“Ordered a Smok Nord from HALO last week- and loved it, so I wanted another and was going to try to save more on my second one. Ordered from ELEMENT VAPES and when it came in- the BOTTOM/Largest / Long section was defective- it was made with too large of an opening to securely hold the Pod. I tried my Pod from my other I bought from Halo and same problem- so it was the bottom section. I contacted them within 24 hours, they requested a video of it sent Google Drive. I downloaded Google Drive and sent it- CLEARLY showing how it falls out easily.
Their BS RESPONSE was “...Unfortunately, replacement pods are not covered under our limited warranty as it is considered a “NON RETURNABLE” item. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding....”
This is BS, as my video clearly showed the problem AND before they even said that- I told them I had tried the apps from my Halo Nord and it did the same thing- so it WAS NOT THE POD. Of course SAYING it was the Pod gave them an “out” to not pay!! My FIRST AND LAST ORDER from this CROOKED COMPANY!! So to Save $10, I spent $20 for an UNUSABLE ITEM!! DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!! I’m thinking these may be Chinese knock-offs for them to be priced so much lower, anyway. Sometimes saving a few bucks isn’t worth it. I prefer to do business with a REPUTABLE Company- and this one DEFINITELY IS NOT!! Buyer Beware!!”

First of all, I bought five items & three were defective! Not only did they demand videos to prove my claims, ( in 54 years I've never had a company do this to me! WTF?) then they only honored the warranty on one!
Furthermore, one was a battery that was clearly 100% defective, and they told me they don't warranty batteries. It would have been nice had they told you that on their website!
Even worse... The tops on BOTH falcon king tanks I bought were defective and wouldn't open right. The crazy part is that they approved the return on the first tank, but denied the return on the second tank, and the second tank was even WORSE then the first one!
Now I know why they use a PO box and don't accept phone calls!

They gave me the run-around for a minute and at the end had the audacity to tell me that they can't take used products. Since I did not open the second bottle until the first bottle was finished, I did not know it was broken and all the juice would spill out every time I tried to refill. Customer service was super rude and stated that it went past the 30 day purchase date they would not exchange it. This website is trash! Ordered Artery pal 2 coils straight from THEIR scroll down menu for the replacement cores/coils for the artery pal 2, they sent me ones that didn’t fit, and say that they cannot exchange them for ones that do... what kind of customer satisfaction is that?
