“I received a defective vape that did not work at all. I contacted Element Vape immediately and they insisted that I send a video. Of what? Did they want a video of me holding a vape? I cannot video and the request no sense anyway. Next they said I could not return the item--fine, just send a replacement. Despite the fact that I have been a very good customer, they refused. This is abysmal customer service.”

I had 3 non-authorized charge's for numerous items. Once I received a email about the order, I sent multiple emails, to NOT SHIP any items for any order under my name. They sent e-mails saying sorry but they have already been shipped. However, I had the tracking number and the shipping carriers information. The order didn't even leave whatever location they are purchasing from, and additionally I spoke directly with the shipping carrier and explained the charges and told them to also NOT ship anything. It's going to be returned to sender. I am currently on home hospice on a feeding tube and in no place to deal with everything they could have easily stopped. I even explained this to them. This company has zero care for anyone and all about forcing sales by clearly any means necessary. So now I have to use energy I do not have and forward all the emails to my bank to dispute this charge, when they could have simply just stopped the order when I sent the first emails. They 100% lied right to me on various occasions. Crooks, and they should be shut down immediately! Who does this to someone that is in hospice and creates all this work for me, and TAKE'S my money that I need desperately for my continous medical bills!?!? What a disgrace.”
“I ordered from Element Vape September ,beginning of the month. Two days later it seems..I get a second email stating my shipment will not be shipped and in fact was canceled due to out of Stock product. OK ,no big deal. I get an email saying they are giving me a refund. Sweet!! I have sent several email inquiring about my fund sincethen??? It is now Oct 1st..Still no refund.

“Shipped everything but one sale/discounted item that was essentially worth 10 dollars out of a 300 dollar order. When I emailed customer service and explained situation, they requested that I gather items with invoice and take a picture of them, send it to them, and fill out some kind of affidavit. I explained this was their fault, not mine, and I wouldn’t do their work for them. How does that prove anything anyway? Anyone could simply omit the item from the photo and say they didn’t receive it, so the policy is flawed there as well. I also told them I’m not the one who needs to supply burden of proof; they messed up my order, but I have to jump through hoops to make my own order right? Lunacy. Anyway, they basically told me I was obligated to proceed that way if I wanted a refund or re-shipment. Bad way to do business; repeat customer who spends over 300 bucks and won’t ever return due to their self-serving, inconvenient, and frankly, customer-robbing policies. It makes no sense. I told them I was over it and they could keep my 10 bucks and their tank, enjoy. Element Vape makes a mistake, makes customer pay for it/calls you dishonest, when I’m the one short an item and ten bucks. They are firm on that policy too. I told them if they didn’t rectify the situation I would cease being a customer. Rather then provide a good customer service experience and fix “their” mistake, they are happier with shorting me and not keeping a repeat customer. Unbelievable.”

The worst customer service ever. He gentleman I have been dealing with is very very rude. I will never deal with them again and recommend you don’t either. Rude and stealing my money when the mistake was theirs not mine. I also paid extra for express shipping and didn’t get that either

EV hasn’t been bad but the if we can’t actually get what we ordered because you use the worst shipping service then what is the point? “First time my order has been delayed. Usually takes about 1-2 days after I purchased but now it's been well over 4 days with no update . Frustrating when you can't contact nobody to get a response about your package”
“I ordered 3 items, the biggest, most expensive glass product arrived broken. Element Vape only used one piece of bubble wrap and had 6 inches of open space for the items to travel inside the package. The glass stood no chance. A second item was packaged incorrectly. Not once did Element Vape offer apologies or show an interest in owning up to a mistake. Element Vape referred me to the third-party shipping insurance that I purchased, forgetting that while one item was indeed broken, a second was incorrectly packed into my box. Element Vape refuses to send a return label so I can exchange it for the correct item I purchased. There is no way I'm paying Element Vape twice for a product only to receive it once.”
“ordered a large order and got everything.. except a vape was doa. took pictures and video and emailed back and forth for a few days.. after all the hoops were jumped through they told me they would refund the device.. and thats it. so to get a working device i would need to pay after shipping and their age verification system DOUBLE what the vape costs.. they DO NOT care about the customer and could not care if they sell you faulty stuff. customer service is some of the worst ive ever seen for online shopping. i will never use element vape again”

I reached out to element customer service who told me there was nothing they could do as they use a third party delivery service and once the product is in their hands it is out of Elements hands. They cannot issue a refund because i DO NOT HAVE THE PRODUCT. I am out 87.00 bucks. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!! I never will again. Lesson Learned.”
“Very very slow shipping, going on almost 2 weeks still waiting on my order, no updates to where it’s at. I had to buy product elsewhere that I have already. Will be sending element vapes products back no longer need. Placed a 2nd order that they cancelled when you call busy. Takes forever to get them to email you back. Cancelled another order.”
