“They sold me a Lost Vape where the battery expanded after 1 month and almost exploded. They only warranty within 30 days. DO NOT BUY IF YOU VALUE YOUR HEALTH”
“Poor customer service. I purchased several products including coils, which is the primary reason why i bought everything. They shipped all my products excluding the coils. They did not notify me that this product was not shipped. Refunded me however I still paid the shipping. I would not have ordered had i known they weren't gonna send my coils. Sent two emails with no follow up. Will not be buying from here anymore.”

“They never sent my complete order and will not answer any of my emails. There is no way to contact them except thru email so when I discovered stuff missing from my order I immediately emailed them to let them know and hopefully rectify the situation. Unfortunately they have never once answered me back and I've messaged them around a dozen times at least. So they really don't care about you at all unless it's to spam you with advertising, that's the only time you'll hear from them. Oh well live and learn but they will never get any business from me or anyone I know ever again... They truly do SUCK!!!”
“I use to order from element vape but recently was sent a similar but wrong product. It was a simple 34 dollar fix but since I opened the package, I could not return it. Customer service made no attempt to correct the issue. The issue happened during processing on the site and the description of the item not matching the actual item. Be very careful when ordering because if it is wrong, do not expect customer service to make things right. It was costly on my part.

“Recently ordered the Smok Baby tank. Before I ordered this, I had inquired which tank to use with my battery and which coils. They told me which ones to get. Well, my battery died, and I couldn’t find it on the web site, so I sent an email asking which I should buy for my recently purchased tank.
Their reply? Some nonsense about “we’re an online retailer and we suggest you watch a video or read customer testimonials.” THIS was the reply from a company selling the gear. OUTRAGEOUS. I’ve never seen such a pitiful, lazy, stupid response in my life from a company.
Absolutely will not be doing business with them again. I’ve been a long time customer, typically at least $100 spent on each order. But with this kind of customer service I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.”
“They sent a broken voopoo ! And will give me store credit ! But I have to pay 8 dollars for shipping! Why should I have to pay to have a broken vape shipped to me and then pay to ship the replacement ! I am very disappointed. Because everything else was great !”
“They got my address wrong and refused to redirect my package or send a new one. They want to wait until USPS ships the package back to them and resend it. I've been going back and forth with them for over 2 weeks and all they can do is refund me and keep the package. They didn't even offer me that choice at the start. “So I tried to order a new vape starter kit because my entire set up broke. Placed my order and the next day they emailed me saying they refunded my order because there were "inaccuracies" proving I'm underaged when I'm 21. Sent in a copy of my photo ID and still declined me. I went ahead and ordered from Rock Bottom Vapes and they sent it out next day! No issues at all.”
“Bought a SMOK G Priv 3, the screen stopped working in 2 weeks of the 30 day warranty at Element Vape’s online warranty. I started a claim right away, did what they said and sent a video to them showing what was wrong. I sent the email 5 times in 2 weeks with no response, then when my 30 day warranty was up they finally responded and told me it was too late and to go to the manufacturer. They literally waited to respond until my warranty was out so they didn’t have to deal with it. They lost a customer!”
“WARNING: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I purchased have purchased 4 Nautilus AIO kits over the past year and only one works. I purchased my third AIO in November of 2019 and two week later it would not charge. Since I still had one that worked, I sent an email requesting a exchange and never heard from Element Vape. Like an idiot, I purchased another one three weeks ago and it will not charge. I have sent off another email to get a exchange or a refund but I do not have much hoe that this company will stand behind the product that they sold me.”
“Unwilling to provide assistance for DOA parts. Parts checked within 12 hours of delivery, but they aren't bothered. They shipped via the absolute cheapest method (plastic bag with label on it) and all included packages were dinged and dented. Stay far away from this company.”
“I didn’t read that if an order is delivered to the wrong address or stolen they will not be held responsible. This is on me for not being aware of their policy but a policy that others should be aware off specifically if you are planning on making a larger purchase.
My big issue is that the only response I received was “sorry you did not receive your order”
So I’m now just eating the cost of my purchase and they don’t seem to care in the slightest”
“I have ordered from this company 3 times and have had more problems with this company than any other. One issue I've had with them is that I ordered 2 packs of coils listed as coils for the Jackaroo device. Only 1 pack was for that vape so I email them twice about it. That was 3 months ago, I havent received a response.”
“They sell FAKE CHINESE COILS as original ones. When you use their coils you will get errors like chinese ones do and it won't work. Their customer service is bad and they will not refund you and tell you to go talk to the manufacturer. It happened once and I decided to give them a chance and it happened again. “Its unfortunate that I have to give this review, for I have been a longtime customer that has purchased alot of items from Element vape.
I recently (a little over a month) purchased a vape from Element, the vaporesso pm80. After only a month, this new item has already broke. I was using it and it just quit. Nothing. No power, no charge, nothing. I sent a email to Element regarding its poor qualuty and they told me "unfortunately its over the month warranty" so your sol. So unfortunately ill be trashing your integrity all of the web. FU!”
“Don't purchase any batteries from them! I had bad luck and received a dead 18650, no continuity so it wouldn't charge. Had to record a video of the dead battery not working, load it to dropbox, and send them a link. Only for them to say it's a non-warranty product and offer less than a 1/3rd of the price it would have been to order a replacement(in store credit). Will shop local only now, at least i'll get better customer service.”
“I have only used a few online vape stores. I decided to try Element Vape out for the first time and it's just awful. I placed my order on 3/7 and it is currently 3/13 and my order is still being processed. I genuinely do not even know how many times I have emailed them anymore to see what is taking so long, but still have not received a single response. I've even tried contacting them from different email addresses to see if that would help but no. This is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. $60 right down the drain”
