“Very realistic and beautiful work in”

“I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Elephant Stock. My picture arrived with the frame completely apart, and the overall quality was incredibly cheap and poorly constructed. I paid over $200 for this piece, and the quality was nowhere near what I expected for that price. I contacted Elephant Stock about the condition it arrived in, and all they offered was a 30% refund. My husband tried to repair the frame, but it still ended up falling apart. For over $200, I expected a properly constructed, quality piece of artwork, not something that arrived falling apart. I definitely would not recommend Elephant Stock based on my experience.”

“I have had issues with my order and communication has been very difficult. I have questions I can’t get answered by the AI bot. I’ve called and left a message but received no response. I also wanted glass in the frame, but the website is not transparent about the materials used. I was also told that the damaged picture would be replaced, but there’s been no updates or communication on what to do with the original picture.”
