Thank you for sharing your feedback, and I’m very sorry to hear that your frame arrived damaged and without proper packing protection. I completely understand how frustrating that must have been, especially when you were expecting your order in perfect condition. I also want to let you know that our team has already investigated this and arranged a replacement for you. The replacement artwork is now ready for pickup by Amazon, and tracking details have been provided so it can be monitored. We truly appreciate your patience while we made sure this was properly resolved, and we’re sorry again for the inconvenience this has caused. If there’s anything else you need, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re here to help.
