“I ordered a mod on Jan 28th. On the 29th I reviewed shipping confirmation. On February 2nd it says pickup complete in CA. Now it's the 3rd of March and it still don't say anything different on the tracking. What a scam.”

Elements vape took no responsibility for the delay and after going back and forward on day 28 the costumer service offered me full reimbursement if the item does not arrive in 30 days time line. Items finally showed up on day 32 and element vape retract their offer for refund and claimed they only offered the reimbursement in case of not receiving the items. So refuse the refund me or provide any compensation…
In addition there was a missing item in my order, I order a full starter kit but they only sent me the mod for the kit and instead of doing the right think and sending me the missing piece or at least refund me for their mistake, they asked me to return the item and they will not ship the correct item until they receive the return product…
I purchase vape products from other sites before and I had problems with them as well but they always did the right think either provided refund or resend the item without causing any more inconvenience to me! I never had to deal with such a bad customer support before. I don’t think I will ever use this site purchase any vape products anymore!

“NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER. Apart from vaguely answering my numerous inquiries about a month+ long non-delivery, customer service has been non-existent. Instead of getting my order to it’s destination, EV took my money and resorted to threats. Beware”
“Placed an order January 2nd and it showed it arrived in my city January 6th. Ever since then, at the end of every day, it says rescheduled delivery, no delivery attempt, and pushes it the next day. My package has been in my city for 8 days now. When I attempted to file a claim for lost package through the company I paid to protect my package (they contract with Element Vape) they said it was approved but that I would only get refunded for the item itself. Proceeded to say it excluded shipping, fees (adult signature fee), and even the tax on the product! All in all would have been $20 of the $60 order. I disputed the charge with my bank. Do not do business with these folks. Horrible company, will not respond to emails, and even their insurance they provide is a total sham. Spend your money elsewhere.”

“Absolute horrible company my husband ordered bottles of juice it took them three weeks to ship it and then when he received the package it was someone else’s order. He contacted the company only for them to tell him that it’s not their problem (Human error) that he would have to ship back what they sent wrong before they reimburse him or send him what he originally ordered. Which is ridiculous to make him have to wait even longer because they made a mistake and sent him somebody else’s stuff. Fast forward three weeks and he still not reimbursed and they sent him a three paragraph email about how humans error and make mistakes I wonder how many mistakes this company actually makes and how many wrong orders they send out. If I were you I would shop anywhere else. Sucks to even have to give them one star. While I understand businesses are having a hard time it shouldn’t take days to respond to someone’s email and it shouldn’t take weeks being hassled to get reimbursed.”
“100$ purchase never arrived but element vape says it did. Who ever signed for my pkg signed the wrong name. Element vape will not refund or resend items. They blame the carrier and won't help the satisfy the order. No course of action available and from what I'm seeing online I'm not the only person who has fell victim to this scam. “This is the third time I've waited two months+ for 4 freaking coils. I live outside DC, not a remote location or anything. I ordered 10.4.2021 and now its Jan 6 2022, and they PUSHED the delivery date AGAIN to January 11th. Never shopping there again.”
