“Ordered a painting with frame and glass and it didn't work in our home because of all the outside windows reflecting off the glass. It was easy to put back in the box and return to Elephant Stock at no cost. They sent a message that they received it and they promptly refunded my money. I was able to put in a new order with Elephant Stock; this time on canvas, and it worked wonderfully.”

“We purchased a picture from Pebble Beach and liked it so much that we purchased one from Venice, Italy. It too was beautiful but we felt that it was too small for the wall. Elephant took it back and paid for the return. They credited our account right away and we purchased the nex larger size. The customer service was excellent. We definitely recommend them.”
