“This company doesn't even deserve one star. They take your money and charge seven dollars for a signature, but the delivery person just leaves the package outside the door. They charge for insurance, then don't stand behind it. When you tell them you never received the order, they tell you to contact the delivery service, that never responds. They lost a great customer.”
“The extremely slow, unknown shipping company that Element Vape uses lost an order I placed with them almost a month ago. I contacted them last week to let them know it had fallen off of the map, and they responded by saying that isnt their responsible and I needed to file a claim. No "hey sorry our useless shipping company lost your package" or any other words a customer service rep would use.
Ok, fine. I'll file a claim. EV's nonexistent customer service dept sent me a link that clearly said "file a claim". That link took me to a page with my order details on it...and a link to email ELEMENT VAPE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Hey, that's a SCAM. I am filing a dispute with my bank and Paypal ASAP- this is ridiculous and I am beyond irritated these people are just hanging onto my 80 bucks and not doing a thing to help me get refunded or sending a reorder.”
“SCAMMERS SCAMMMMMERS i cant say it louder!!!!! Absolute worst place of business !!! 1st My order took 3 weeks to receive and then i couldn't receive it. After that i requested a refund and they said i never sent back .. knowing i never received it . At this point its been a month and still no resolution or help from an actual person . I then proceeded with the BBB and filed a complaint because you cant just steal peoples money , especially if i never signed and or received the delivery. I also had to file with my bank because they would only do it on PayPal which i cannot access and finally a month later i got a confirmation of a refund back to my account .”
“On Feb 25 2023 I purchased on line the model VILTER PRO from ELEMENT VAPE .
I received the product 13 days later. Didn't used it, just placed the liquid in the pod, and put it to charge. A few hours later the device stopped charging, and the pod contacts were wet with the liquid. I retired the pod, cleaned it and tried to charge again without success. Today I tried the vape, and the device didn't fired. The contacts of the pod were wet again. The pod, placed over my desk, wets the desk. The pod is obviously leaking and the device is unusable. I addressed the issue to ELEMENT VAPE for exchange or refund, and they declined to honor the warranty, because "...pods are not covered by the 30 days warranty..." ELEMENT VAPE IS THE KIND OF COMPANY WHERE QUALITY CONTROL IS MADE AND PAYED BY THE CUSTOMERS”
“A company that is so well known for the vape products is unable to tell me where my package is. Almost a month now and nothing. They hold no responsibilities once an item leaves their place. told me to wait it out. I asked for the item to be canceled and refunded, I got a quick, "nope" It's a shame that shipping problems will cause me to never use Element ever again. customer support was no help, tracking info is useless. its a guessing game once you buy something. spent more than a few hundred dollars with you over time and the answers I got from the email are not what I was expecting. cancel the order, return my money”

“Paid for 5-14 days shipping. It has been 25 days since my order, no sign of product. Tracking services are not accurate, and unable to easily follow. Customer service continues to copy/paste same response, and bold subsequent responses. Customer service simply says that shipping cannot be controlled due to delays and will not offer a refund, despite paying for 5-14 day shipment. Not very polite or kind, will not give my business to again, and I recommend you find a kinder, personable local shop.”

“They don't tell you until AFTER you place an order that if you live outside the western US, that your order could take 2+ weeks to arrive. It's been nearly 30 days since I placed my order and I still don't have it. I'm not sure why they feel the need to ship via cross-country truck and last-mile delivery services when the rest of the ecommerce universe uses UPS, FedEx, or USPS. All 3 of those shipping companies offer adult signature services, which complies with all federal, state, and local laws as it pertains to the distribution of nicotine. Heck, I could have driven across the country to pick up my order twice in the time this took. Furthermore, when you contact their customer support, you get generic, canned, uninterested, and completely indifferent responses. I've talked to walls who were willing to do more to resolve issues than their support staff expressed. I will never do business with Element Vape again and caution everyone to find another company to work with if you ever want to receive your product or get any level of support.”
“I recently purchased Vape e-juice which had expired in March 2022. The taste and smell were so off that it can’t be used.
I approached the company about return and got told it’s not their fault with elaborate excuses why it would change colour and of course along with that flavour, etc.
