“My original order never arrived after four weeks. I was finally able to connect with one of your associates. She confirmed that my order was lost in transit. She apologized and immediately reordered both items. I received them a week later. Then a few days later my exact items also arrived. I've tried unsuccessfully to reach anyone as to what I should do, how to ship duplicate order back...?”

“I am giving it as a gift. Opened the box to inspect, it's very nice. Disappointed though, because the push pins weren't included. Also, the size is too wide for only one hangar in the middle, so I'll have to purchase proper hangars.”
