“Paid for 5-14 days shipping. It has been 25 days since my order, no sign of product. Tracking services are not accurate, and unable to easily follow. Customer service continues to copy/paste same response, and bold subsequent responses. Customer service simply says that shipping cannot be controlled due to delays and will not offer a refund, despite paying for 5-14 day shipment. Not very polite or kind, will not give my business to again, and I recommend you find a kinder, personable local shop.”

“They don't tell you until AFTER you place an order that if you live outside the western US, that your order could take 2+ weeks to arrive. It's been nearly 30 days since I placed my order and I still don't have it. I'm not sure why they feel the need to ship via cross-country truck and last-mile delivery services when the rest of the ecommerce universe uses UPS, FedEx, or USPS. All 3 of those shipping companies offer adult signature services, which complies with all federal, state, and local laws as it pertains to the distribution of nicotine. Heck, I could have driven across the country to pick up my order twice in the time this took. Furthermore, when you contact their customer support, you get generic, canned, uninterested, and completely indifferent responses. I've talked to walls who were willing to do more to resolve issues than their support staff expressed. I will never do business with Element Vape again and caution everyone to find another company to work with if you ever want to receive your product or get any level of support.”
“I recently purchased Vape e-juice which had expired in March 2022. The taste and smell were so off that it can’t be used.
I approached the company about return and got told it’s not their fault with elaborate excuses why it would change colour and of course along with that flavour, etc.

“Company has a shipping scam going blames it on new age verification laws( if you order from them they pretend like they sent it, then it's lost then you get your 15.99 and they keep the 25 and never actually send the juice or its the shipping people idk who or which one or both but this is a scam set up). Recieved juice from West coast vape in 3 days! Element vapes shipping is 25 bucks. week after week no juice and supposed tracking gives zilch for time location arrival. They use unprofessional delivery drivers who call schedule times and never show up or answer calls. 5weeks later i recieve a call from this guy who says he has my juice and he is down the street, it's this black reggae guy in a really old white banged up van very sketch situation. When i tried the juice it tasted like hell and the bottles writing was way different then my other bottles of that same juice! They have something going on very shady, ordered vape from lots of people for many years and this place is just off. Kicker is they also want to charge 14 bucks if your not there 🤔 😳 🙄. Something is very very wrong here!”
