Unfortunately I decided to order my Vape pens (2) from Element Vape. I have used this exact brand/style for more than 3 years. I usually purchase elsewhere and NEVER had an issue. So I was surprised that immediately out of the box there was a problem ... I threw out a brand new coil and tried another one thinking that was the issue it was not.. So what I thought would be not a big deal... explain the situation ....exchange it good to go.... but nope After multiple emails ... finally with an email from them asking me for a video of “ air flow problem” which please explain how I show air in a video ... when I asked them that exact question the next response was Unfortunately, airflow issues are not covered under our 30-Day Limited Warranty. As this issue can be caused by many factors. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. Now this was BRAND NEW JUST DELIVERED ... that is how they handle a defective product. So purchase at your own risk... I’ll go back to where I have never had an issue purchasing the same item...

The customer service was terrible in my experience. I’ve been using them for a few years now and unfortunately they just lost a customer. They screwed up my order and did not try to work with me on fixing it. I was very disappointed. I could understand if I ordered the wrong item but no, they sent the wrong item. Let’s just say if they send you the wrong item be prepared to wait another week to week and a half to receive the product. It honestly just seemed like they didn’t give a f**k, that’s how I took it.

Very disappointed with the customer service provided. Ordered a blue tank. When it arrived it was very clear that there had been a manufacturing issue with the painting of the tank. There were areas where paint was missing and the shade of the tank varied widely from top to bottom (almost as if the equipment ran out of paint during processing). I advised Element Vape and simply wanted to exchange for a new one. I was advised that they don't cover "minor cosmetic issues". This was much more than that. When you purchase a new item you expect it to be in good condition. I was offered an $8 credit. Not enough for a terrible looking tank. In the end I had to pay to ship it back to get a refund. I will not purchase from them again.

I have often received slightly damaged or poorly packed items, but the RMA process is only mildly annoying. I had ordered more coils that I came to find out were DOA from a previous order. I had already decided to return them before they arrived. It took 17 days, during which time support pasted generic messages and continued to place blame on USPS. It wasn't until I threatened contacting my credit card company that anything was done to locate my package. During the last week of waiting for my delivery, I placed an order with another shop. Not only did I get a much better price, they arrived before this order. I returned the items using the exact shipping method they arrived to test how much USPS was really at fault. Ironically, they were shipped out on 12/23 and arrived on 12/29. In case you don't know, Christmas was 12/25 and 12/27 was a Sunday. This was my last order here.

horrible company to deal with. unit failed right out of the box and they refuse to replace it-they offer 10$ credit towards my next purchase. since i will never do business again with this company the 10$ credit is worthless. now watch all the fake positive reviews to follow. instead of trying the jerry-rig the ratings, you should take that energy and better your company.

I ordered Pachamama Nic salt, it arrived a dark orange color, clearly it was not stored properly and was old. Harsh! I sent EV pics, and they used every excuse in the book, not to replace or refund. Never again!

thay sent me the wrong mod,the mod thay sent me was haft the price of the one i orderd. now thay wont me to fix there mess up, and have no fath in them doing what thay say thay will.

Ordered as normal and it is now sitting in ca. I emailed them 3 times and no response. I have given them many 5 star reviews. I feel like a fool.

I ordered a prince stick from Element Vape and received last night when I returned home from work. Have not used the device at all because every time I put liquid into the tank it just leaks out. I just received it yesterday and still using my old one. Any other store that I have dealt with in the past replaces defective devices that they sell but they will not do anything. I don't particularly care about the return policy because there is no way that you can determine if the device is defective or not by not opening it. That just makes no sense at all. I asked for at least a replacement tank and they will not send me one. I will never order from them again due to this. I have wasted liquid, another coil and tried to change the seals and still continues to leak. The response I received was that all tanks leak a little bit. This isn't the case with this one as it just empties the thing out completely. I know tanks leak a little. I have one that does so and it is hard to prevent that but for a tank to completely empty out once it is full is an issue with the tank. The glass is not broken and is in perfectly good shape. I feel like regardless if it is there device or not they should honor the sale and try to help their customers out but do not do anything but provide you a link of their policies that don't make any sense at all because you would never know a device to be defective unless you actually open up the device.

Sent incorrect coils AND missing an item from order. Contacted them to correct and have to jump through hoops to get it corrected. Do not reccommend!

Both tanks arrived with the replacement glass removed and missing. When I contacted Element their customer service stated they are not responsible for their products, and offered me a $5 store credit for $50 of tanks missing parts. I highly recommend not doing business with this company, refusing any responsibility for what you sell is an insane business practice. There are so, so many better retailers to go with.

Sold me 2 and mini sticks in a row. Cost me $16 in shipping and 2 trips to the post office. Do not buy from them .I got a store refund for $17.99 they can keep. I'm not losing another $8 in shipping for a $18 p.o.s .They don't stand by their products .They told me they aren't responsible for other companies they buy from!!!! Then who is ?????? They removed the Eleaf 10w mini p.o.s from their site along with my review so here I am.

Just a terrible experience with customer service today. Ive been spending 100+ a month for about a year with this company. I was treated like I didnt matter to them and it hurt. I regret turning my followers and friends onto this company. I dont care what response they put under this review because I wouldnt buy from them ever again even if they paid me. Beware

Purchased a relatively expensive vaporizer however company shipped the incorrect vaporizer. After a lengthy process company waited to receive their incorrect equipment before shipping the correct vaporizer. Company took my monies easy enough but would not trust sending me the purchased equipment until receiving their mistake. Entire process took a multiple weeks. Would not recommend

Sold me 2 back to back defective Eleaf istick 10v mini mod.Lost $16 in shipping plus 2 trips to the post office to return the $17:99 junk.I took the store credit instead of the refund the 1st bad one and once I got the 2nd bad one I lost the choice of refund since I took store credit the 1st time ?? Now I am not sure if I should take my losses at $34 or take the very good chance of getting another p.o.s and lose another $8 in shipping. They don't back their junk they sell

Used them for almost 2 years with no issues. My last order was missing an item. They will ask you to send pics of everything that was in your order when you received it and the packing slip. After you do that, they will send you a survey that asks you the same 5 questions over and over. No matter how many times you fill in the info, You will never complete the form. It is a scam. Their customer service is no help either. Do business with this shady company at your own risk.

Placed an order for juice. They created the shipping label but it still hasn't been shipped. Its been a week now. They wanna use covid as an excuse. Just put the package in the mail! I'll never order from them again

A return for a faulty product is very lengthy and they do not return the shipping cost or offer a replacement instead of a return. You will need to pay shipping again, and its expensive from them.
