix all ur screw ups before you live in regret sir

Seems like a good site since they have great prices and flavors but their shipping policy is trash. They screwed up my address and take no fault and now have to order from somewhere else.

I had an extremely frustrating experience with Sway (formerly Returnmates) which is the logistics company Element uses. Their customer service and delivery process are shockingly poor. I had a package that required an adult signature upon delivery, but the drivers never even attempted to deliver it. Twice now, they’ve claimed they couldn’t deliver because of a "gate code" issue. The problem? I don’t live behind a gate—I live in a house on a public street. When I contacted their customer service team (via the text message they initially sent me), they were incredibly unhelpful. Despite replying directly to their text, they claimed they “couldn’t find my delivery.” After arguing back and forth for a while, they finally located the delivery but rescheduled it—for midnight! Keep in mind, the package requires a signature, so delivering at that time is completely impractical. This entire ordeal has been so aggravating that it has completely soured my view of Element Vape. To resolve this issue, I am requesting the return of my shipping fees and reimbursement for the costs of repurchasing the product from another vendor. An apology from sway for this terrible experience would also be appreciated. This level of service is unacceptable, and I strongly discourage any business or consumer from using Element Vape.

Paid extra for shipping but had to wait double the time. Emailed them. They said sorry we can’t refund shipping fees. It should come soon… at least give me the extra money I paid for “fast” shipping back

My order is now past 31 days in transit where the last update states that my package is in a city an HOUR away from me and has been stuck there for the last 13 days with no updates. All I got was an automated message from support telling me I have to wait even longer and refused to refund even if my order is well beyond their supposed delivery window. I've ordered from them multiple times with success thinking I would never get scammed, but here we are. I live in Texas.

I placed a order on January 6th, 2025 and todays date is January 20th, as of today there is still no tracking updates, I got 2 new starter pack rigs, 4 bottles of E-Juice and 2 extra multipacks of coils. Today I started looking online into this and the way this company ships, if you don’t live on the western side of the USA then they WILL take 4 WEEKS to get to you, I’m not saying this is a bad site to use, if I wasn’t getting new rigs then I probably wouldn’t even care, Im writing this review for people on the East Coast, USA
