“The worst experience I ever had. Every time I place an order I have to go through an ordeal of proving my age by sending ID, Social Security number, wait for reply and much more. In Amazon age it’s ludicrous! Delivery is a separate issue. USPS is the worst! I’m home after 4pm, and I filed redelivery, and got a final notice which is a separate issue. Their website is not customer friendly, to reorder, I can’t just push “reorder” button, search on my iPhone doesn’t work. I am a very patient person, and this is a horrible experience second time I a row! 1 out of 10 user or customer friendly - is negative 100%. I wrote to them about my experience, no response whatsoever… I take my business elsewhere. They literally suck!”

“Their shipping and customer service is absolutely awful. You might as well never sleep because most likely your package will get delivered at 4 in the morning. And just forget trying to fix it because they will just say "sorry check the missed shipping form on the door" when they use shipping companies that don't know their own name let alone how to do their job. “They use shipping companies where they can't even track your package. They claim to have no contact with said companies and will blow you off if you inquire about it. If you order from them, you better not have a job, a life, or be an otherwise busy person because the package could show up at any time and they don't leave any sort of missed delivery form on the door.
I even asked if I could contact the delivery company MYSELF to try to schedule something and they literally told me "we know no more than you do", seriously? I don't even know who is delivering the freaking package...”
“Never had a bad experience with element vapes, and ashame that I have to make the review under this companies name. but the shipping is horrendous and it is the sole reason why I will no longer order anything vape related online. “Shipping is awful as well as customer service. My order has been sitting at the shipping company they uses facility within 3 hours from my house for almost 2 weeks now, I’ve asked if we can somehow figure out what to do with the order since I ordered it because I was running out of juice and coils which essentially made it pointless using element since I had to go to the store to buy everything for a second time that I had ordered from them. All the response I’ve gotten it “please wait longer for the delivery”. I asked to cancel and refund and it was ignored.
Would not suggest element to anyone especially if you think you’re going to get your shipment within a month of ordering like their 5-7 business days promise.
At this point I am expecting a lost delivery or a random package in 2 months. Waste of time and money. Thanks element vape !”
“I've ordered with them several times over the years. However, this last experience when you're shipping is just absolutely horrible. From what I read here on the other reviews, this is beginning to be a reoccurring theme. If I were them, I would try and fix this as soon as possible before it destroys their business for sure!”

“I created an order with this company which is one of 5 online vape retailers I order from on April 17, 2024. As of today, I have not received my order. My bank shows the money pulled from my account the very next day. This is my first time purchasing from this online retailer. The rest of have my products delivered with 3 to 7 business days of the purchase. The only was to contact anyone from the company is through email which has offered some bs excuse for why I haven’t received my package.

“EV used to be a great company to deal with and I used them for years. Should have taken a hint from the last order I had with them. This order took 19 days to arrive. When I emailed them, the response I received was that they only use local shippers so it takes a little longer. Mine must have fallen off the turtle express more than once. No apologies for lack of service and no shipping alternatives offered. Just glad it wasn't a life threatening medication.”
