“I have ordered from this place two times, and both times have had the incorrect item delivered to me. Their "customer service" department is a joke, and getting the item replaced or the issue corrected is such a drawn out, miserable process, that it's not even worth it. Instead of presenting a solution that makes sense for their business and for their customer, they refuse to accept responsibility and make the situation right. The first order that was wrong, I get it, we're all human. I didn't even let the company know (my fault), but two orders in a row??? Makes you question their inventory, their processes, and their leadership.”

“Element Vape has been my go to for the last 6-7 months. Mods, tanks and some juice. Had a recent order where I just ordered one Vaperesso Gen S mod. It came with a loose 510 plate. Their policy on returns is AWFUL. Cannot trust this company to do the right thing when a faulty product is sent out to the customer.
I requested a swap of devices since it was broken from the minute I opened it. Nope, they had me go through the ringer of PROVING it was broken.Once they were satisfied with the proof, they sent a paid label to ship it back. Awesome that's what you should do.
Here's where they messed up and lost a customer for good. I ordered another one from them thinking they will refund the entire amount of the previous order. That's not what happened. They took the $8.00 shipping right off the top and basically gave me the finger. I got the new mod and it works great.... BUT it cost me $16.00 to get less than a 1lb item to me.
Their customer service will just script you when you have a true issue and drop all correspondence once you bring up how BAD their return policy is on shipping. Toss away a customer over $8.00!!!! Vape Royalty, Vape Wild, Giant Vapes and MVS are all MUCH better options. Stay away! Especially for hardware.

“Ordered Vape juice from Element. Item got lost through USPS system. I emailed Element and they told me to contact USPS. I did and was told it was on the way. 2 weeks past the due delivery date, still no items. I contacted Element again and their response was TO CONTACT USPS. I then told them I wanted either a refund or replacement and they responded by saying they would get in touch with USPS. 2 WEEKS late and they NOW say they are going to contact USPS?
I told them that I put in a dispute with my credit card company to get a refund and Element responded: "As you have confirmed a dispute has been filed with your card issuer, no further action is required. Have a great day."
Rather than give me a refund, they would rather have the customer go through their credit card company and file a report.

“I have been a loyal customer for some time and spend a great deal of money here purchasing items for myself, my husband and my mother. I recently ordered more coils (which I have done many times). I received a packing slip listing the correct coils but the coils enclosed were wrong. I contacted them and was told I needed to request a return, fill out the RMA form on my own, provide my own packaging and return the incorrect items before they would send the correct ones. They never even apologized for their mistake, only for the "inconvenience", and ignored the part of my email that said I would be taking my business elsewhere. So basically I waited over a week and eventually ran out of coils, and had to order them from somewhere else (though they were $2 less per box, so that was a win). Given the fact that their prices are significantly higher than most places, you would think they would make up for it in customer service. Unfortunately it is severely lacking. There is no telephone number to call, you can only email them, and their email responses are clearly scripted. So disappointed. I didn't want a discount or anything free, I just wanted the coils I ordered. Instead I was treated like it was my mistake and they were very concerned that I would keep the incorrect coils they sent, which I have no use for!”

“I’ve ordered several Mods and juice from Element Vape. I am ready to buy 2 more kits. On my last order I ordered the wrong size batteries. I contacted them about a month ago I’m an attempt to swap them for smaller ones when I ordered 2 more kits. A week went by, no response. To this very moment I’ve yet to hear anything from them. They are Very helpful and have great customer service UNLESS you have something to swap or return, then you seem to be on your own. Well that doesn’t really work for me. I believe customer service is a big selling point of any business and this one doesn’t seem to care much after they get your money. I guess return business isn’t a big goal. I guess I will absorb the cost of these 4 batteries and take my business elsewhere. Very disappointing...”

There is no way to contact them except thru email so when I discovered stuff missing from my order I immediately emailed them to let them know and hopefully rectify the situation. Unfortunately they have never once answered me back and I've messaged them around a dozen times at least. So they really don't care about you at all unless it's to spam you with advertising, that's the only time you'll hear from them. “I use to order from element vape but recently was sent a similar but wrong product. It was a simple 34 dollar fix but since I opened the package, I could not return it. Customer service made no attempt to correct the issue. The issue happened during processing on the site and the description of the item not matching the actual item. Be very careful when ordering because if it is wrong, do not expect customer service to make things right. It was costly on my part.

“Recently ordered the Smok Baby tank. Before I ordered this, I had inquired which tank to use with my battery and which coils. They told me which ones to get. Well, my battery died, and I couldn’t find it on the web site, so I sent an email asking which I should buy for my recently purchased tank.
Their reply? Some nonsense about “we’re an online retailer and we suggest you watch a video or read customer testimonials.” THIS was the reply from a company selling the gear. OUTRAGEOUS. I’ve never seen such a pitiful, lazy, stupid response in my life from a company.
Absolutely will not be doing business with them again. I’ve been a long time customer, typically at least $100 spent on each order. But with this kind of customer service I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.”
