“Worst customer service I've ever seen! Flat out fraudulent!
First of all, I bought five items & three were defective! Not only did they demand videos to prove my claims, ( in 54 years I've never had a company do this to me! WTF?) then they only honored the warranty on one!
Furthermore, one was a battery that was clearly 100% defective, and they told me they don't warranty batteries. It would have been nice had they told you that on their website!
Even worse... The tops on BOTH falcon king tanks I bought were defective and wouldn't open right. The crazy part is that they approved the return on the first tank, but denied the return on the second tank, and the second tank was even WORSE then the first one!
Now I know why they use a PO box and don't accept phone calls!
Element Vape is the worst company I've ever dealt with!

“This company is absolutely awful. I purchased a faulty device and they asked me to send a video showing why did not work. I did everything that was asked for my part. They gave me the run-around for a minute and at the end had the audacity to tell me that they can't take used products. How is it a used product if it never worked you made me so you a video how it didn't work is that what you consider used. So they denied my refund and kept my money there are so many other Vape companies please do not waste your money on time with these people not to mention it's taking over a month to get that final answer from them. They will keep your money and send you shity devices do not use this company please listen to me.”

“Purchased a vape pen along with coils. The coils received were damaged. Although the coils shipped were damaged, they refuse to replace them. They offered a $5 store credit. So I’m supposed to to pay the difference in addition to shipping cost for an item they sold me that is defective.This company is a scam. Buyers beware!!! You’ve been warned!”
“Purchased a couple e-juices and one was broken. Since I did not open the second bottle until the first bottle was finished, I did not know it was broken and all the juice would spill out every time I tried to refill. Customer service was super rude and stated that it went past the 30 day purchase date they would not exchange it. I thought it was pretty unreasonable considering they sent me a broken product and I had no idea until I opened it. Plus they were so rude and kept emailing me the same message over and over again.”

This website is trash! Ordered Artery pal 2 coils straight from THEIR scroll down menu for the replacement cores/coils for the artery pal 2, they sent me ones that didn’t fit, and say that they cannot exchange them for ones that do... what kind of customer satisfaction is that?
IT WAS ON YOUR MENU AS A REPLACEMENT SO HOW ARE WE SUPPOSED TO KNOW THEY WOULDNT FIT?!?
Then they offer me $5 credit?!? You expect me to dish out the difference and pay for shipping again for a mistake you guys made...?”
“They tried to do the "ole low priced item that is never in stock trick" and then tried to get me to buy something else. I asked for a similar item for the same price and they cancelled my order. Read these other reviews. These guys are terrible and can't respond for 24-48 hours when they mess up. Beware, stay away from Elelment Vape!!!!”

I made a small order that was lost in the mail contacted them and they made me jump through hoops to prove it it was lost when all they had to do is check the tracking number. once it finally arrived two weeks late it was poorly packaged.”

I did received store credit just for the product but had to pay out of pocket for the return shipping.
I was unable to take a video because I do not own a smartphone or have a webcam on my computer.
I was informed that they would not be reimbursed for the $14.20 I had to pay for the return shipping because I
could not provide a video. I do not like being ripped off by Element Vape. I sent a copy of the receipt, from
the Post Office, which included the tracking number on the receipt as proof. I am sure that they will delete this
