“Company has a shipping scam going blames it on new age verification laws( if you order from them they pretend like they sent it, then it's lost then you get your 15.99 and they keep the 25 and never actually send the juice or its the shipping people idk who or which one or both but this is a scam set up). Recieved juice from West coast vape in 3 days! Element vapes shipping is 25 bucks. week after week no juice and supposed tracking gives zilch for time location arrival. They use unprofessional delivery drivers who call schedule times and never show up or answer calls. 5weeks later i recieve a call from this guy who says he has my juice and he is down the street, it's this black reggae guy in a really old white banged up van very sketch situation. When i tried the juice it tasted like hell and the bottles writing was way different then my other bottles of that same juice! They have something going on very shady, ordered vape from lots of people for many years and this place is just off. Kicker is they also want to charge 14 bucks if your not there đ¤ đł đ. Something is very very wrong here!”

“Buyer Beware before purchasing from ElementVape.com; their Customer Service will not replace or refund defective merchandise purchased separately and reported the 1st day of receipt. For over $200 spent, the cost of their replacement would have been $29.99 retail for an Aspire tank that leaked all vape juice within 1 hour all over my desk. ElementVape.com, you've just lost a customer from sending me defective merchandise and keeping my money, then offering $10 credit on my next purchase. What a joke - F/U! “By far the worst online ordering experience in my life.
First of all, their prices are good, very competitive, but they add on $8 in shipping costs and a $7 "adult signature service" unless you order enough to get free shipping, but you have to pay the $7 no matter how much you order. So much for free shipping.
So I placed my order on 6/8 and received an email the next day that it had shipped. I checked the tracking info a few days later and the status was still "label created." I contacted EV and was told that the carrier had the package. I contacted the carrier and was told that EV had not given them the package. Finally, on 6/17 the status changed to "Package has departed facility," so it took 9 days to get the package into the hands of the carrier. 3 days later the package had made it from California to Atlanta and had an expected delivery date of 6/24. 6/24 came and went, no package. I contacted the carrier and was told that they didn't know why it wasn't delivered but would let me know, never heard back. Today, 6/30, the package was delivered. So the package sat for 9 days in the hands of EV before the carrier even got it, 3 days from CA to GA, and then 10 days sitting in Atlanta, 28 miles from my home. I will never order anything again from Element Vape and hopefully you are reading this before you place your order. Take my advice, avoid this company like the plague.”
“No support whatsoever from EV in regards to the pathetic shipping company they use now - GLS Shipping. What used to take 4 days max from CA to NM now takes 10 days. EV will blow you off and refer you to GLS whom you have to fight and put up with their lies. Research GLS Shipping. Not sure why EV would use them but EV better be ready to lose more longtime customers like me. Buyer Beware!!”
“Why would you charge me $16 dollars to ship a $4 item in 2 days and- canât even get me my âyou bought this and it will be shippedâ confirmation MORE than 2 days later?!? Itâs 7 days later and I still donât have my package. Covid is NOT LONGER AN EXCUSE. If you make me pay $16 for 2 day shipping- it had better get here in specified time. “I ordered 5 bottles of vape juice even though the last time I ordered from element vape I had two missing items. I didnât get my order and had issues with the carrier. I looked up the carrier service on line and saw they had a F rating on BBB and plenty reviews and complaints about missing packages and people getting ripped off. I contacted element with this information but they said it is out of their control. I wonder if they are working with the carrier service. They must be getting something out of using a F rated delivery service known for mishandling.”

“Looking over the reviews, I wonder what changed at Element Vape 7 months ago. I was a loyal customer over the last 3 years, buying thousands of dollars worth of vape gear, with never a problem. Until my last 2 orders, both placed after the beginning of 2022 - the same complaint as the other reviews below. Fly-by-night, unknown shippers, lack of customer service from EV. Element Vape is able to ship via USPS because I had 2 orders shipped that way in 2022 and both arrived within a week, and I was able to get accurate and timely tracking info. Unless things change, Element Vape will be losing a loyal customer.”
