“Worst experience ever!. The shipper they used tried to deliver the package at 10am on weekdays. Didn't give me any information that it was out for delivery. Who would be home to pick up a package at 10am? I just contacted element vape. And they told me it was getting returned a week later. And they haven't given me a refund yet.”
“Regardless of anticipated holiday impacts on shipping, I'd never shop with this company again after my most recent experience ordering on the east coast on 11/27: ZERO customer sevice, ZERO shipping updates, and no consistency/communication whatsoever between element and their third party shipping to even find out if the $100+ worth of vape supplies is ever going to arrive or has even been shipped (cause I'm still waiting, but not optimistic at this point). They reward you for spending over $100 with "free shipping," [which sounds convenient and sensible to use in theory] but if you utilize it, it apparently gives them license to take 20 business days (up to 40 days total under the right customer conditions) to keep you in limbo without any repercussions for their abysmal turnaround. Don't waste your money or your time if you live in New England - go find it local and hope this brand ends up liquidated instead.”
“The requirement for receiving my order is my signature and proof of ID. However, the driver insists on scanning my driver license. That is very uncomfortable to release my personal information. Now I try to cancel the product. I have emailed the company twice and still waited for the response.”
“I placed my order and it was "ready to ship" on 11/19. Today is 12/5 and my package is still in "processing". I didn't pay for the extra protection because the stores I have purchased from in the past don't require it and I haven't had a problem until now.I have given up on the possibility that I will receive my product so it was money down the drain. “The element vape return policy for defective items is unfair. I recently purchased an iJoy vape, which came extremely fast, but arrived DOA.
I reached out to request an exchange and was told they will not exchange the item for me, only refund or store credit.
It is unfair to force a customer to have to pay twice for shipping on an item that was defective.
It should be on the business to make it right with the customer when they sell defective items.
After a bit of arguing I was told they will give me a one time credit for $8 plus the refund for the defective item totalling $22 and that is all. That would still leave me at a loss since I paid $28. I should not have taken a loss on something that was THEIR FAULT.
After I use my credit I will never purchase from them again and will continue to post negative reviews every chance I get.”
“The company's Zendesk help is not helpful and do not attempt to understand the issue. They also take 48 hours or longer to respond.
Their "bettertrucks" shipping is a complete disaster. The company claims that they have "attempted delivery" three times. This is not true. I have video camera that that proves that no attempt was ever made.
After trying to contact the bettertrucks via phone, I was put on extensive holds only to be disconnected each time.
Currently, the poducts are being shipped back to Elemental Vapes as it is their policy to send back after three attempts.”

“Ordered and nothing received for over 2 weeks. It was not until i I reached out to customer service only to find out my package had been attempted to be delivered but needed a signature. I had to ask to receive my tracking information which again I received AFTER delivery had already been attempted. I ask for a refund and I still have to pay signature fees even though I didn’t receive my tracking information after the attempted delivery? If I would have had my tracking information, I would have made myself available to receive the delivery. Customer service is a joke.”

I had 3 non-authorized charge's for numerous items. Once I received a email about the order, I sent multiple emails, to NOT SHIP any items for any order under my name. They sent e-mails saying sorry but they have already been shipped. However, I had the tracking number and the shipping carriers information. The order didn't even leave whatever location they are purchasing from, and additionally I spoke directly with the shipping carrier and explained the charges and told them to also NOT ship anything. It's going to be returned to sender. I am currently on home hospice on a feeding tube and in no place to deal with everything they could have easily stopped. I even explained this to them. This company has zero care for anyone and all about forcing sales by clearly any means necessary. So now I have to use energy I do not have and forward all the emails to my bank to dispute this charge, when they could have simply just stopped the order when I sent the first emails. They 100% lied right to me on various occasions. Crooks, and they should be shut down immediately! Who does this to someone that is in hospice and creates all this work for me, and TAKE'S my money that I need desperately for my continous medical bills!?!? What a disgrace.”

Two days later it seems..I get a second email stating my shipment will not be shipped and in fact was canceled due to out of Stock product. OK ,no big deal. I get an email saying they are giving me a refund. Sweet!! I have sent several email inquiring about my fund sincethen??? It is now Oct 1st..Still no refund.

“If I could give them minus 1 stars I would. In Element vapes defense they did ship the items. but what good is shipping something when you use a half-ass shipping company? BTS is the shipping co. and to be clear Element Vape and BTS shipping customer service are 100% useless to the point where I just say if they need the money that bad they can have it.
