“21 x 13 framed canvas, goldfinch and cherry tree 1834 wall art. Canvas has deep impression near upper right corner. Frame corners are separated or rounded. There is a Knick in the face of the frame. Pictures attached. Requesting a replacement. I emailed right away, received two email that they were sending my concern to another department but no word yet.”
