“I purchased a GeekVape Tank (was supposed to be a ZEUS). Customer service was very responsive but would not help when I received a defective product. First, they sent me the wrong product and they said the product line changed (but did not update their listing). Then the tank was just spewing juice. They just sent me ways to fix it which I had already tried. So, if your product is broken they will not let you return it. Quite disappointing.”

“I’ve never dealt with a company that has straight up lied and from the reviews I see I’m not alone in feeling this way. They claim I returned to them empty boxes. I sent pics to them and then paid for FedEx to return items. BIG LIARS. What are you supposed to do take a video of you boxing up the items at the FedEx store to vouch you returned the items. With all the online shopping happening these days you would think they would be honest”
“This company makes the customers pay shipping, however, does not ship according to the specifics that the customer must pay for. Items from this site are not designed to sit in an unsanitary postal office for weeks at a time, they will become damaged. This company refuses, however, to refund a simple shipping cost when this occurs and blame the changes due to covid. There has been ample time for businesses such as the post office to adapt to changes due to covid, a year or more, and I have not seen any other company still blaming covid for slow shipping. Likewise, companies such as Amazon will refund the shipping cost to their customers when it is behind, without the customer even having to reach out. Clearly this company is about to go out of business, and must not care, hence they have had to lower their prices on everything. With the exceedingly poor customer service and many competitors willing to take their unhappy customers off of their hands, you would think this company would have a high priority on exceptional customer service excellence. This is most definately not the case, and very contrary. I would not recomend even a coil from this company, let alone eliquid unless you are ok with a bottle of it being held hostage for a few weeks in an unsanitary post office in California, may or may not be safe to use by the time it arrives to you, regardless if you live in California or not.”
“I made an internet purchase of two vaporesso starter kits and 1 vial of nicotine juice. Order arrived in 4 days via USPS in an undamaged envelope. When I opened only 1 starter kit and i vial of juice were there. I immediately tried to contact customer service but had to do via internet because they have no telephone support.
I filled out their affidavit and tried to send them required photo of enclosed shipping invoice and a photo of the items and stated that I was not looking for money back just wanted the missing item( Vaporesso Swag Starter Kit.
After three more e-mails they have stated that they have not received my photos. I use my phone for pictures and my email application is on my desktop. When I requested a direct email address, so I could send them from my phone they would not provide it.
I am 69 years old and am not great in this new digital world but that should be a requirement for me to receive what I paid for. So as it stands now I am out the $39.99 i paid for a product I did not receive.”

“If I could give zero stars, I would, but unfortunately that is not an option. My significant other attempted to order some COILS ONLY from this company for me, and have them shipped to me, since we are currently living states apart. First, the company asked for the last four of his social. Then, when he provided that, they asked for him to upload his photo ID. Then, when he provided that, they asked for mine. Then, when we complied with THAT request, they said the photo on the ID was blurry and to resend. Please note that while my photo was a little blurry my name, address and date of birth were clearly visible and matched the shipping name and address exactly. Also note: we are both well over legal age, by more than a decade. The copies of both ID's were legible enough to satisfy any inquiry by law enforcement agencies, and not even for nicotine products? It's ridiculous!! Why does my photo need to be clear?? What do they have to compare it to? What's next? I need to take a webcam photo holding it up next to my face? These continually escalating requests are well beyond what is reasonable. We have canceled our order and advised them that these reviews would be forthcoming. DO NOT BUY FROM ELEMENTVAPE, unless you want to be similarly harassed.”

“Unfortunately I decided to order my Vape pens (2) from Element Vape. I have used this exact brand/style for more than 3 years. I usually purchase elsewhere and NEVER had an issue. So I was surprised that immediately out of the box there was a problem ... I threw out a brand new coil and tried another one thinking that was the issue it was not.. So what I thought would be not a big deal... explain the situation ....exchange it good to go.... but nope

“The customer service was terrible in my experience. I’ve been using them for a few years now and unfortunately they just lost a customer. They screwed up my order and did not try to work with me on fixing it. I was very disappointed. I could understand if I ordered the wrong item but no, they sent the wrong item. Let’s just say if they send you the wrong item be prepared to wait another week to week and a half to receive the product. It honestly just seemed like they didn’t give a f**k, that’s how I took it.”
“Very disappointed with the customer service provided. Ordered a blue tank. When it arrived it was very clear that there had been a manufacturing issue with the painting of the tank. There were areas where paint was missing and the shade of the tank varied widely from top to bottom (almost as if the equipment ran out of paint during processing). I advised Element Vape and simply wanted to exchange for a new one. I was advised that they don't cover "minor cosmetic issues". This was much more than that. When you purchase a new item you expect it to be in good condition. I was offered an $8 credit. Not enough for a terrible looking tank. In the end I had to pay to ship it back to get a refund. I will not purchase from them again.”
“I have often received slightly damaged or poorly packed items, but the RMA process is only mildly annoying. I had ordered more coils that I came to find out were DOA from a previous order. I had already decided to return them before they arrived. It took 17 days, during which time support pasted generic messages and continued to place blame on USPS. It wasn't until I threatened contacting my credit card company that anything was done to locate my package. During the last week of waiting for my delivery, I placed an order with another shop. Not only did I get a much better price, they arrived before this order. I returned the items using the exact shipping method they arrived to test how much USPS was really at fault. Ironically, they were shipped out on 12/23 and arrived on 12/29. In case you don't know, Christmas was 12/25 and 12/27 was a Sunday. This was my last order here.”
