“The beautiful wall art we received was packaged and shipped quickly. When we received it I looked at the artwork and I didn’t like the white stripe coming across the middle of the wolf. I requested a return and it was easy Peezy returning it. I appreciate the great customer support.”

“Took over 20 days to receive the product I ordered. Unfortunately it was a Christmas gift too, so it was late. Communication with customer service was poor. A tracking number that was initially given in an automated email never had a link to track the package. Also, package was from Amazon? If I would have known this, I would have just ordered through them. Upon arrival of the package, I noticed that 1 side of the box wasn’t even taped shut. Allowing for anyone to open the box. As for the product itself. I thought the picture would be more vibrant as shown online. Also, thought the product would me larger than received.”

“I really liked that I was ordering from a company that happened to be "local". When I submitted something on the Contact Us page I was greeted warmly and they explained the situation, which is great. But the orders page doesn't show the image of what you ordered, you have to go find the piece of art in their website to see what you ordered. Then I get an email/text that my order has been printed/packed and that it was waiting to be assigned to a carrier and it sat in that stage for 4 business days. I was never notified that it was ever assigned to a carrier or what the tracking number was, it just randomly showed up on my doorstep 5 days later. (Mind you I live 10 minutes from the location.) When you look at the orders page, the mouse icon doesn't change from pointer to hand (or whatever) showing you can click into the order. I found that out after the order arrived. I was a bit disappointed in how long it took for the order to actually be printed from the time it was received. It seems like my experience with other companies in this field is that things are done within 24 hrs and are shipped out within 2-3 days of being ordered. I understand I submitted my order a week before Christmas, but I think I had higher expectations, especially surrounding communication. If I didn't like the piece of wall art that I chose or if I had found something elsewhere I liked as much I would have easily canceled my order. Sadly, the pieces I ordered were much smaller in reality than what I expected so I'm returning it and have ordered the same piece just twice as big now. We'll see if the new one is big enough. It would also be super helpful if the company would allow for local pick up, quicker for the customer and cheaper for the company, instead of sending the package 3-5x the distance between the office/warehouse on E Plano Pkwy and the destination (for me about 3 miles) just to use a shipper.”

“As I’ve seen your work prior to ordering, everything was exactly as expected. Packaging was extremely thorough. I ordered on the 9th of December hoping to get it before Christmas. I was kept in the loop as to what was happening but no actual dates for delivery. Regardless of how long it takes, next time I would hope to get an ETA.”

“I haven't personally seen artwork because it arrived a few days later than expected and I was no longer at that location. However, had someone open package and they said it looked great. Found it to be tricky to use new customer discount code. Instead, found a general use holiday code with same discount percentage.”

“I mistakenly thought the size I ordered was for 1 panel of 3 panel set. So what I have is small in it’s intended space. I do like the product and if possible would like to exchange it for a larger option understanding there will be an additional expense. Thank you”

“The Map I ordered was beautiful, but the only issue is that I did not receive the push pins that were supposed to come with the map. Great quality map and frame! I was very happy with the map just disappointed that I did not receive the push pins.”
