They tried to do the "ole low priced item that is never in stock trick" and then tried to get me to buy something else. I asked for a similar item for the same price and they cancelled my order. Read these other reviews. These guys are terrible and can't respond for 24-48 hours when they mess up. Beware, stay away from Elelment Vape!!!!

they take forever to ship out items, don't pay for expedited shipping i'm in california and it has been 10+ days and they still haven't even shipped the item. Out of stock on items and they say they need extra ID verification... Stay away

This is one of the worst company that I've ever done business with. I made a small order that was lost in the mail contacted them and they made me jump through hoops to prove it it was lost when all they had to do is check the tracking number. once it finally arrived two weeks late it was poorly packaged.

Use to love the company intill I got my tank and it was shattered and I was told u would Have to wait until I mailed the Shattered one back in and they decide if they will give me a store credit or replace it will never give this company a penny

I paid for express mail it was lost in shipping and took me two weeks fighting with this company to get it straightened out and replace.

I purchased a SMOK V-FIN 160W TC Box Mod,It Did Not Work! So I am unable to review it. I had to return it. I did received store credit just for the product but had to pay out of pocket for the return shipping. I was unable to take a video because I do not own a smartphone or have a webcam on my computer. I was informed that they would not be reimbursed for the $14.20 I had to pay for the return shipping because I could not provide a video. I do not like being ripped off by Element Vape. I sent a copy of the receipt, from the Post Office, which included the tracking number on the receipt as proof. I am sure that they will delete this review.

They suck. They asked for a picture of me holding my ID multiple times, all there emails went straight to spam, and they lie about the time it takes to ship.

Worst company ever to deal with they suck at delivering even tho you pay for it. Lack of communication and customer experience . You want to be charged and wait forever to get what you paid for? Go ahead buy from them. If you appreciate your time and money look elsewhere like vistavapors. Com I promise you will have 100% satisfaction in delivery, products and experience overall. Thanks

Order elsewhere. I've been vaping for a long time and I've seen faster shipping from China. Ordered an expensive mod, but ended up asking for a refund when they didn't ship it after 72 hours. Luckily they took so long one of my usual vendors had the item back in stock, cheaper, and shipped it within 2 hours for free. They were more eager to give me a refund than ship my item. Never seen anything like it.

BEWARE: Other online reviews are correct. Wish I read before I bought. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. Received a defective item, been ran through hoops. Just got off the phone with visa to perform a chargeback. Can’t believe these guys are still in business. If I can select zero stars, I would!!!

Customer support is terrible, My wife and I are well into our 50s and were looking online to switch from cigs to e-cigs, they asked for photo ID, so I sent a picture of my wife's drivers license, following morning they said that the ID picture didn't match the order name, so I sent them a picture of my license, waited a whooolleee day for them to reply to one simple email, and the reply said "can you send a picture of you holding your ID." That was the last straw and I demanded an immediate refund. Would not recommend this site to anybody

DO NOT USE ELEMENT VAPE! They f*****d up my order and charged me TWICE, then when I email to complain, they never apologized ONCE for the mistake, and THEN they cancelled my order without me authorizing them to. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They obviously don't require h.s. diplomas from their customer service reps. USE ANYBODY ELSE BESIDES ELEMENT.

Quick shipping...I'll give them that. I found their site looking for a new mod and they had the best price. I ordered the mod and two packs of coils FOR the new mod. I didn't get a confirmation after placing the order and when I tried logging into the account I created I kept getting an error (for 2 days). They responded back on Monday assuring me my account was reset and should work. Logged in and I didn't have any orders. They sent me a tracking link and I got the mod by Wednesday (nice). I opened the box to find the mod and 1 pack of coils for the mod and then another pack of coils that was not what I ordered. Their website is problematic at best and they say "We're here to help" and "We want you to have the greatest experience possible", but once I told them about the wrong item being sent it was "You are responsible for the wrongly sent item until we receive it back. You are responsible for shipping costs. Please allow 5 days for our team to inspect the product before shipping the proper item out". Really? If this was an Apple product that's one thing since you can't just "go somewhere else", but I'll definitely be going elsewhere after this one-time experience. They will pretend they care until you have a problem. I honestly think this is their way of getting money for old stock (who uses Smok X4 coils anymore).

On 9/3/2019 I bought the voopoo 117W mini kit in the PLATINUM edition. When my order arrived the kit was not wrapped in plastic and only got worse from there. It was a used mod. The connection pin on the mod was completely worn down, the screen was scratched so bad you couldn't even read it. Plus it still had someone's custom saved settings on it. To make matters worse the sub slot to charge was broken and won't keep the charger in it. This is an internal battery so there's no fixing it. And do you think they are going to make this right ??? NOPE!

Bad experience. Bought a "all in one kit vape" that is actually incomplete. + Contacted Support, they don't really care, and ask to make another order..

They are selling tester products which is not right. The one received was a tester and defective, thank goodness it didn’t melt or anything of that sort. Not all orders came in. Really unhappy. Then I realized that their prices can’t beat others. Then I called another company to place an order because they won’t send the rest of my order and the company said it is impossible to beat that as it’s below what they paid for it. I think element is doing sketchy sales here people. I would watch myself if I were you. I know for a fact I will no longer be purchasing from them.

Received a DOA mod. Defective out of the box. They are ignoring all my requests for help. This company is a RIP Off. Do not buy from them. They do not stand behind their products. No customer service skills. They don't even have a phone number that you can call if you have an issue. Lesson learned.
