“ordered a large order and got everything.. except a vape was doa. took pictures and video and emailed back and forth for a few days.. after all the hoops were jumped through they told me they would refund the device.. and thats it. so to get a working device i would need to pay after shipping and their age verification system DOUBLE what the vape costs.. they DO NOT care about the customer and could not care if they sell you faulty stuff. customer service is some of the worst ive ever seen for online shopping. i will never use element vape again”
“I ordered a product two months ago and it never arrived. I reached out to element customer service who told me there was nothing they could do as they use a third party delivery service and once the product is in their hands it is out of Elements hands. “Just got a new vape from them with a defective pod because it will not seal where you put liquid in. Makes a huge mess. I contacted them and they sent a generic list of suggestions that did not work or apply. They said pod was not covered under warranty and completely failed in adressing the issue. It's worthless like it is...$89 for a headache. I will have to go somewhere and find a new pod for it. They will not get another dime from me. I think they sold me one that had been returned because there was no spare pod in it.”

I had no idea as these items are legal in Canada. If you package is looked at it will be taken the fact that they seem to know this and still sell it shows they do not care.
