I guess I'll add to the shipping complaints. I ordered a week before I was going to run out of liquid knowing it usually takes longer. Been 2 weeks and no idea where my stuff is. Unless I start seeing them change the way they ship, I will be ordering elsewhere from now on. What a shame.

I am ready to file a complaint with the BBB and dispute their fraudulent charges with my credit card company. They delayed shipping on my order then claimed it shipped last week well, they created a shipping label and that's it. You can't reach this scam company other than emailing them. Do NOT order from them! They are scammers and con artists!

Incorrect item, no compensation or solution other than boohoo return the item… yes let me wait another entire week for you to receive the item and me get my money back. Not to mention another week turn around time for a replacement. Elementvape is not it, my first and last order. Trash took itself out

The shipping and customer service you will receive from the company are horrible. Items arrive broken and no matter how many times you email they will never resolve the issue.

Cape packages are sent by random multiple parties and are not trackable. Element vape hides this information from you. They require you to be there to sign but are incapable of giving you any idea when your package will arrive. Their customer service is unhelpful and rude. Just find a local place you like and trust and use them because the internet is filled with liars and scammers like element vape.

I created an order with this company which is one of 5 online vape retailers I order from on April 17, 2024. As of today, I have not received my order. My bank shows the money pulled from my account the very next day. This is my first time purchasing from this online retailer. The rest of have my products delivered with 3 to 7 business days of the purchase. The only was to contact anyone from the company is through email which has offered some bs excuse for why I haven’t received my package. BUYER BEWARE! This company is a scam!

Don't trust them ! They lie , cheat and steal ! And when u waited 30 days for your order they tell u they don't want to talk to u anymore .

EV used to be a great company to deal with and I used them for years. Should have taken a hint from the last order I had with them. This order took 19 days to arrive. When I emailed them, the response I received was that they only use local shippers so it takes a little longer. Mine must have fallen off the turtle express more than once. No apologies for lack of service and no shipping alternatives offered. Just glad it wasn't a life threatening medication.

I'd give zero stars if possible!!! Horrible communication and unable to get a hold of this company. No idea where my order is due to their lack of customer service. I'll never ever go through this again. Way to many other companies to give my money to.

What a joke… first they say they don’t deliver to my zip “due to lack of couriers in your area.” What??? So the usps doesn’t deliver to me? Ok chief. Then they tacked on a $7 signature fee like I’m being done a favor to pay more to sign for something? No thanks. I’ll find a better company to give my money to.

Other companies ship within 3 days, why does Element take 3 weeks even when paying for expedited shipping? Taking my future business elsewhere.

Two out of three disposables defective and NOT covered under warranty. After shipping, taxes and wait time, I'm out 50 plus dollars with no recourse..

Says that they will use a shipper closer to Midwest or East but after five business days, they have not shipped from Cali....OH and they didn't have one of the items so I'm paying shipping but not getting it!!! No customer service response!!! They suck

Package was lost. I was required to sign it too, so not sure how the f it says delivered. USPS ain’t helping. Element vape says it’s on them. It has been so frustrating. This is 2/3 times this has happened ordering here. I will find somewhere more reliable.

It's been 3 business days and all they've done is locate the items and print the label, all done on the 11th of april of 2024. They also take multiple days to reply to any questions.

Expect upwards of a month for your order… Atleast 2 weeks before tracking starts working. Do not buy from them

I place an order for Vape Juice on 4/1, today is 4/12 and I still have not gotten my juice, Their tracking system sucks! I will never order from this company again!

Vape Pens are NOT WORKING PROPERLY! This is the email message I sent them, one day after receiving (3) vape pens I ordered... After properly charging them, they only last for a short duration of about 30 puffs and quickly stop working... All (3) have the same issue. A 900mAh battery should last much longer. I am using NEW 510 thread chargers that turn green when fully charged and I remove them from the charger immediately. I am using genuine Aspire K-2 vaporizers with 1.6 Ohm BVC coils. I have the twist voltage control set between 3.8V and 4.3V I would like to return these for a refund. This was their response: We are sorry to hear about this issue. At this time, we will do our best to offer you a viable solution to resolve this problem. Please provide your order number and a video recording of the issue you are facing with the product at hand. Regarding the video you are to provide, please be sure to depict the present issue clearly. Once you've uploaded the file(s), please respond directly to this email thread with the simple phrase "FILE UPLOADED" Proceed to the link below to our File Upload Portal to upload the requested video: CLICK HERE TO UPLOAD FILE Please note that a video is required at this time to verify the defective issue so that we may pre-approve your return. We look forward to your response. Thank you for your cooperation. This was my reply to their response: Did you even bother to read my detailed description of the problem in my message? I received this stuff only yesterday... You sent me a canned response! Requiring me to send a video is ridiculous! I've been vaping for 20+ years, I'm 67 years old, I know when a product is defective. Call me and I'll be glad to describe it again to you in person. This is their last reply to me: Unfortunately, we currently do not offer phone support at this time as we handle all customer inquiries via email. Please note that in regards to our returns policies and guidelines, we require a video of the issue you are facing with your product to verify the described defective issue to pre-approve your return.
