“The quality of the photo is quite poor and grainy in the larger size that I ordered. I assumed the original image quality depicted online would translate to the product received but that is not the case. Beware future buyers if you order a larger size.”

“We ordered one for my wife for Mother's Day, we opened the box and two of the corner braces were loose inside the back of the picture. I contacted customer service immediately and they said they would get a replacement sent out and we still haven't received the replacement.”

“Delivery was slow and didn’t find update as to when would be delivered”

“We really like the picture as well as the framing. The only complaint / suggestion I have is it should be completely wrapped before putting it in the box for shipping. Fortunately my wife was very careful opening the box and did not cut the box open, because only the top end and bottom end were wrapped with plastic wrap. the largest middle portion of the picture was directly against the inside of the box. To be clear, the picture was not damaged but only because of luck.”

“I was so excited when I saw this print. It was prefect for my space. Finally my search was over. Opening it was a huge disappointment. It was muddy looking. The colors were dulled. It was mounted on wood that I felt was too thin, and it was warped. It was sent back for a refund.”

“The canvas photo picture design that I made looks very nice. On my part, I just wish I hadn’t chosen a smaller font for the space. I am hanging the canvas. I did think the shipping took a bit longer than I expected, but everything arrived perfectly packaged.”

“Very disappointing. Colors are bland and nothing at all like the original. I chose the stretched canvas option which cut off the bottom of the painting which contains points of interest. Will NOT be making another purchase.”

“I purchased several pieces from ElephantStock for our new home. All the pieces looked even better in person than the website, I didn't think that would be possible- colors were spot on and very vivid. The frames are thick and look very high end. Overall I am extremely pleased over the care they took to pack all the portraits to keep them safe during transit. I have already placed another order due to the care and quality of my first.”
