“Art came damaged and also didn’t come right. I ask for standard and it came with white boarder. Customer service was great and refunded my money. Since my refund was on the way I decided to put in the wall just to get a feeling how it will look. After placing it on the wall I stepped back to take a picture to send to my wife and one of the anchors got loose and art went straight to the floor and broke completely. What a disappointment for an expensive art. That’s the reason I asked for a full refund and not a replacement. Pictures are the ones I took when I received it. I forgot to take picture on the broken anchor and the destroyed art on the floor. I was so frustrated that I grabbed everything and threw it on the garbage can outside.”

“I ordered 3 canvas wall art pictures and I love them so much that I ordered another. My 4th came today and it is stunning!! The art work colors are vibrant and are on top of the line canvas stretched on a quality sturdy frame with a hanger. I could not be any happier with my purchases. Before getting these, I had ordered a picture from another company on Amazon. The canvas picture was the same as one sold by this company, ElephantStock.The canvas was thin, it had a wrinkle, the wood on the back was cheap and flimsy. It came in a box without any packing! I worried I'd have the same disappointment from this company. I was thrilled when I removed well packaged beautiful pictures. I can't wait to hang all 4 in a cottage I'll be renovating. I actually have chosen my paint colors and wood flooring based on these pictures. I just wish there were more walls. You will not be disappointed!!”

“Mixed experience. Stretched fabric canvas print lacked vibrancy, all but eliminating the bright colors the artist is known for, and became loose after a few months. The second print we ordered came irreparably damaged, and late, which was the fault of the shipping company. It came with cheap plexiglass. That said, the AI customer service was good. We reported the damage and there were apologies and offers to send a replacement. We declined and a refund was quickly sent. These items are overpriced for the quality offered. Size options are good.”
