“Unfortunately, I did not notice that Alaska and Hawaii were not on the map of the United States that I ordered. I was highly disappointed when I received the actual order. Why would you not have 2 of the states on a map?”

“Love my new art! They do a great job of matting and framing. This is my third purchase. It is 42”x 30” and didn’t lose a bit of clarity. Their customer service is also top notch! I had to exchange a piece due to my error and they were amazing!”

“Selection was excellent and easy to understand the available options. Order placement was simple and the communication was great with routine updates to let me know the status of my order. Delivery was well documented and the packaging of my artwork was secure. The pictures I selected were exactly as simulated on ElepantStock's website. The "View in your room" app was perfect and gave me a lot of confidence in the selection made. Thanks ElephantStock. We'll do it again, soon!”

“Terrible customer service. Reached out multiple times. I can't get someone to call me back. Phone number doesn't go through you sit on hold for 8 minutes and then it says I'm sorry we missed you. Online chat doesn't work either.”

“Not as advertised. Came rolled up with wood frame pieces to self mount. Canvas picture was washed out not vibrant like online picture. Gave to Goodwill asap. Cheap painting for expensive price. Turned off of online purchases of art. Need to see it and touch it in future.”

“Site said delivery in 4to6 days but turned into 14 or more days. Website and tracking was not the best. We were anticipating a better quality “canvas”. Also thought the art would be painted not printed to match the purchase price. Love the Blue Heron and it does look good hung however, we were disappointed as mentioned above.”
