“I feel like the canvas art should have had more packing around it. I almost ruined the picture when I went to open. Thin cellophane is inadequate wrapping and no instructions were printed on outside.”

“Our frame came damaged in a way that appeared prior to shipping because the bubble wrap was not damaged. We’ve written to the company multiple times and have reached out by phone several times and cannot get a response. :( If we get a response and resolution, we’re happy to take this down.”

“Not worth the money spent. You have expectations on what your purchasing and the craftsmanship was not there. The photo itself was good, but they didn’t center the photo on the frames so it cut my wife’s head off at the edge since it wasn’t centered. It was a custom order so I cannot even get a return on the photo. I’m sure it wasn’t terrible but it wasn’t as good as it could have been if there was Quality control being used to verify that it’s what we would like.”

“Absolutely horrible customer service. The item was charged to me and never even delivered. Apparently the address was incorrect. This needs to be taken care of as I’ve sent an email with no response as well as talk to a chat bot with no response from a human and no direction at all. Absolutely ridiculous ridiculously terrible customer service.”

“A little delay due to holiday shipping, but as it was a gift to me, that didn't matter. Size is great for my space, but did need to get a small magnifier as my eyes aren't as good as they used to be. I have about 20% of my places i have visited tagged.I chose to personalize more by using Special places instead of places I want to still travel.Spevial places mark where some of my family live, where I was born or where we went to school.So more meaningful to me.”
