Bought a SMOK G Priv 3, the screen stopped working in 2 weeks of the 30 day warranty at Element Vape’s online warranty. I started a claim right away, did what they said and sent a video to them showing what was wrong. I sent the email 5 times in 2 weeks with no response, then when my 30 day warranty was up they finally responded and told me it was too late and to go to the manufacturer. They literally waited to respond until my warranty was out so they didn’t have to deal with it. They lost a customer!

WARNING: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I purchased have purchased 4 Nautilus AIO kits over the past year and only one works. I purchased my third AIO in November of 2019 and two week later it would not charge. Since I still had one that worked, I sent an email requesting a exchange and never heard from Element Vape. Like an idiot, I purchased another one three weeks ago and it will not charge. I have sent off another email to get a exchange or a refund but I do not have much hoe that this company will stand behind the product that they sold me.

Unwilling to provide assistance for DOA parts. Parts checked within 12 hours of delivery, but they aren't bothered. They shipped via the absolute cheapest method (plastic bag with label on it) and all included packages were dinged and dented. Stay far away from this company.

I didn’t read that if an order is delivered to the wrong address or stolen they will not be held responsible. This is on me for not being aware of their policy but a policy that others should be aware off specifically if you are planning on making a larger purchase. My big issue is that the only response I received was “sorry you did not receive your order” So I’m now just eating the cost of my purchase and they don’t seem to care in the slightest

I have ordered from this company 3 times and have had more problems with this company than any other. One issue I've had with them is that I ordered 2 packs of coils listed as coils for the Jackaroo device. Only 1 pack was for that vape so I email them twice about it. That was 3 months ago, I havent received a response.

They sell FAKE CHINESE COILS as original ones. When you use their coils you will get errors like chinese ones do and it won't work. Their customer service is bad and they will not refund you and tell you to go talk to the manufacturer. It happened once and I decided to give them a chance and it happened again. DON'T BUY FROM THIS STORE.

Its unfortunate that I have to give this review, for I have been a longtime customer that has purchased alot of items from Element vape. I recently (a little over a month) purchased a vape from Element, the vaporesso pm80. After only a month, this new item has already broke. I was using it and it just quit. Nothing. No power, no charge, nothing. I sent a email to Element regarding its poor qualuty and they told me "unfortunately its over the month warranty" so your sol. So unfortunately ill be trashing your integrity all of the web. FU!

Don't purchase any batteries from them! I had bad luck and received a dead 18650, no continuity so it wouldn't charge. Had to record a video of the dead battery not working, load it to dropbox, and send them a link. Only for them to say it's a non-warranty product and offer less than a 1/3rd of the price it would have been to order a replacement(in store credit). Will shop local only now, at least i'll get better customer service.

I have only used a few online vape stores. I decided to try Element Vape out for the first time and it's just awful. I placed my order on 3/7 and it is currently 3/13 and my order is still being processed. I genuinely do not even know how many times I have emailed them anymore to see what is taking so long, but still have not received a single response. I've even tried contacting them from different email addresses to see if that would help but no. This is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. $60 right down the drain

i use to like this website untill they forgot to include one item out of 20 items that i ordered . i thought it wasnt a big deal 20 $ items should be an issue . i contacted customer service which they replied with you received your package . and that was it . worst customer service ever . i send afew email after still nothing . wont order from them again i spent close to 1000 $ with them never complained . they lost a customer over 20$ . shitty shitty customer service

Ordered a Smok Nord from HALO last week- and loved it, so I wanted another and was going to try to save more on my second one. Ordered from ELEMENT VAPES and when it came in- the BOTTOM/Largest / Long section was defective- it was made with too large of an opening to securely hold the Pod. I tried my Pod from my other I bought from Halo and same problem- so it was the bottom section. I contacted them within 24 hours, they requested a video of it sent Google Drive. I downloaded Google Drive and sent it- CLEARLY showing how it falls out easily. Their BS RESPONSE was “...Unfortunately, replacement pods are not covered under our limited warranty as it is considered a “NON RETURNABLE” item. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding....” This is BS, as my video clearly showed the problem AND before they even said that- I told them I had tried the apps from my Halo Nord and it did the same thing- so it WAS NOT THE POD. Of course SAYING it was the Pod gave them an “out” to not pay!! My FIRST AND LAST ORDER from this CROOKED COMPANY!! So to Save $10, I spent $20 for an UNUSABLE ITEM!! DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!! I’m thinking these may be Chinese knock-offs for them to be priced so much lower, anyway. Sometimes saving a few bucks isn’t worth it. I prefer to do business with a REPUTABLE Company- and this one DEFINITELY IS NOT!! Buyer Beware!!

Batterys are duds, no refunds buyer beware Ordered 2 Sony VTC5 batteries. They arrived non-functional, unrecognized by any mod or battery charger. Reached out to customer service and was told they were not covered under warranty so there is nothing they can do.

This company advertises products & when you place your order they can’t fulfill it. Why advertise when you can’t fulfill your customers request. I honestly, did not want a refund. Offered to change my order so it can be fulfilled and even if it was 3 dollars more they refused to fulfilled it due to the fact it was more. No sense of customer service. I have been purchasing from them for the past year. Although, there’s many companies have the sense of keeping their customers happy although this company does not. Think twice before ordering because if they don’t have it then you would have to wait another 3 to 5 business days for your refund. The transactions go out quicker then the refund comes in.

Worst customer service I've ever seen! Flat out fraudulent! First of all, I bought five items & three were defective! Not only did they demand videos to prove my claims, ( in 54 years I've never had a company do this to me! WTF?) then they only honored the warranty on one! Furthermore, one was a battery that was clearly 100% defective, and they told me they don't warranty batteries. It would have been nice had they told you that on their website! Even worse... The tops on BOTH falcon king tanks I bought were defective and wouldn't open right. The crazy part is that they approved the return on the first tank, but denied the return on the second tank, and the second tank was even WORSE then the first one! Now I know why they use a PO box and don't accept phone calls! Element Vape is the worst company I've ever dealt with! Going back to MVS.com!

This company is absolutely awful. I purchased a faulty device and they asked me to send a video showing why did not work. I did everything that was asked for my part. They gave me the run-around for a minute and at the end had the audacity to tell me that they can't take used products. How is it a used product if it never worked you made me so you a video how it didn't work is that what you consider used. So they denied my refund and kept my money there are so many other Vape companies please do not waste your money on time with these people not to mention it's taking over a month to get that final answer from them. They will keep your money and send you shity devices do not use this company please listen to me.
