Finally, before the 30 day warranty replacement/exchange expired I requested a return authorization but they denied my request. The policy states that 30 day window for exchanges applies to the mighty plus, but this company fails to stand behind their own policies. Never use the. You will get burnt..”

Their prices are reasonable but their delivery service fails to deliver more times than not and you have to pay for shipping even if delivery fails and the package is returned to sender. I’ve ordered from element vape for the last time. They are not remotely apologetic and neither is their garbage shipping company. Buyer beware.”

“Horrible customer service, I purchased a battery over a month ago, it only worked for about 5 days before it stopped charging. I contacted Customer Service and they had me send them videos and fill out forms for simple return. Not only did it take them weeks to process my return they had me waste my time and head to USPS pay gas, spend time off of work to go drop it off. It has been a bit over a month and I still have no functioning battery, I paid a total of 28.02 for my vape and they only refunded me 18 dollars, stating they would not cover the shipping and telling me I had to pay it again. Today I asked for my money back to my account or to adjust my credit to the amount I spent, I find it ridiculous that I bought a faulty battery and have to pay all the costs including shipping when it is their fault, not mine. NOT RECOMMENDED TAKE YOUR BUSINESS AND MONEY ELSEWHERE.”

“I ordered a vape pen for my ADULT son. I placed the order, let my son know that I ordered it for him, then the next day, my order got canceled for fraud! No one reached out to speak with me, I could have provided any information they needed, but rather than them doing that, they just canceled the order.. It’s not the end of the world or anything, but it’s very frustrating. I definitely won’t be buying anything else from this company and I will tell anyone who will listen not to shop here. -10/10 I would HIGHLY recommend shopping elsewhere.”
“Like many others, I placed an order and never received it. Multiple "delivery attempts" were made, but no delivery actually showed up. I was actively watching my street for the last one while it was marked as attempted. Now Element is refusing to refund until they receive the package back, but the courier (Better Trucks) will not tell me whether they even have the package. Customer service is atrocious. Save your money and time, order elsewhere.”
“Overall just a terrible experience. I bought a dispo, it took a while to get here. Ordered it on Monday last week and just got it Monday a week later. So I bought the Cotten candy verison from another website because this one on this one was sold out. So the one I bought the day after on Tuesday arrived on Saturday. So I get the vape today and open it up. The oil is freaking clear. I’ve bought multiple dispos from this brand and we’re always yellow oil. So I’d watch buying from this website.
