Both tanks arrived with the replacement glass removed and missing. When I contacted Element their customer service stated they are not responsible for their products, and offered me a $5 store credit for $50 of tanks missing parts. I highly recommend not doing business with this company, refusing any responsibility for what you sell is an insane business practice. There are so, so many better retailers to go with.

Sold me 2 and mini sticks in a row. Cost me $16 in shipping and 2 trips to the post office. Do not buy from them .I got a store refund for $17.99 they can keep. I'm not losing another $8 in shipping for a $18 p.o.s .They don't stand by their products .They told me they aren't responsible for other companies they buy from!!!! Then who is ?????? They removed the Eleaf 10w mini p.o.s from their site along with my review so here I am.

Just a terrible experience with customer service today. Ive been spending 100+ a month for about a year with this company. I was treated like I didnt matter to them and it hurt. I regret turning my followers and friends onto this company. I dont care what response they put under this review because I wouldnt buy from them ever again even if they paid me. Beware

Purchased a relatively expensive vaporizer however company shipped the incorrect vaporizer. After a lengthy process company waited to receive their incorrect equipment before shipping the correct vaporizer. Company took my monies easy enough but would not trust sending me the purchased equipment until receiving their mistake. Entire process took a multiple weeks. Would not recommend

Sold me 2 back to back defective Eleaf istick 10v mini mod.Lost $16 in shipping plus 2 trips to the post office to return the $17:99 junk.I took the store credit instead of the refund the 1st bad one and once I got the 2nd bad one I lost the choice of refund since I took store credit the 1st time ?? Now I am not sure if I should take my losses at $34 or take the very good chance of getting another p.o.s and lose another $8 in shipping. They don't back their junk they sell

Used them for almost 2 years with no issues. My last order was missing an item. They will ask you to send pics of everything that was in your order when you received it and the packing slip. After you do that, they will send you a survey that asks you the same 5 questions over and over. No matter how many times you fill in the info, You will never complete the form. It is a scam. Their customer service is no help either. Do business with this shady company at your own risk.

Placed an order for juice. They created the shipping label but it still hasn't been shipped. Its been a week now. They wanna use covid as an excuse. Just put the package in the mail! I'll never order from them again

A return for a faulty product is very lengthy and they do not return the shipping cost or offer a replacement instead of a return. You will need to pay shipping again, and its expensive from them.

I recently purchased four Joyetech products. Three of them were the exceed D19 starter kits. One of the kits came with an extremely weak battery, brand new, right out of the box. When I reached out to customer service to try and replace the weak battery, they came up with multiple reasons why they were not going to cover it. I provided information to argue those reasons with them and they came up with other reasons why they would not cover it, which again, I provided more information and they instead offered me a five dollar credit towards my next purchase. Really?! I just spent $80 + and this is how your willing to resolve my issue?! This was my first time using Element Vape and consequently, due to their own actions, it was also my last! I will not be a repeat customer of this business! So buyers, beware! If you have a problem with a product that you buy from element Vape, they will not help you to resolve the problem.

First time ordering online and it was a disaster. Ordered the Smok alike kit, they sent me a cheaper version than what I ordered. Customer service is short at best, definitely not about making a customer happy or making right of their wrongs. Did end up getting refund approved but also lost my shipping costs which is ridiculous seeing as it was their screw up. Will NEVER order from this company again! Spend the few extra few bucks and go to your local vape shop!!!!

Ripped off twice on 2 defective devices .I got the choice of store credit or refund minus $8 shipping. I wanted the Eleaf istick mini 10v mod for 17.99 and took the store credit and $8 loss thinking what are the odds of getting another bad one and I orderd a different color. Answer 100% defective. 2 of the same devices that don't fire isn't a coincidence. Now I'm out $16 in shipping. The hassle. 2 trips to the post office and I got nothing but a email that told me Element Vape isn't responsible for defective products from other companies. All they sell is products from other companies so who is responsible Element Vape?? I didn't purchase the 2 p.o.s from Eleaf .Its your company selling defective products and not making good is bad business and from what I been seeing you wont be around long. I see you been bad on the BBB website .I'm going there also. I never been ripped off like this by any other company. They need looked into by more than the BBB.

They shipped defective product. Then treated me like is was trying to scam them or something for the return. I WAS a long term customer but not anymore. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS with Element Vape again. Adios...

Terrible customer service, lies about shipping, forces you to pay for priority shipping and they don't even ship priority, shipping takes over a week to arrive for """priority shipping""" that you are forced to pay for.

Do not buy from these people! I bought a vape kit from them and it didn't work. I tried sending it back, but they refuse to send me a working product and refuse to refund me my money after I spent $150 and their customer service is terrible. I have been dealing with this for a month now.

I have ordered from this place two times, and both times have had the incorrect item delivered to me. Their "customer service" department is a joke, and getting the item replaced or the issue corrected is such a drawn out, miserable process, that it's not even worth it. Instead of presenting a solution that makes sense for their business and for their customer, they refuse to accept responsibility and make the situation right. The first order that was wrong, I get it, we're all human. I didn't even let the company know (my fault), but two orders in a row??? Makes you question their inventory, their processes, and their leadership.

Well their customer service is pretty spot on they’re quick to respond... but I got denied my purchase because they can’t possibly believe I’m 22 I sent a picture of my id by itself and a picture of me holding it... as they specified but they denied my purchase... I’ll leave a picture of what they asked for but I’m blurring everything but my date of birth and my name...

Element Vape has been my go to for the last 6-7 months. Mods, tanks and some juice. Had a recent order where I just ordered one Vaperesso Gen S mod. It came with a loose 510 plate. Their policy on returns is AWFUL. Cannot trust this company to do the right thing when a faulty product is sent out to the customer. I requested a swap of devices since it was broken from the minute I opened it. Nope, they had me go through the ringer of PROVING it was broken.Once they were satisfied with the proof, they sent a paid label to ship it back. Awesome that's what you should do. Here's where they messed up and lost a customer for good. I ordered another one from them thinking they will refund the entire amount of the previous order. That's not what happened. They took the $8.00 shipping right off the top and basically gave me the finger. I got the new mod and it works great.... BUT it cost me $16.00 to get less than a 1lb item to me. Their customer service will just script you when you have a true issue and drop all correspondence once you bring up how BAD their return policy is on shipping. Toss away a customer over $8.00!!!! Vape Royalty, Vape Wild, Giant Vapes and MVS are all MUCH better options. Stay away! Especially for hardware. YOU EAT THE LOSS AND NOT THEM.
