This is the email message I sent them, one day after receiving (3) vape pens I ordered...
After properly charging them, they only last for a short duration of about 30 puffs and quickly stop working... All (3) have the same issue. A 900mAh battery should last much longer. I am using NEW 510 thread chargers that turn green when fully charged and I remove them from the charger immediately. I am using genuine Aspire K-2 vaporizers with 1.6 Ohm BVC coils. I have the twist voltage control set between 3.8V and 4.3V
I would like to return these for a refund.

Did you even bother to read my detailed description of the problem in my message? I received this stuff only yesterday...
You sent me a canned response! Requiring me to send a video is ridiculous! I've been vaping for 20+ years, I'm 67 years old, I know when a product is defective.
Call me and I'll be glad to describe it again to you in person.

“The company is awesome due to their prices. However it takes forever to receive the package. Can't even track it. Better buying local than waiting for what seems like forever just to save money. That's the only reason I'm giving them a 1 star. Sorry you lost me as a customer”
“Do not order from Element Vape. They will send, not exactly what you order, but interpret the order how they choose. I ordered 2 Vape liquids and they sent me 1 and then 3 'fruit flavored' that I cannot use. Don't take a chance!!”

They send an email after you've placed an order to tell you that it may take 20 days to get to you and they list the effects of covid as the reason.... 1st and last order. Too many options out here to justify a company that that can't find a way to service customers quicker.”
“I have been a loyal customer of EV, spending several hundred dollars each order, every three months. The last two orders arrived with defective devices. A salt-nic device & this time, a battery. I gave them a second chance the first time as it is more convenient for me to use their pick up program than have my order delivered, but never again.
Before telling me it was against their policy to return batteries (a dead on arrival product) they made me send them a video explaining/depicting what the problem was. So when they told me there was no way they could solve this problem by simply sending me a working TEN dollar battery, after spending thousands with them. I asked them why they had me waste my time, when returning from work after 11 hours, making & sending a video? Their response- they wanted to see if it was an "easy fix" such as removing film. I suggested they not repeat this to another customer as I obviously would not have wasted all that time over an "easy fix" to which they responded they have seasoned & beginner vape users & didn't know which I was. Well, take a look at my account history, it's not that hard to figure out!
Horrendous service. I will absolutely go a more inconvenient, even more expensive route if necessary to not have to ever deal with this company again.
All I can say is beware! If you're prepared to spend money on an item that may arrive defective & will not be able to exchange it or receive credit back- then by all means, order from Element Vape. But if you want working items or any kind of solution- order elsewhere!”
“I ordered nicotine salts juice from this company and got the wrong product. It has the right label, but it is Blue Strawberry by I Love Salts and it tastes like menthol, which I have never had an issue with before on any other site ordering juice. When I inquired about this, they said their return policy didn't include e-juice. So basically, they robbed me...selling me the wrong product. Be warned.”
