“I have been ordering from them for a couple years. Ordered on November 8th this is November 28th I still have not received my order they have not returned my emails. I received the email saying that it was shipped but when I track it it's still in Salt Lake City. I have had an issue before and I had to stay very persistent to receive the items they owed me. But at least they were answering my emails. I did not appreciate having to send copies of my receipt several times due to there I guess internal issues.”

Now I’ve been waiting for 1 month for my package, so i asked them what company is delivering it and they have no information on it. “Buyer beware, I knew delivery would take extra time, but delivery status was never current and the no name delivery company marked my shipment undeliverable because I wasn’t home and returned my order without giving me any notice that attempts were made. Now Element says I have to wait until product returns to them for a refund which took 3 weeks to get here. It’s in the possession of their delivery company. Complete lack of communication and effort to provide good customer service. What a joke. I was a consistent monthly customer. Not anymore.”
“On the 27th of Oct I ordered a mod and a tank as a kit. The shipping label was created the next day and tracking showed it left their "warehouse" the next day. Shipping would take this package from CA to FL, a trip that typically takes 3-5 days. Cut to a week later and it shows my package just arriving in Utah with an expected delivery date of 11-9. Not only is that nearly two full weeks, but the delivery date has changed no fewer than 5 times. First it said it would be delivered on the 2nd, then the 3rd, then the 5th, then the 8th and now the 9th. I've contacted EV twice for an explanation and all they do is apologize for any inconvenience. Order from anyone else on the internet because their shipping must be coming from China or something. They seem not at all bothered about my complaint and offer no solutions. I'll never buy anything from them again and I suggest you don't either. I'll be doing a charge back on this order to prevent them from defrauding me.”
“Very poor service. No clear communication or assistance with trying to get this order delivered. The carrier they chose is very poor (being nice) and although their stated hours of service are from 8am-8pm they never work after 4pm. After the first attempt I made arrangements to be home to receive it and they never attempted delivery that day. They came the next day when I wasn't aware and couldn't be there. There were no tracking updates to go off of either and trying to reach them or element vape for assistance was a complete waste of time. Element will not allow to choose a shipping carrier option (even to pay more for a better service) 2 weeks later having to start over and place the order with a different (more reputable) company. Do yourself a favor”

“Pretty good service before but recently they swapped to a shipping company that essentially holds your package hostage unless you sign for it in person. No option for a direct pick up and no given schedule when the driver might arrive either. And as someone that works graveyard shift, the lack of flexibility here is making me want to cancel my current order(already missed today's driver) and just go buy elsewhere.”
“After providing ID for my order I was then asked to hold the ID to my face and take a photo, unacceptable. This was my 3rd order from EV. I asked why I had to keep providing ID to the same address as the last 3 orders. They did not respond and cancelled my order immediately. Horrible customer service. “Really wish I had looked at this site beforehand. Ordered from them because their site looked good and the item reviews looked solid but they just flat out don’t list most negative reviews. My order has been sitting with their trash “x mail” carrier for weeks now with a constantly pushed back receive date and now after reading the reviews I have to hope nothing is broken, they actually shipped all of the right items and the juice isn’t stale. If I don’t get my shipment within the next week I’m just going to email them that I’m disputing the charges with my card company and to have their carrier send the items back to them. How it’s possible for mail to be this slow in 2021 is beyond me. It was faster in the height of covid for Christ sakes.”
“Was sold a faulty device that lasted a week after the 30 day return policy. They said that they were unable to help in any way. Would be nice for the retailer to verify that they are selling products that don't fall apart right outside of their return window. Looks like they got their money so they are happy.”

“I give Element Vape one star due to the incredibly frustrating, lack of reliability on element vape and the slap in the face by the customer service.
I purchased a rta and received it with a cracked 3.5ml glass. I submitted pictures and let them know I need a replacement of the 3.5ml. I was informed they did not have a replacement for the 3.5 and offered me two options: return the entire item returned for replacement or $5 of store credit.
I let them know that I would not send back my entire rta that worked perfectly fine, wait for it to ship to them and then wait for a new one to ship back to me. I very much like this rta and wasn't willing to do that. As for the $5 offer- that did me absolutely no good as they didn't have the part I needed anyway. I did find the 3.5 glass at a different online store but after shipping it would cost me over $12.
I asked to be compensated for my additional cost to replace the part I purchased from them, recieved broken and had to replace on my own. My request was another product comparable to the cost of my $12 spent for a replacement. They refused stating it would cause inventory inaccuracies.
I then agreed to the $5 credit but asked to have free shipping on the order that I place using the $5. The response email was a complete slap in the face. First, they didn't even get my name correct. I am paul - this email was addressed to Kirsten. Second they again said no to righting a wrong and third they asked me if I wanted to go ahead with the $5 credit or return the item. I had just told them I would take the $5 credit.
This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I bought a product that I had to replace a broken part for and in return I wasn't helped in any way. I hope kristen had better luck.”
“Element vape sent me a vape that stopped working four days after I received it. I'm out 50 dollars now and have no vape. I will never buy from them again. I wouldn't suggest anyone to either.”
